I’m so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you listeners, whether you’re new here, you’ve been here a while, or maybe you’ve been listening since I started this show in 2013. Yes.

[00:01:03] This week, we are talking about Tools to Create a Magical Day. Now, this is actually inspired by my most loved, listened to, downloaded show called 10 Tips — I believe 10 Tips to Create a Magical Day. We’ll have a link to that in the show notes.

[00:01:40] This one might be duplicating — I’m not sure. I didn’t actually re-listen to the show from all those years ago. These are ones that I actually use myself personally, and this is how I start my day pretty much every day. Let me change it: this is how I start my day every day I’d like to create a magical day. 

 

[00:02:00] I know that a lot of times we think that if we have the tools, we’re going to use them all the time and never stop. Sometimes, I don’t use them all. 

 

Now, probably 90% of the time I use them. That’s probably where I’m at now if I was going to give myself a percentage. And there’s still days — probably not a whole day. There’s still times where I value the drama-trauma more than using the tool to change it. Guess what? I’m not wrong. I’m not bad. It’s not the most horrific thing I could ever do. It’s not, guys. So please, give yourself some space. 

 

If you’ve been new to these tools, or maybe you’ve been using them for a long time and you don’t use them a hundred percent, it’s still not a judge-able offense. You’re still not a judge-able offense. You’re still not wrong. 

 

That’s why I wanted to share that, guys. It’s that every one of us is on a journey. Whatever we are, wherever we are in our journey. I have had access to these tools for 11 years and prior to that, many other tools, and I still don’t use them a hundred percent of the time. Big deal. How’s it get any better? 

 

[00:03:12] So, let’s start. A tool to create a magical day is look at when you wake up in the morning and you’re thinking about your day — maybe you’ve got a calendar or you’re looking at— you’re just laying in bed, thinking about what you’re doing that day. Anything that doesn’t feel yummy, doesn’t feel expansive, doesn’t feel like you want to hop out of bed and do it, what I want you to do is just get the energy of that thing. 

 

[00:03:44] Let’s say you’ve got a meeting with your boss later that day and you’ve got some concerns around it. Maybe you’ve decided it’s going to be a bad meeting, or maybe you’re aware that they’re going to talk to you about maybe a pay cut or something like that.

 

What we do with that is we have all of these energies. We have all of these decisions and judgments and conclusions and all the stuff. What we want to do is get rid of those. 

 

[00:04:15] What I do is I just bring up the energy of the thing. I just think about it. That’s basically the quickest way to do it. I just think about it and then all my crazy comes up with it. And then, I use what’s called “the crazy phrase” in Access Consciousness®, which means I just repeat it over and over. 

 

[00:04:31] Here’s the crazy phrase, super simple to use. In fact, think of something right now that you’ve got coming up. Maybe not today, maybe tomorrow, whatever. Something that you’ve got, some of that energy around. Let’s do it together, okay? 

 

Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be and nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be.

[00:05:16] Now, you just continue using the crazy phrase over and over until it changes the energy of it, until you can think about that upcoming event with really no energy on it. “Okay, I’ve got a meeting with the boss later.” That’s what we’re looking for with the crazy phrase. 

 

You don’t have to say it out loud. You can just repeat it in your mind. You can do it while you’re driving, while you’re with a group of people, you can do it in the shower. It doesn’t matter. You want to just be using that to break up all of that energy about the upcoming event.

 

[00:05:47] The other way you can use that tool is if you can’t fall asleep at night, if you’re stressing about something or worried about something, or your mind is just going [crazy gesture]. Repeat the crazy phrase over and over. It’ll put you straight to sleep. 

 

[00:05:59] Another tool to have a magical day is to start asking questions. Really get in the space of I wonder what’s possible today that I’ve never even considered? 

What would it take to have more fun today than I’ve ever had before? 

 

What would it take for today to be more fun, phenomenal, and rewarding than I never imagined possible?

 

What else is possible with this event I’ve got coming up today that I’ve never even considered?

 

You can mix and match in and put all sorts of specific events in those questions. You can keep it open. It doesn’t really matter. 

 

[00:06:50] The way that I see it is that our mind is like a two-year-old. Our two-year-old is often in this space of “this is wrong and this is wrong” and “this is going to go wrong” and “this is bad and this is bad” and “this is going to be worse” and all of this crazy. 

 

We can’t just take that away. If you’ve ever spent time with a two year old and they’re playing with something that isn’t safe for them to play with, you can’t just walk up and yank it out of their hands. You can, but that’s not going to be fun for you. What you want to do is replace it. So, you take the sharp knife out of their hands and you give them a teddy bear. 

 

[00:07:31] This is how I deal with that mind of mine. I take the sharp knives out while giving my mind something else to do, which is how I use these questions.

 

[00:07:42] Let’s say you’re driving to work and you’re worried about this meeting you’ve got coming up with your boss, and you’re in that space where your two-year-old is playing with knives. 

 

“It’s going to go so bad.” 

“It’s going to go so horrible.” 

“It’s going to be difficult.”

“I’m going to lose.” 

“They’re going to fire me.” 

 

Whatever it is, doesn’t matter. Take the knives away, and go to question: 

 

I wonder what it would be like for this meeting to be more magical than I’ve never imagined possible?

 

I wonder what it would be like for both my boss and I to be happy after the meeting?” 

 

I wonder what it would be like for both my boss and I to be happy during and after the meeting?

 

Whatever it is that you would truly like, make sure you’re asking for that because that can change everything. Everything. If you’re willing to get into the question, the universe is always responding to our questions 100% of the time. 

 

[00:08:44] Often though, what we’re doing is we’re asking questions that we don’t actually desire responses to. We don’t actually want that to occur, but we’ve trained our two-year-old to go into the worst case scenario. We’ve trained ourselves to be caught up in trauma and drama and trauma and all the crazy, rather than turn it to question which allows the universe to deliver that. 

 

I wonder what it would be like for both my boss and I to be happy during and after the meeting?” The universe can deliver that if you’re willing to ask for it, but it means taking the knives away and allowing yourself to ask for what you would like. 

 

[00:09:30] For so many people, they’re not actually willing to be that present. There’s so much more value in the trauma-drama, of an upset with a boss so that they can go talk to their co-workers and they can talk to their friends and they can talk to their family. They can talk to their, I don’t know, dietician about how wrong their boss is.

 

[What] if we stopped valuing drama-trauma and started valuing questions and being the question? Truly, just [by] asking “What is possible here I’ve never even considered?” which is why I love the “I wonder” so much. 

 

[00:10:04] That’s often what I’m replacing the crazy with my two-year-old is the “I wonder what it would be like for this to turn out better than I’ve never imagined?” That allows all of the possibilities that allows you to create a magical day, my sweet friends.

[00:10:46] And then of course, we have—yes, we do—Pool Party Bars and Foundation is set for July 2022. Yes. That might also be—Foundation might also be online. I’m not sure yet. Access hasn’t said if we’ll be able to continue to do online Foundations for them but for now, it is live. The dates are set. You can find the link. If you’ve got any questions, just reach out. 

 

[00:11:11] Another tool to have a magical day is something that we call an Access Consciousness® the “energy pull.” This one might seem a little bit weird… and use it. Just use it. You will see how not weird it is. Maybe it’s still weird and it works.

 

[00:11:30] What you want to do—and you can do this before you get out of bed. You can just lay in bed for a few moments or you can do it in the shower when you’re driving to work—it doesn’t matter. But what I would like you to do is get the energy of what you would like your day to be like.

 

You might have some specifics: you might have that meeting with the boss later that you have on your mind, and you really like that to go really well and to walk away really happy after it. And, you don’t have to have specifics. But what is the energy you would like your day to be like? 

 

[00:12:04] The way that I like to ask it of myself is “What would I like my day to be like today?” Not what would I like my day to LOOK like. What would I like my day to BE like? 

 

[00:12:19] What do I like my day to be like? 

 

Oh, I’d like it to be expansive. Yeah. There’s an energy with that for me. That was just like, ah, yeah. Okay, that yumminess. Yep. 

 

I’d like it to be sunshiny. That doesn’t mean I’d like it to be sunshiny outside but for me, sunshiny is actually an energy. That might not be something that works for you, it doesn’t matter, but that’s just the energy that—the word I can give to that energy. It’s like, ah, yeah. 

 

So there’s an expansive, there’s a sunshiny for me. There’s a laughter energy for me. The more I can laugh in a day, the more magical my day is. So there’s that energy—that laughing, giggly energy, that energy. Oh yeah. Yeah. 

