By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms with Glenyce Hughes International Inc.

1. Membership Includes

Your membership provides access to:

One live Magic Class each month

Two live coaching sessions each month

One monthly energetic exercise

Class recordings and replays

The Magic Library of trainings and tools

A private member community

Content and schedules may change as the membership develops.

2. Payments and Automatic Renewals

Your membership is billed monthly or annually, depending on the option you select at checkout.

By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring payments at the displayed price and billing frequency until you cancel.

Any changes to your recurring membership price will be communicated in advance.

3. Cancellation and No Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Glenyce Hughes International Inc. at [email protected] or using the cancellation option in your membership account, if available.

When you cancel, you keep full access until your next scheduled billing date (the end of your current paid membership period). No further payments will be charged after cancellation.

All membership payments are final and non-refundable, including monthly and annual payments. No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused membership time, missed live sessions, or failure to access membership materials, except where required by applicable law.

4. Recording Consent and Resale

Magic Classes, live coaching sessions, and other membership events are recorded in audio and/or video format.

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and consent to your voice, image (if your camera is enabled), name, questions, and contributions being included in recordings.

These recordings are shared with current members and may be made available for future educational use, including sale or resale to individuals who are not members of Magic School for Manifestors™.

You understand that recordings containing your participation may remain available after your membership ends.

If you do not wish to be identifiable in recordings, you may keep your camera off, use a non-identifying display name, and refrain from speaking during recorded sessions. You can send in any questions via email or private chat on ZOOM to Glenyce.

5. Personal Use and Copyright

All membership materials, recordings, exercises, and resources are protected by copyright and remain the property of Glenyce Hughes International Inc. or their respective owners.

Your membership is for personal use only. You may not share your login, distribute, reproduce, record, or resell membership content without written permission.

Access to membership materials ends when your paid membership period expires.

6. Personal Responsibility and Results

Magic School for Manifestors™ offers manifestation education, energetic tools, intuitive guidance, and personal development resources.

These services do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. No specific outcomes, including financial or manifestation results, are guaranteed.

7. Community Guidelines

You agree to participate respectfully, maintain the privacy of other members, and refrain from sharing their personal information or experiences without permission.

Glenyce Hughes International Inc. may restrict or terminate access for harassment, unauthorized sharing of materials, or serious violations of this agreement.

8. Changes to Membership

We may update membership content, schedules, features, and these terms. Members will receive advance notice of significant changes affecting their membership.

10. Your Agreement

By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Membership Service Agreement, including:

Automatic recurring membership payments

Cancellation with access continuing until the end of your paid billing period

No refunds, except as required by law

Recording of live sessions and future sale or resale of recordings containing your participation

Personal responsibility and membership content restrictions

Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