 

[00:13:01] And then there’s also this energy and I’m giving words right now to energies that I don’t necessarily have words for. For the purpose of this, I’m giving it words but just so you know, you don’t have to have words for this, guys. I’m just doing it for the purpose of this.

 

And there’s this magic energy which for me is like this potent, magic energy. Those are the few energies that are coming up as I’m asking right now.

 

[00:13:27] I’m getting all of those energies and we can do it very quickly: 

 

What would I like my life—what would I like my day to be like today? 

 

Boom, we’ve got it. Then, what we do is we start energetically pulling that in, yeah, which is more of a being than a doing. 

 

[00:13:44] Don’t get caught up if you don’t really understand it. Don’t worry. The more you play with it, the more ease it’ll become for you. You just start pulling all of those energies towards you. Yep, just pulling them in—above you, below you, every direction around you, and you’re pulling them into you, your body, your being, your day. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 

 

[00:14:10] Now, if you have some specifics—if you’re going to a meeting with the boss, what I also like to do then—I’m I’m my boss and I don’t often meet with myself, so it doesn’t really fit, but I’m just being silly—is I actually get the energy of that meeting and I actually pull all of those energies into that meeting. 

Again, I know it’s a being, not a doing, but I’m doing the best I can to give you the words so that you can play around with this and find your way. There’s no right or wrong way with this. 

 

[00:14:44] We’ll put a link to an energy pull that I did. Oh gosh, it was one of the very first YouTube videos I did in my Weekly Inspiration videos that I do. Back in, I’m not sure, maybe it was 2015, 2016? I’m not even sure, but it’s called something like Creating Your Future and I’m in Australia. I’m standing on the beach and I do an energy pull for your life and your living. We’ll put a link to that so you can go and watch that and get a bigger version of it if you would like one, but it can be that simple.

 

[00:15:17]What would I like my day to be like today?” and pull all those energies and then anything you’ve got going on in the day, specific that you would like to add, extra energies or more of those energies, and then you can do that all day long. 

 

[00:15:31] Let’s say it’s 10 minutes before the meeting with the boss. You can go into the washroom and—not that you have to do this separate, but sometimes we would like to especially if we’re just starting out— you can go and you can pull all those energies in again. Yeah. Yeah. 

 

This is one of the most magical ways to create your day, to create your life, your living, to create everything you truly desire as if by magic.

[00:00] Hello and Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes! Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. This week’s show is Weird Tools to Reduce Stress. 

 

Now, if you’re new around here, they will probably sound weird. To anybody who’s been around for a while, or maybe even listened for the 9 years I’ve had this radio show—oh my goodness, how did that happen?—these are not weird to you at all. You’ve probably even heard me speak of some of them before. 

 

I share them as a way, really, not that you have to use every one. If you even just find one that you’re willing to try and you use that, that’s enough. That’s enough—just anything to reduce that stress. 

 

[00:52] Now, what do I mean by stress? Honestly, really, simply put: anywhere, anytime that you’re not willing to be all of you. Anywhere that you’re contracting energetically, anywhere that you’re upset, anywhere that you’re doing insanity in your head—or maybe it’s coming out of your mouth, doesn’t matter—all of that, to me, is stress. 

 

[01:15] For some of us, it shows up as us not sleeping well at night. For some, it shows up as drinking alcohol a lot or constantly, or maybe there’s street drugs. There’s so many things: there’s excessive shopping, and there’s so many ways that can show up. Really, using these tools or a tool—one of these—to change that can really start to give you so many things. 

 

[01:41] I know for myself—I’ve been using these tools from Access Consciousness® since 2011, so that’s been 11 years. It has been one of the greatest gifts to really get a sense of being able to change it. No matter what’s going on in my life, no matter what upset I’m choosing or insanity I’m choosing, or it seems like totally out of control things going on in the world, I still have a choice. I have some tools that I can use to change it for me in that moment. 

 

[02:14] A weird tool to reduce stress: Who does this belong to? Ask that question. Here’s the thing: We are brought up—I would say most of us, if not all of us—believing that if it’s going on in our world, if it’s going on in our body, if it’s going on in our head, it’s ours. It has to be ours. Of course, it has to be ours… or does it? What if it’s actually not? 

 

[02:44] Here’s the other way to be with that: We are infinite beings with infinite awareness, which means we’re aware of everything and everyone all the time. That hip pain that might have started for you 10 years ago, that you’ve done everything to change but it hasn’t changed, Who does that belong to? Is that actually yours? 

 

We can do this crazy thing of going and energetically pulling pain out of people’s bodies. We energetically become aware that they have pain and we take it out and we put it into our body. 

 

[03:20] That’s why when we do all the things—all the right things—and it doesn’t change, please ask this question: Truth, who does this belong to? If it lightens up, it’s not yours. That’s it — it’s so simple. I know we like to make it so much harder than that. I know we do, but it doesn’t have to be. Truth, who does this belong to? Ah, [it] lightens up. All right. 

 

[03:48] And then, the next word: Return to sender with consciousness [attached]. We’re asking it to go back to the very first person who ever bought that lie or that pain or that insanity or that upset or whatever it is—it doesn’t matter. We’re returning it all the way back. We’re talking lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes ago. 

 

Returning it to them “with consciousness attached” meaning they can change it if they wish. So, it’s a huge gift we’re giving back. We’re returning to sender with consciousness, my sweet friends. 

 

[04:23] Now, I know—again, I’ve been using these tools for 11 years and it actually took me quite some time to really start getting that tool, to really start getting what was actually going on because here’s the thing that I’ve found for myself: [you’re gonna have your own experience but for myself] anything that isn’t yummy and expansive and delicious and orgasmic and all the things, it’s not ours. It’s not ours. 

 

[05:0]0 Again, if you’ve had hip pain for 10 years or money problems for your entire lifetime or upset with a sibling for 20 years, it’s still not yours. You bought it as yours all those years ago. You bought it as yours all those years ago, and it’s not. Really, this tool—I know, remember I said it’s weird—it can change everything. EVERYTHING for you. Yeah. 

 

The tool, very simply, is when you have something come up—you’ve got some stress going on? Who does this belong to? If it lightens up – Return to sender with consciousness attached. 

 

[05:44] A weird tool to reduce stress is to start asking yourself when you’re in those stressful moments—take a moment: Is this really true? 

 

[You] see, a lot of times the things we’re stressing over are really stories we’ve added. There might be a part of it that’s actually true, but then we add all of this insanity that creates more and more and more stress. Instead of going into that space, what if you start asking Is this really true? and then get really present with what part of it is true.

 

[06:26] Let’s say you text somebody, and you ask them if they would like to go out on a date. You see that they read the text but they don’t respond. Uh-oh, now’s the story time. “They don’t like me,” “I shouldn’t have asked them,” “I’m wrong,” “They’re wrong!” 

 

[06:51] I mean, we do all of this stuff, all of the insanity when really, if we were to use this tool and just go, Is this really true? No. The only thing we know that’s true in that situation [is] we didn’t receive a text back. That’s the only thing we know is true. We don’t even know they didn’t send one! Technology can do all sorts of things – they could have sent one. 

 

[07:18] If you really, really would like to converse with that person and find out what’s going on, call them. I know, believe me, I’m the first one to not answer the ringing telephone. However, if you really are desiring to not have that stress, get the information, make the phone call. Stop playing with the stories that you’re so used to playing with, that you’ve made so relevant in your life. Those are not relevant, guys. 

 

[07:51] This is something you really want to start—again, if reducing stress is something you would like to do, you’ve got to stop with the stories. Get really present with what you actually know is truth—the facts—and then, get the rest of the information if it’s required. 

 

There’s gonna be some situations, you just need to acknowledge what is true—this tiny, tiny bit that’s true—and it’s over. It’s done. You’re not going to spin in it anymore. 

 

[08:19] A weird tool to reduce stress is to ask this question: What can I add to my life today to change this right away? Yeah. Again, I told you – weird. 

 

However, the thing is most of us require so much on the go. It’s dangerous for us to be bored. I know it’s dangerous for me to be bored. If I’m bored, I make up so many stories. I make up so much drama-trauma. I have time to play around with all this—STOP. Just stop. Stop with that insanity. What can I add to my life today to change this right away? And then, start adding things. It’s not going to be logical. It might be—there might be some logical things. 

 

[09:07] Let’s say you spend a lot of time stressing about your body. You start asking what can I add to my life to change this right away? You see an advertisement for a new gym opening up in your area. That feels really yummy and expensive. That can seem kind of logical, but a lot of times, it isn’t. It’s not logical. It’s just you start asking every day. 

 

[09:27] I have a Reminder app on my phone that at 7:00 AM every morning, [it] pops up a little screen that says What can I add to my life today? just to remind me to ask that because it’s very easy. At least for me, it’s been very easy to NOT ask that question and then get into all the trauma-drama and the stories and *grunting noises*. What can I add to my life today to change this right away? If you’ve got time to stress, you’ve got too much time, my sweet friends.

[11:25] A weird tool to reduce stress: this is the mantra from Access Consciousness. Repeat it, repeat it, repeat it: All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. 

 

[11:49] Now, that may sound like an affirmation. It’s different than an affirmation. Often an affirmation [is] where we’re stating something that we don’t actually know to be true. We don’t actually believe [it] to be true, so we’re stating it and we’re trying to prove it. So, it’s a really funky energy. Whereas this mantra: All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory meaning all of it: the shit, the yummy, and everything in between comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. It’s a totally different space. 

 

[12:25] 10 times in the morning, repeat it: 10 times in the evening, repeat it; and then anytime throughout the day where you’re choosing stress. Just change those stressful thoughts and thinking and all of that to All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. It’s also great to use if you’re trying to fall asleep at night and you’re not falling asleep at night. It’s [a] great tool to use because it will assist you to fall asleep at night. It’s great to use. 

 

[12:55] Maybe you’re in [a] really heavy traffic and you’re stressed about that, or you’re stressed about being late because you’re in heavy traffic or whatever it is, you’re in a fight with somebody, you’re in upset with somebody – All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. In your mind—you don’t even have to say it out loud. You can if you would like, but just in your mind will work and it will change it.

 

[13:15] Years ago, I use that tool—again, I use my Reminder up morning and night. I challenged myself to 30 days because I didn’t really get it. It didn’t really make sense to me. I mean, I’m just repeating a bunch of words. What the hell. 

[13:32] I encourage you to try 30 days in a row. First thing in the morning [for] 10 times, right before you go to sleep [for] 10 times, and then anytime throughout the day that you require it. I cannot tell you the magic that that created for me and continues to create for me. It’s one of my go-tos when I have any sort of upset or anything isn’t the way that I think it should be or all the crazy. All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.

[00:11] Tools When You Are Scared As Fuck. Something that you want to recognize with that scared energy or that fearful energy is you have a couple of questions you can ask yourself. First question: Truth, is this fear or is this excitement? Now, let me explain. I know that sounds weird. However, a lot of times what we’re calling fear is actually our body super excited about something. 

 

[00:43] Let me give you an example: Years and years ago, I wanted to be a public speaker. I wanted to stand on stage and share inspiration with people. And then, I got my first invite—I was invited to speak on stage. “Oh, no, I can’t have that! I’m scared, I can’t do it! I have to say no!” – I had all of this insanity going on. 

 

[01:08] Now, I didn’t have this tool back then. Luckily, I didn’t let it stop me. However, the question I could have asked myself back then is like, Truth, am I fearful, am I scared, or am I excited? Because in that situation, it was actually what was true. I was so excited—my body was so excited—but we’re so used to identifying that energy as fear that we don’t stop and ask a question. 

 

[01:34] Please, my sweet friends, start asking Is this fear or is this excitement? If you get that it’s fear, don’t worry, I have another tool for you. When it reads as fear—it’s not excitement, it’s actually fear. What we’re doing is we’re distracting ourselves. 

 

[01:52] To give you a silly example: if you’re walking in a city downtown late at night, and you’re walking around and you’re feeling icky that you just go, “Oh no, I’m just distracting myself. I shall continue to do whatever I would like!” No. 

 

You actually want to look at [if] there is something else to choose. It could be that you’re distracting yourself and you could make a different choice. Maybe you get a taxi in that situation or something different. So, it’s not that we go, “Oh well, it’s no big deal.” We still pay attention to it, but we don’t distract ourselves with it. 

 

[02:25] A lot of the stuff going on in the world right now that we might be choosing fear around are probably distractions. [It’s] because there’s nothing in that moment that we can—no, I shouldn’t say there’s nothing. There may be SOMETHING in that moment to do different. 

 

[02:45] Let’s say you’re—what is that term now? Doomscrolling, I think? They call it [that] when you’re on social media or something, looking at all the, you know, “This is the worst thing ever and we’re all gonna die!” and all of that. Maybe the choice in that moment would be to stop doing that. That could be that, but you can check in [if there is] an action to take. 

 

Maybe you are aware of something and there’s something to actually do. But it’s not ever about sitting in your house by yourself feeling scared as fuck. That’s never going to create greater — that’s only going to create more distraction and more of that icky energy. 

 

[03:24] We really have to look at this, guys, because it’s something that we’ve probably found a way to just deal with. It’s like, “Oh well, that’s just what happens. I watch the news, and then I can’t fall asleep at night. And then, I wake up in the middle of the night and I worry some more” – we’ve got to stop that one. It adds the same energy—gives us more of THAT energy, of that doom-y, gloomy, icky energy. 

 

[03:48] It’s not about putting on rose-colored glasses, either. We’re not going, “Oh, no. Everything in the world is perfect. Everybody’s happy and loves each other!” Please don’t do that. It’s about being aware. When we’re distracting ourselves, we’re not aware because we’re doing what I call “putting blinders on.” 

 

[04:08] Let’s say you go on social media for a little bit. You see some stories and it’s like, “Oh my gosh! Okay, well, this is gonna happen and this is gonna happen, and then we’re all gonna die! This is gonna happen when we’re dead!” and you know, all that. We’re putting all these blinders on rather than going, “Okay, yeah. I’m willing to be aware of what’s going on without adding a story to it, so that we can actually start to be way more aware of what’s required to change it. What can we be and do different to change it? Such a powerful question, my sweet friends. Such a powerful question.

[06:10] Back to the show! Okay, those are the two questions: One, is this fear or is this excitement? Now, that’s gonna read for some things, and for some other things: Am I distracting myself with this? If you get a yes, What other choice do I have? 

 

Again, it might be to take some action. You might be recognizing that what you’re choosing in that moment isn’t creating greater and there’s a different action to take—cool. And then, it can be what can I be and do different to change this? 

 

[06:39] The other thing with this: we want to recognize, again, especially because of everything going on in the planet, one of the other tools that we use all the time—I was gonna say a lot, but that’s not true; all the time—in Access Consciousness is Who does this belong to? 

 

[06:54] Again, think of everybody on the planet who is scared as fuck right now. Yeah, that’s a lot of people. It’s a lot of people with that energy of scared as fuck. We are infinitely aware. We can pick up on that and then play with it as though it’s ours. Please, let’s stop that. 

 

[07:13] What we want to do, again: Is this fear or excitement? If you get its fear, then What am I distracting myself from? and also Who does this belong to? It’s going to lighten up… Return to Sender with consciousness attached – that’s the tool. 

 

[07:27] It’s such an easy tool – Return to Sender with consciousness attached, which means you’re returning it to whoever was the very first person to play with the energy, the distraction of scared as fuck. Cool! “With consciousness” means it’s being delivered back in a way that they could change it if they wish. Now, that part is not up to us. Our job – return to sender with consciousness attached. Let them choose whatever they’re going to choose and us to carry on. 

 

[07:57] But really, [it’s] to start recognizing we have another choice. We have another choice. We can continue to play with scared as fuck and contract our life so small, or we can use some of these tools and make different choices and look at, “Okay, what is going to create the most here? What is going to create the most here? What can I be and do different to change this? 

 

[08:20] The more that I change that energy that shows up in my life—that scared as fuck, the more that I’m willing to use these tools, it energetically ripples out and invites people around me and for miles and miles and forever and ever and ever to change it for themselves. So, what sort of contribution could we be if all of you listening start using these tools rather than playing with scared as fuck as though it’s real? 

 

[08:48] We’re infinite beings. Scared isn’t a reality for us. We are infinite beings with infinite awareness, so we would make a different choice. We would just know—”Oh, there’s that energy. Okay, what can I be and do different to change this?” 

 

But when we’re pretending we’re finite beings, that’s when it becomes a bit of a problem. That’s when we stick ourselves because we go into this energy of like, “Oh, I’m scared because of this and it’s because of this, and this is going to happen and this is going to happen” and then, it’s that spiral. It was called like that, you know, hamster on a hamster wheel, like you’re just going, going, going, and crazy, crazy, crazy. Honestly, it’s up to us to stop it.

[00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so, so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. 

 

[00:14] This week’s show, with all the stuff going on in the world right now, [is] Tools to Thrive When the World is Going Bat Sh*t Crazy. Yeah, yeah. Truly, what else is possible with all of this, my sweet friends, that we have never even considered? 

 

[00:40] I have had so many conversations with people, whether they just reach out to me privately or I’m working with them one to one or group calls, whatever it is, where people are not sure what to do when the world is going bat shit crazy. Now, the world has been going bat shit crazy for a while—probably forever, really. There’s always been some sort of drama-trauma. Right now, at least for me and many other people around me, it’s louder and bat shittier, crazier than ever before. 

 

[01:15]mAnd so, a lot of people are asking, “What do I do, Glenyce? How do I continue to thrive? How do I continue to celebrate my successes? How do I continue to build my business? How do I do this when I’m aware of what’s going on?” which is, really, how this whole show got birthed. [It’s] because I was looking at that for myself, also. 

 

[01:40] I saw a fellow business person post something and I was so inspired by it. This is not exactly what she said, but it’s close. [It] was: “I’m not sure what to do in this situation. I’m not sure how to continue to market my business, work with my clients, and live as though basically nothing’s going on when we all know there’s a lot going on.” 

 

And [then], she said, “What I’m going to do is I’m going to continue to contribute to everyone else who’s choosing to be aware of it, and to continue forward while being aware of it all.” 

 

[01:46] Contributing in all the ways that work—for her—is what she meant, and continuing on. Not stopping, not using it as an excuse, not going down the rabbit hole but actually [being] aware that it’s going on [while] contributing in whatever ways and not stopping. 

 

[01:46] Now, there’s going to be some of you that that actually would make sense to not, so please do what actually works for you. That’s really the ultimate of all of this: do what works for you. I’m also going to share some tools to thrive when the world is going bat shit crazy because honestly, anything less than that is then contributing to that—the world going bat shit crazy. 

 

[02:52] I was really inspired by that (1) because I was really unsure, also really, what to do. I think it was like a week ago, I was even like, “Do I even send out an email like my weekly newsletter? Do I send that out? What would actually be a contribution here?” And when I saw her post, I was like, “Actually, me not sending out that newsletter wouldn’t contribute.” 

 

My weekly newsletter, if you’re not on it, get on it—hello?! Also, it has things that are inspiring me, it has the art that I created that week, it has this radio show—a link to it. You get it as soon as it’s available. [There are] all sorts of other items and stuff that I don’t even recall right now. So, me not sending that out didn’t actually make sense to me. 

 

[04:17] As usual, these tools are in no way, shape, or form, or whatever I might have them, I might save them as number 1-2-3 but they’re all useful. Use the ones that work, try them out. Basically, it’s all just a bunch of amazing magic tricks that you can use to change anything. 

 

[04:47] A tool to thrive when the world is going bat shit crazy is one of my all-time favorites—I talk about it all the time. If you’re not new here, you’ve heard me talk about it before. You’ll hear me talk about it again. It is the tool of interesting point of view. 

 

[05:05] This is where when you become aware of something that you actually have a point of view about, something that you’re judging, something that you’re going, “This is wrong and horrible and shouldn’t be going on!” and that energy. Here’s the thing: It’s the same energy as the thing. What we want to be really aware of is when we are adding energy to the bat shit crazy. We want to then use this tool to stop it, which is very simple. 

 

[05:39] When you recognize that—let’s say you turn on the news, you read the newspaper, or somebody’s sharing something they saw on social media about it. You start going into “this is horrible” and “this is awful.” Stop… and say this—you can say it to yourself, you can say it out loud, it doesn’t matter how you say it, just say it: 

 

Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. 

 

You’re going to say it 5, 10, [or] maybe 50 times. What you’re looking to do is actually change the energy of whatever it is you’re judging. When we’re adding energy to something like this by judging it that it’s wrong, it’s horrible, it shouldn’t be going on, that’s what we need to change. 

 

[06:32] Now, does that mean we’re going to get to the place where we just sit back and go, “Ah, no big deal. It’s not happening to me, so who cares?’ That’s not what we’re going to get to. We can’t get there—that’s not something that will ever be possible for us [because] we actually have infinite caring. 

 

[06:49] What you want to recognize is that when you get out of the judgment, you’ll actually be aware then of what’s possible. You’ll be aware of what’s going to create greater. You might suddenly come across a charity to donate to, an idea of putting together something that would contribute to a group of people, or there’s a billion [other] things. But all the while we’re in the wrongness of the thing, we’ll never ever, ever, ever change it. 

 

[07:19] So, our tool for this one is interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Let’s do it together. I want you to bring up something. It doesn’t have to be about the bat shit crazy that’s going on in the planet right now. It might be something very personal to you— it might be something that you’re struggling with, a specific situation, a money thing, a relationship thing, whatever. Just bring up one for the purpose of us doing this together right now. Okay? Bring up that energy, bring up the judgment, whatever that is for you. I’m going to bring up something, also… Okay, there we go. Together:

 

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view.

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view. 

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view.

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view. 

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view.

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view. 

 

Now, check back in. If that situation still [has] lots of judgment and energy, continue with it until it’s gone. 

 

[08:35] What I find often [that] occurs, though, is that it changes, and then there’s maybe another piece to it. Let’s say we were mad at our spouse for not taking out the garbage and we’re doing it. And then all of a sudden as we’re doing it, we start thinking about the time that they also didn’t wash the car like they said they were going to or something like that. We can kind of go into other places and run it there, too. 

 

Just do it until you have that spaciousness—until you get to be present with you. That’s what we’re looking for with this tool. It is such an easy way to change things so that you can then be more aware of what’s required in whatever situation—any situation, especially with the bat shit crazy going on. 

 

[09:30] A tool to thrive when the world is going bat shit crazy is the energetic contributions from Access Consciousness. These are like magic—they change things as if by magic. They’re phenomenal. Now, they’re exactly what they sound like: an energetic contribution. You’re going to contribute energetically. 

 

[09:56] When I very first started studying Access Consciousness back In 2011, I didn’t use these for many years. I bet it was 3 or 4 years before I truly started using the energetic contributions. It didn’t make sense to me—I didn’t feel like I was doing anything, so I didn’t do them until I did. 

 

It might be that you don’t find them as useful. It might be that you love them and use them all the time. It might be you’ve never heard of them before and you just want to try them out [or] whatever. What I recommend is if you’ve been like I was for all those years and kind of avoiding them, maybe try like a 30-day challenge with yourself of choosing to use them once a day just to check it out. 

 

[10:42] I also have a radio show from many years ago, I don’t even recall what it’s called. I do know it’s all about the energetic contributions. We’ll link to that.

[11:07] Energetic contributions—there’s many, many of them in Access Consciousness. If you’re ever, ever interested, you will find them in the Access Consciousness Foundation class. I facilitate that—they’re amazing, my sweet friends.

[11:48] What these energetic contributions do is they allow us to be the magic of us energetically. When you are in that space of the bat shit crazy—when you’re in that energy, when you’re joining in, when you’re spinning in the “what is going to happen, what if this happens, what if that happens, what if that doesn’t happen?”, whatever that is, when you’re there, you can energetically contribute. 

 

[12:23] There’s many different numbers—we’re gonna just talk about the number 3 for the sake of this show. It’s basically where you energetically contribute—I like to use my hands. Dr. Dain Heer who’s the co-founder of Access Consciousness, he has all sorts of videos and radio shows and all the things about energy and energetically contributing and all of that. If you ever see him on video, you’ll see his hands are moving all the time. He’s doing all of this. A 3—what we’re going to do together today is we’re going to contribute this 3 energy, which is like taking a lightning bolt and blowing apart the solidity of a situation. 

 

[13:14] Now, here’s the thing, though, and this is the thing with every tool that we use in Access Consciousness: you don’t want to have a point of view about what it should do. We’re going to do some 3s together, but you don’t want to have the assumption that it’s going to make this happen or that happen or make this not happen or any of those things. We want to be really, really, really total space when we’re doing a 3 because if we do a 3 for what we think is the best or the way we think it should turn out, we’re actually really limiting what could occur. 

 

[13:56] When we decide from our head what should be going on, that’s very limited. Our head—our mind can only make a decision based on what we can see or what has occurred before. That’s very limited. 

 

What could occur on the planet in the next second could blow all of our mind, could be so beyond this reality, could be that it’s just so magical that we can’t even comprehend it because it hasn’t occurred, and because our mind can only comprehend what’s occurred. So, what we want to do when we energetically contribute is have no point of view about how it should occur. 

 

[14:45] Sometimes, things get worse before they get better. There’s so many things. When we’re doing this energetic contribution, this 3 to contribute, it’s just that: it’s to contribute with no point of view about what that contribution would be. Yeah. Okay. 

 

[15:05] With that right now, again, you can think personally, you can think globally, whatever, however you want to use this 3 together right now. We’re just going to bring up the energy of a situation—that solid, which is any situation that you would see as bat shit crazy. There’s solidity there, so it doesn’t matter. You can pick a very specific thing or a global thing. We’re just going to do some 3s together. 

 

[15:33] What I do when I do energetic contributions—when I BE energetic contributions is [a] more accurate definition, but it doesn’t sound right. When I BE this, what I do is I bring to mind the energy of it—not necessarily to mind, but the energy of the situation. 

 

[15:53] I’m going to do it globally. I’m bringing up all that energy, all that solidity. Now, I’m being really present with me, with my body, with me as the infinite being I truly be, being really present. I am going to contribute… whatever is going to contribute. You can do this with me.

 

1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3.

 

Basically, I just do it like that until I can perceive a shift. Now, what’s that shift? Who knows? I’m not going to define it, I’m not even sure. It just is a shift. That’s all we’re looking for. 

 

[16:40] Now, a few ways that you can use 3s—really magical. If when you wake up in the morning you wake up tired, you can actually do 10 of the 3s, like, just contribute. The wording you could say is something like I’m contributing to anything that doesn’t allow my body to feel rested. 1 2 3… 1 2 3… and then do 10 of them. You could word it like that. You don’t even have to word it. You could just wake up feeling kind of crappy and just go, “Anything this is… 1 2 3… 1 2 3…” You can do it like that. There’s so many ways. 

 

[17:17] The other way [is] years ago, I used to have really bad knee problems back in 2015. What I would do when I was walking and it felt really, really painful is every step I took, I would go 3… 3… 3… 3. Now, I meant with my feet—I wasn’t doing this with my hands. When I was walking, every step that I took, energetically I would be saying 3, 3, 3. I would be contributing with every step that I took. 

 

There was a lot of times back then I was walking through airports, I was walking blocks and blocks to different places where I was facilitating classes and stuff. There was a lot of time where I spent walking that I would do those 3s. It would change it so much just by doing the 3s with every step I took. 

 

[18:06] Again, you can use these in any way that you can, that you can find. There’s no right or wrong way to using these. There’s just being them—using them, being them. 

 

Again, in that older radio show, I think we go up to number 7 in that show or something. Then in Foundation, we go all the way up to number 20. Once you take Foundation, you can move on to Choice of Possibilities, which is then I think it goes up to 24 or something at this point. I mean there’s so many numbers, there’s so many different ways that contribute. But for now for this show, just use 3s on anything that’s solid. Anything that seems bat shit crazy, use 3s. 

 

[18:52] A tool to thrive when the world is bat shit crazy [is] asking this question: What is the beautiful energy underneath this? What that does is it takes us out of the wrongness. It takes us out of the judgment and it puts us into the space of possibilities. 

 

[19:16] Often when something is bat shit crazy, or we’re seeing it as that, there’s so much judgment—there’s all that solidity, it’s all of that harshness, it’s all of that intensity. When we start asking what is the beautiful energy underneath this, then the universe can actually show us. The universe can actually show us what the beautiful energy is. There’s always beautiful energy. 

 

Once we get the energy of that, now we’re out of the judgment. We’re out of the solidity, we’re out of the harshness [and] into the beautiful energy of it, which is where we can then contribute. We can actually be the contribution. 

 

[20:00] Now, what does being the contribution mean? [It] just means BEing with no point of view, with no judgment, with no solidity—BEing. In that space, you’d actually have an awareness of what that actually could be like. If you were BEing a contribution… it’s not a doing, it’s a BEing. You might then come across something that you could contribute to like, maybe there’s money to contribute to a charity. Maybe there’s an action to take that would contribute. Maybe there’s a setting up a different charity-type thing. I mean, there’s so many things that could be. 

 

[20:50] That’s what you want to recognize: when we’re in the space of the beautiful energy, meaning we’re not in the judgment, we’ll become aware of what’s actually going to change it. This reality has really, really taught us that the only way to change something is through judgment. We have to judge it, and judge it, and judge it. And then through that judgment, we can change it. That’s not actually true. It’s not actually true. You’ll never change anything through judgment, you’ll only add to it. 

 

[21:28] The more that we’re in the space of the beautiful energy, the more that we’ll be the contribution, that then we’ll be aware of if there’s actually anything else to do, if there is an action step. Sometimes there isn’t, sometimes there is. It’s a totally different space. It’s a totally different energy. 

 

[21:51] Just like all the tools that I share, this tool can be used on anything. If you’re having an upset with somebody at work, ask just [with] yourself [or] in your mind: what is the beautiful energy underneath this? It’s going to take you out of the wrongness of the situation and put you into the spaciousness, the possibilities. Whatever might contribute, you’d actually be aware of it, and then you could take the action. 

 

Really, when when we look at all the bat shit crazy on the planet right now, what is the beautiful energy underneath it all? What is the beautiful energy underneath it all? 

 

[22:42] Like every question that we ask in Access Consciousness, we’re not looking for an answer. We’re not going to try to figure it out. We’re just asking what is the beautiful energy underneath this all. We’re allowing the universe to deliver that to us in whatever way it can. 

 

[It] might not be [in] the moment you ask a question, might not be for an hour, might not be for three days—it doesn’t matter. We’re going to stay in the question. The question will always, always create greater. The answer, the trying-to-figure-it-out, the involving of your mind, that’s where it becomes a limitation.

[23:44] Basically, the wording is—I’ll give you the wording first:

 

Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. 

 

That’s the Clearing Statement. You can say it in whatever way you would like. You can say Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, you could say Good and Bad, Right and Wrong, Shorts, Boys, and Beyonds—however you want to say it. The way that you’ll always hear me say it, just because that’s how I memorize that all those years ago: Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.  

 

[24:15] Basically, it’s like a magic wand. If you’re driving to work, you’re trying to fall asleep at night, or you’re sitting watching TV but your mind is going and you’re freaking out about what might happen with the world, what might go on, what won’t ever happen, or you’re in that space, you don’t even have to do anything except repeat the Clearing Statement over and over. 

 

[24:40] There’s various ways so if you haven’t memorized it, you don’t have to. You can keep it really simple and just say the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement, the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement, the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement—you could do that. 

 

[24:53] The other thing you could do [is] just go: POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD. That’s a very short version of the Clearing Statement. 

 

If you’re like me [and] a little bit OCD, maybe a lot OCD, I say the whole thing: Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds over and over and over. 

 

[25:18] What that does is it clears all the insanity. It clears all the crazy, clears all my points of views. It clears all the points of views I’m aware of, it clears all the crazy, and it allows me to be me. It is something that I highly recommend. If [it] feels yummy to you that you memorize it, or you use the shortened version or whatever, and repeat it and repeat it, and repeat it. 

 

[25:44] Here’s the thing: we often do this thing of deciding that something has value that it doesn’t. We’ve decided—a lot of us, not all of us, but many of us have decided—there’s value in worrying about something that’s totally out of our control. There’s value in talking about how horrible something is that we can’t change. Specifically, there’s value in thinking about it and thinking about it and worrying ourselves sick about it. That’s the value we’ve decided. 

 

[26:20] It’s not actually true. There’s no value in that because there’s nothing that we can do about that external stuff out there. What can we do, though, is  take care of us. 

 

What can we do is use the Clearing Statement in our mind or out loud, whatever works, in that moment over and over to get out of the insanity, to get us back to the space of us, to get us back to our awareness of what we could be or do different to contribute, to [a] totally different space of being. 

 

[26:53] It’s something that actually takes choice. We actually have to choose it. We actually have to look at where are we putting our attention. What are we doing with our energy? Does it actually work? Does it actually work anymore? Does it actually work to stress about something that we ultimately can’t do anything about in this moment? No. Okay, so what can we do? 

 

Well, we can take care of ourselves which—here’s the kicker—will ultimately contribute to that thing changing. Yeah. We actually have all this magic but we’re using it against us most of the time than for us. 

 

All the magic that you be, that you’ve been using against you rather than for you, will you destroy and uncreate all of that times a gazillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.  

[27:53] This is one of the ways that we use the Clearing Statement. We ask a question like that, and then we clear all the energy that comes up around it so that we can actually be us. We can actually be us—we can actually start utilizing that magic for us, for the planet, [and] for the possibilities. Yes, yes, yes. It is so time, my sweet friends. If there was ever a time, now is the time for us to be the magic of us.

[00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. I am so incredibly grateful that you are here, whether you’re watching this as a video or listening to it as an audio. 

 

This has been almost two years that we’ve been doing this and yet, every once in a while, I still want people to know that there’s lots of ways to consume this weekly show, podcast, or radio show—whatever you might want to call it. We’ve got YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, and—oh my gosh—all the things and then, of course, all of the podcast apps like Spotify, Apple, and all the other ones that I don’t know.

[00:50] What are we going to talk about this week? Well, I am in the midst of facilitating yet another phenomenal Foundation class, which is one of the classes from Access Consciousness. It’s really where all of the tools that I share on this radio show are from—they are life changing and amazing. 

 

[01:14] So, Tools to Change Anything. Yep—anything, because that’s what these tools do. You can actually utilize these tools to change anything. 

 

[01:28] You hear me share them in all sorts of ways—maybe you’ve been following me a bit on Instagram and my reels or on TikTok lately where I’ve been sharing magical money tricks which you can use on anything. One, you can go opt in and get the FREE downloads: I did a video, there’s a PDF with five questions, and there’s phone wallpaper with my #1 question for more money. You can go grab that—that’s a gift for you. Basically, these tools can be used on anything. 

 

[01:56] First tool! Now, I wouldn’t say there’s any such thing as the number one tool of all tools. If I was gonna say that, it’s this one: interesting point of view, I have that point of view. Interesting point of view, I have that point of view. 

 

How do you use this? Before I go into this, even if you’ve been here for a while, even if you’ve used this tool a million times, take a moment and listen. I know what you’re like because I’m like that, too. [You’re] like, “I know how to use that!” and then, you stop paying attention. But let’s all just be present for a moment… okay, there we go. 

 

[02:42] What you’re looking at with interesting point of view [and] using this tool is any time that you have an interesting point of view—anytime you’re judging, you’re comparing, you’re projecting, you’re expecting, you’re insane, or whatever it is, whenever you’re not being the allowance that you actually be—you want to use this tool. It’s so simple, just [say it]  in your head: Interesting point of view, I have that point of view… Interesting point of view, I have that point of view… Interesting point of view, I have that point of view. 

 

That’s what I do: I give myself some space between saying it to give space to the energy, to start dissipating it. You could do it really quickly—*faster pace* Interesting point of view, I have that point of view. Interesting point of view, I have that point of view—it just might not create what you’re looking for. It may [but] you just want to check in. That’s always the thing—you always just want to check in with yourself. If it’s changing it, do it however it works. For me, I know that that space in between gifts it that. 

 

[03:53] Let’s say you’re driving to work, and you’re annoyed because there’s heavy traffic. You’re annoyed because it’s snowing, you’re annoyed because you left your partner in a tiff or something—whatever it is, [it] doesn’t matter. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… 

 

[04:15] Bring that up, think about it and repeat that over and over and over, and allow yourself the space to change it. All you’re doing is identifying it’s just a point of view, which means it’s not real, it’s not significant,  it’s not black and white. It’s just an interesting point of view. You do that enough times [and] it no longer has a hold over you. Now, you have more space to make a different choice.

 

Whatever the problem is, whatever the thing is that isn’t working, whatever it is that you would like to change, add interesting point of view to it. 

 

[04:54] Let’s say it’s something that occurred last week. You’re not in that moment, you’re remembering it. You’re reliving it, possibly. Maybe you’re having—maybe this is just me, pretty sure it’s not, though—of like where you’re replaying it in your head. “I should have said this, I shouldn’t have said that”—like that insanity. 

 

All you have to do is just think of that thing, that situation, that person, that whatever. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… over and over until it just changes it. It doesn’t matter if it’s past [or] you’re worried about something coming up in the future. Same thing—think about it, repeat that over and over. 

 

[05:38] I said this already [and] I’m going to repeat it again, though. You do not have to say this out loud. In fact, if you’re saying it to somebody, you’re probably being a superior bitch and stop it. Stop it. A lot of times, people find these tools and they start using them. But then, they start basically killing everyone around them with them. That’s not what these tools are for. Just for you, just for fun, never tell anyone. 

 

If you’re aware that the person talking to you is having an interesting point of view, don’t tell them they’re having an interesting point of view. That’s not kind. [Instead], you, in your head, can say interesting point of view, they have that point of view so you can have more space with it. 

 

[06:21] That is one tool, and you hear me talk about it all the time if you’ve been around a while. If you’re new here, hi! [It’s] nice to meet you. Otherwise, it’s just one of those that can change anything so quickly in my experience. 

 

06:36 The other way that I’ve used it is for body stuff. Let’s say I wasn’t feeling well. I would actually just focus on where I’m not feeling well. Let’s say I was feeling congested—like a cold-like thing—I would focus on that. Focus isn’t the right word—I would be PRESENT with it. That’s what I’m looking for—I’d be present with that energy, the congestion, and interesting point of view, I have this point of view… Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… 

 

So simple, my sweet friends, so simple. For me, it changes it very, very quickly. So, that’s one tool to change anything. 

 

[07:16] Another tool, and I haven’t probably shared this all that much. It’s not one that I’ve really used a whole lot. But I was talking about it in the Foundation class this morning which is just popping into my mind now. 

 

[07:27] Let’s say you’re in a situation that you would like to be different—you’re frustrated with it, you’re upset with it, it’s not what you’d like it to be. A question you can ask: What is funny about this that I’m not getting? 

 

Yeah, right? It just changes it. [It’s] because there’s always something funny about it. If you’re stuck in the drama-trauma of the thing, then you’re in a very solid, heavy, icky energy. But by asking What’s funny about this that I’m not getting?, there’s that lightness. 

 

[08:02] Ultimately, guys, that’s what we’re always looking for—more lightness. When we’re in the problem, when you’re in the drama-trauma, when we’re in the crazy, that’s the contractive and that’s the heavy. What about the lightness? What about the lightness, my sweet friends? What’s funny about this I’m not getting is such a quick way to change it. 

 

[08:23] The other way—different sort of a question, but very same idea. What’s right about this I’m not getting? Same idea, just a different energy to it. 

 

[08:34] I know a lot of people when they hear that, they [would go], “No! If we’re choosing consciousness, we don’t do right and wrong so I can’t ask that question.” You can, but you just want to recognize we’re not asking from the place of what’s right about this so we can figure out what’s right—not from that. 

 

Usually, what we’re doing before we become aware to ask that question is we’re in the wrongness. “What’s wrong with me? What’s wrong with this situation? What’s wrong with this person?” When we change it to “What’s right about this?”, we change the energy of the situation. 

 

[09:06] It just depends. What’s funny about this (I really like that one) and what’s right about this, either one of those will change any situation because again, when there’s contraction, once we change it to lightness, that’s where the awarenesses, that’s where the possibilities is, and that is where the magic is. 

 

[09:26] Another tool is to recognize that your point of view is what’s creating your reality. It’s your point of view. You don’t have to figure out what your point of view is and change that. You could, that’s one way, but a really quick kind of way around that is when you recognize you’re in something—there’s something going on—you don’t like, you know you’re choosing it, you know you’re creating it. You could ask: If I didn’t have a point of view here, what magic could I create? What magic could I be here? 

 

[10:01] It changes it because we’re not taking our time to figure out all the interesting points of views we’re playing with. We’re just saying, “Hey, if I didn’t hold on to any of this, what magic could I be? What magic could I create?” which then, guess what? We go from the heavy contraction to the lightness which is what we’re looking for. The stuff that’s going to change it for us is getting into that lightness, and whatever it takes to get there. 

 

[10:28] This is just one really quick way around it, really quick acknowledgement that we are the creators of our life. A lot of times when we’re in that icky-ness, when we’re in the problem, drama, etc, we’re playing a victim. We’re going, “Well, I will change this, but that person won’t let me” or “This wouldn’t be happening if they didn’t do this” or “If the government wasn’t that…” 

 

If I didn’t have a point of view here, what magic could I be? 

 

[10:56] It changes everything. With questions, we’re not looking for answers. When I asked that, I’m not going, “Okay, so what magic could I be? Let me figure out the magic I could be.” It’s not gonna work like that. It’s just asking that question, we’re gonna go to the lightness, and then the universe is going to deliver the magic. Okay? Our job is just to ask the question, be the question, be the lightness, change anything that isn’t light into lightness, and the universe will do the rest. 

 

[11:27] Another tool to change anything is to always be in the question of yourself of what would I like to create here? 

 

There’s so much value in the problem—we put so much energy into the problem. I need to think about the problem, I need to figure out the problem, I need to spin on the problem, I need to talk about the problem with the 10 people around me, and then I’ll fix the problem. And then, I won’t have the problem. And then, I’ll choose something different. 

 

Sorry, [it] doesn’t work that way. The only time you’ll choose something different is when you choose something different. The value that we’ve put into the problem is what we need to stop. We need to ask ourselves, “Hey, what would I like to create here?” 

 

[12:13] Again, let’s go to the example of you’re driving to work and you’re upset about the traffic. It’s really heavy traffic and you’re late already. You’re in that place of “this is so stupid and I shouldn’t have to deal with his traffic” and “I hate traffic and I left early so I didn’t have to” and all that stuff. That energy is not going to change anything. 

 

However, [try] asking what would I like to create here? It’s often the exact opposite of what you’re creating. It’s often like, “I’d like to have ease with the traffic. I’d like to get to my appointment on time” and that’s all you need to do—turn it into what you’d like to create and then ask for that. The way that I asked sounds a little bit different than an ask, but it’s still an ask. 

 

I wonder what it would be like to get to the appointment on time…. I wonder what it would be like to have ease with driving right now…. 

 

[13:08] I wonder about it, which is similar to a question. You could [also] ask What would it take? What would it take to have ease with this right now? What would it take to get to my appointment on time? What magic could I be to get there on time? You’re turning it into your ask of what you would like, which is getting you out of the solidity of the problem and into the lightness once again. That’s what we’re looking for. 

 

[Those are] some really simple, easy-to-use tools, my sweet friends, to get you out of the problem and into the space [and] the lightness to change it as if by magic.

[00:11] I’m laughing a little bit because if you’re watching this on video, I have a cup in front of me. It’s one of my cups, and it says “F*ck…” and it has a whole bunch of places you could put a check mark, like “f*ck you”, “f*ck this”, “f*ck it”, “fuck-a-doodle-doo”. 

 

However as I’m sitting here, I’m wondering, “I’m not sure it’s going to read correctly in the video.” So, I just started to giggle as I hit record had to share that with you. 

 

[00:38] Okay. What are we going to talk about today? Tools to Clear Secret Agendas. Now, I have done radio shows on secret agendas before. We will link them somewhere for you if you want to check them out. 

 

[00:55] In a very recent class that I had with Access Consciousness, the Certified Facilitator Training in February of 2022, they spoke about secret agendas a little bit. I did what I do: if there’s a certain energy on something, I go and I do a little bit more research on it just to be a little bit more aware. 

 

Oh, my gosh. I really am getting secret agendas on a level like I’ve never got before. It’s amazing. Truly, this is something I have been clearing and playing with for years and years and years, probably ever since I started using the tools from Access Consciousness, which has been 11 years. So, it’s been a long time and still, there still so much to receive about it. 

 

[01:43] So, I wanted to do this show basically based on something that I read in the reference materials. If you’re not familiar, reference materials are things you can purchase from Access Consciousness after you take Foundation and then, after you take the Choice of Possibilities class. It’s all of the stuff that has been in the Manuals all of the years. 

 

What I don’t recommend you doing—because I did this back in 2012—is printing it all off. I had binders and binders and binders of pages. Instead, keep them on your devices as PDFs, and they’re easy to search. Anyway, lesson learned. 

 

[02:20] So, what I read and what I want to just talk about here—that’s why I have my computer with me, I want to share directly from it to make sure that I get it correct as I’m sharing it. But what I want to talk about first is like, what are secret agendas? What the heck are you talking about, Glenyce? 

 

[02:41] Really, there are things that we decide, there are decisions we make and then, we’re never able to change that. Something as simple as, let’s say, you decided you don’t like the color blue. Maybe you were in another life and you decided you don’t like the color blue, then you’re not able to receive from blue or anything around blue, or even start to like the color blue based on that secret agenda. 

 

[03:15]Now, of course, that’s kind of a silly example, because it’s just a color, what does it matter? Except this is every area of our life. Every area – we have secret agendas with money, we have secret agendas with people, we have secret agendas with our body, we have secret agendas with giving. And so, this is what I wanted to share with you. 

 

[03:39] Gary Douglas says, “Secret agendas of giving are what stop us from receiving. If any part of your life is not abundant, you are giving something as a way not to receive.

 

[03:58] You’re giving something as a way not to receive.” 

 

Ah, this was huge for me when I read that. Just looking at my life, of how much—and especially prior to using these tools from Access Consciousness—I would give, and give, and give. And then, I would be resentful. And then, I would make the other person wrong. And then, I would make myself wrong because I made the other person right. You get the insanity of this? 

 

But really, how much are we giving to not receive? What if it’s not about just receiving either? What if it’s the gifting and the receiving and the receiving and the gifting? 

 

[04:39] In this reality, we have what’s called “give and take.” I give you something and I take something from you, or I give you something [and] you take something from me, like, whatever way it is. That’s very unnatural for us. If you’re listening to this or you’re watching this, it’s a very unnatural energy for us. 

 

[05:00] What is natural for us is “gifting and receiving,” which is what Gary’s talking about here. When we have a secret agenda with giving, we’re doing the “give and take” rather than the “gifting and the receiving.” The gifting and the receiving is where we don’t even know who the gift are is and who the receiver is. 

 

[05:20] I always use this as an example when I talk about gifting and receiving. It’s this podcast—the radio show, for me, is the best example I have of gifting and receiving, although I probably have many more, but it’s the best example. 

 

[05:34] If you’ve ever listened to a podcast or radio show, or watched a video where the person is doing give and take, it’s not that fun to listen to because there is this funky energy of “I’m giving you this but now I must take from you.” Some people do maybe a video to invite them to an offer that they have, and I always share my offers in here—again, if you’ve been here for a while, you know I do this—but it’s from this place of “Hey, here’s what I’ve got going on and I’d love you to come and play, but I’m not doing this so you will come to that.” 

 

[05:34] People would say, “You’re giving us this information—you’re giving us content, and we’re taking it from you” or however you want to see it, like THAT energy. But it’s like no for me. 

 

The reason that I’ve done this show since 2013, like, oh my gosh, is because as I’m gifting you this information, I’m receiving more as you receive this information. You’re gifting to me. Who’s the gift or who’s the receiver? I’m not sure. So, it’s a totally different energy than the giving and taking.

 

[05:37] That’s an example of give and take: I will give you some content, and then you will come to my stuff – that’s not going to last. That would not excite me to do a radio show every week for that. That just doesn’t have the energy—it’s that gifting and receiving that we’re looking for. If we have secret agendas with giving, then gifting and receiving would be very difficult. 

 

[07:20] Let me run this clearing that Gary has also in the section:

[08:46] We’re talking about this in the sense of giving and receiving, and we have secret agendas anywhere in our life where there isn’t THAT flow. Where there isn’t what we would like it to be like, there are secret agendas there. It’s kind of difficult to put words to them in that sense. I gave the example of the blue book to kind of give you an idea, but that’s such a limited way of the secret agendas we have. 

 

[09:21] One of the things that was talked about in the Certified Facilitator Training that Dain said was if you are making other people wrong, that’s a secret agenda. How often do we do that? Maybe that’s not really loud in your world, but how about making YOU wrong? Yeah, that’s a secret agenda, too. It’s EVERYWHERE. It’s everywhere. 

 

[09:52] So, the number one tool, really—not that I usually put them in order or anything like that, and I would say that this would be where you want to start—is basically a fill-in-the-blank clearing. This is one of the things that I love from Access Consciousness: they create these energetic clearings that are really simple to use. We can just fill in the blank with whatever thing we have going on. I’m going to read it to you again to make sure that I get it correct: 

 

What secret agenda with _____ – this is where you would put in whatever it is: with making myself wrong, with spending all my money, with hating my body, etc. Again, whatever you got going on in there. 

 

What secret agenda with _______ do you have that maintains and entrains what you cannot change, choose, and institute ______? 

 

After the word “institute,” basically you want to put in what you would like it to be like. I’m going to use an example from the reference materials. Again, about receiving:

 

What secret agenda for [[never having the joy of receiving]] do you have that maintains and entrains what you cannot change, choose, and institute [[as joyful living]]? Everything that is, we destroy and uncreate it all times a gazillion. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. 

 

You’re basically just following it up with the opposite of what you’re clearing, of what basically what you would like it to be. It’s two spots in that clearing to fill in the blank.

If you prefer, just go to the webpage and you can access them there to find these clearings and the blank one so that you can start using this [and] really, to start changing all of the secret agendas. 

 

They’re secret, you know—you’re not aware of them. The only way we become aware of them is to recognize something isn’t the way we would like it to be—we just know we have secret agendas there. 

 

[12:14] Now, the other clearing that you might not be familiar with—or you might be, depending on how much you’ve been playing with these tools from Access—is “What JAILs are you using.JAILs is an acronym [for] Judgments, Agendas, Inventions, and Lies. That’s another great clearing to use:

 

What JAILs are you using to create the dominance of E = MC2, creating the _____ you are choosing?

 

[12:41] You can keep it really simple like that. It’s the same idea: it’s clearing all of those energies, including the agendas. But if you want to specifically clear the secret agendas, then this clearing works really well. It’s basically, again, just to fill in the blank. You could write them down, you could record yourself on audio. 

 

[13:03] On my phone, which is an iPhone, I use, I believe it’s called “Voice Record Pro.” We’ll have a link below with it—I’m not sure that we can even link to it. But basically, what you’re looking for when you want to do that is an app that you can record to, and then you can loop it. You can hit ‘play’ and tell it to not stop until you tell it to stop. That’s what you want. 

 

[13:30] Now, if you really wanted to keep it super simple—maybe this is almost like too much and you can’t even—every time you recognize something isn’t the way you would like it to be – I destroy and uncreate all of the secret agendas I have with this right now. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. You can keep it super, super simple like that, also. 

 

[13:30] When we talk in Access about clearing loops, that’s what we’re doing. We’re looping the clearing over and over and over for greater and greater and greater clearing. 

 

We’ll also put a link to all of the clearings that I sell. I sell a lot of ones that are specifically things I’ve worked on and changed. They’re called my Personal Clearing Loops because that’s what they are – my personal clearing loops that I’ve put into a way that you could listen to them. We’ll have a link with that, too. Basically, what you’re doing is clearing all of the energies with whatever it is you’re filling in the blanks with. 

 

[14:31] The other thing that you want to start asking, if this is something you would like to become more aware of, is What is my secret agenda here? Now, we’re not necessarily looking for the words to explain what our secret agenda is. It’s just bringing to light (1) we’re acknowledging we have a secret agenda in whatever we’re dealing with, and (2) it’ll start to create more space for you to be able to choose something different. 

 

[15:03] Anytime we acknowledge something, it changes everything. This is what you’re looking to do with this: get out of the “this is the way it is.” Right? Maybe you’ve never liked the color blue and it never made sense to you. Maybe your roommate wanted to paint the house blue because they love blue, and you got in a big fight and you haven’t talked to them since. This might start to make a little bit of sense. 

 

[15:31] Again, we’re not saying that this is always what’s going on. It’s just probably a lot of the stuff that doesn’t make sense to you, the things that are like “what in the hell is going on here?” A question that I really catch myself asking and [I] change it when I do –  “What the hell’s wrong with me?” [It’s] not a question to ask, my sweet friends. Please don’t ask that question. That’s not a question, but that is the energy often. When we’re operating from secret agendas, that’s often what’s going on, because those secret agendas are secret. 

 

[16:09] We’re avoiding the color blue. We’re fighting with people who want to paint the house blue, and we’re ending friendships because of it. ” [What] the hell’s wrong with me?” No – What secret agenda do I have here? Or What secret agendas? It’s probably not just one, it’s probably many of them. 

 

[16:28]  The other thing that secret agendas do is they eliminate everything that could contribute. Right ,wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. Again, what if blue could contribute to us? If we’ve got a secret agenda that we hate blue, we’re not allowing it to contribute because we’ve resisted it. We’ve pushed it out of our world. 

 

[16:52] That fits for so many other things. Look at your life where you’re in resisting and reacting, or aligning and agreeing, where you’re making something right or you’re making it wrong – those are secret agendas. [It’s] because the only thing that’s natural for us is to have no point of view. 

 

[17:10] I know it doesn’t often feel natural. It feels more natural to have the point of view. But really, that’s only because of what we’ve surrounded ourselves with and what goes on on the planet—that it seems natural, but it’s not natural. What’s natural is not having a point of view. 

 

[17:27] So, when you have a point of view, you want to recognize that “Oh my gosh, what secret agendas do I have here?” or All of the secret agendas I have here, I destroy and uncreate them all. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. You can just say POC and POD. You can shorten the Clearing Statement if all of those words are too many. 

 

[17:48] Any choice or decision that you make that eliminates your awareness is where you have a secret agenda. This would be if you only fly on a certain airline. Let’s say you have points with— I have points with Star Alliance even though I haven’t flown in a few years. I get points when I fly on Star Alliance flights, so Air Canada is one of them—I’m Canadian so it’s one when we’re traveling long distances. That’s usually the airline we would take because that’s usually the airline that goes to those places from where we live. 

 

[18:28] If I’m operating from a secret agenda to only collect points, this is my guide in life: I must collect the most airline points that I can, then I’m not aware if a different airline would actually create greater. I’ve shut that down. I’ve now got a secret agenda to only fly with Air Canada or with Star Alliance partners. That shuts out I don’t know how many airlines there are in the world and how many are Star Alliance, but that shuts out a lot of airlines. 

 

[19:00] That’s what Gary’s talking about with this information. [It] is to start recognizing those places where you’re saying “this, not this” or “only this, never this.” It can be the certain people you hang out [with], the certain places you live, the airlines you travel, the food you eat—all the things. Those all become secret agendas. 

 

[19:23] Think about it: we’ve lived trillions of lifetimes, which means we potentially have way more secret agendas running our life than what’s actually possible, which is the awareness and space and infinite choice. If there’s anywhere in your life where you don’t feel like you have choice: All the secret agendas I have here, I destroy and uncreate them all. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. You get the idea. 

 

[19:56] In the reference materials alone, when I searched— I just searched the word “secret.” I can’t even remember how many or—let me just see… no, it’s not there. It was [used] thousands and thousands of times in that one document, and it was only one document I was looking at that it had been utilized. Again, it’s not something we talk about as much anymore and yet, there’s a lot there—at least there was for me. 

 

[20:23] Now, this may not read for you at all. Chances are if you’re still listening, it does. You want to be using that clearing and that fill-in-the-blank clearing. That’s the other thing, and I’ve said this clearing a million times. What I also know—I’ve seen it in other people and I’ve certainly seen it in myself—where I read something or I hear something and then when I repeat it, it’s not actually the same. So then, it’s like, “What are the secret agendas do I have with that information that I’m twisting it a little bit?” 

 

[20:58] You might have seen that. If you’re familiar with the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement, there’ve been people along the way that have went in and added words or taken out words or changed it up and it’s like, okay, and cool. I mean, that’s a choice that they have. It’s just interesting. I wonder what secret agendas they have with the Clearing Statement that… anyway, it’s just interesting. 

 

[21:21] This is why I’m going back to my book and reading it to you: to ensure that I don’t have secret agendas with clearing secret agendas. So:

 

What secret agenda with ______ do you have that maintains and entrains what you cannot change, choose, and institute _______? 

 

(Again at the institute piece, that’s where you’d put what you would like.)

 

What secret agenda with [[never enough money]] do you have that maintains and entrains what you cannot change, choose, and institute as [[way more money than you could spend and never enough as if by magic]]? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. 

 

[22:04] Again, we’ll link to the other secret agenda. I know for sure there’s one show that I did. I’ve probably talked about it in other shows, but one specifically on secret agendas years and years ago. We’ll link to that if you’d like more information about this stuff.
