[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. 

 

[00:00:11] What are you avoiding and defending? This is a new hot topic in Access Consciousness® and, guys, it is changing shit as if by magic. Oh my goodness. Ah, I love it. I love it. Okay. 

 

[00:00:26] So, the first thing that you want to recognize with this avoiding and defending is that with anything in our life that isn’t working the way that we would like it to be working, we are both avoiding and defending simultaneously. 

 

That is why this clearing works so well because a lot of times, we think it’s just one way. We think we’re just defending something or we’re maybe just avoiding something but in actuality, we’re defending and avoiding at the same time. Unless you change that, you’re going to be in what we call a “no choice universe.” It’s going to seem like there’s no other choice available. 

 

[00:01:10] You might hear us talk in classes about “Just choose! Just choose! You know that c-word? Just choose!” When you are both avoiding and defending, there is no choice in your universe. Well, just that choice. That’s the only choice. That’s it. 

 

The more that you get out of the avoiding and the defending, that’s where you become aware of the infinite choices. There’s always infinite choices. It’s just that when we are avoiding and defending, we’re not aware of them. 

[00:01:49] Now, this topic has changed so much. The clearing of the avoiding and the defending has changed so much that Gary and Dain, the founders of Access Consciousness®, have actually added it to the Clearing Statement. 

 

In my 11 years using these tools, living these tools, breathing these tools every day, I’ve never ever experienced a Clearing Statement change, so this is exciting. The Clearing Statement now is:

 

Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds. 

 

[00:02:23] POVADs is points of views, avoiding, and defending. It’s the acronym. It’s okay if you forget to say it. Believe me, I’m on a whole learning curve with it now because I’ve been saying it one way for 11 years. Time to change that up.

 

You might even hear me say it without the POVADs a few times and that’s okay. It’s still got the energy. There’s enough people saying it. If you can, add it to it. Memorize it if you need to. 

 

[00:02:53] Right now, I’m doing a 30×30 meeting. I’m running a clearing 30 times a day for 30 days. That’s really assisted me cause I actually have it written down on it so that I remember to actually say it. And soon, it will be part of it as if by magic.

 

[00:03:09] All right. Now, what exactly does this mean? Avoiding and defending. What the heck? 

 

[00:03:16] Let’s say money isn’t the way you would like it to be, and you consider running this clearing. You might say something like What points of views am I defending and avoiding that’s holding this in existence? or What points of use am I avoiding and defending that’s creating this money problem? 

 

You could change the word to “excessive debt” or whatever it is. You don’t have to say money problem. You can change the words to match the energy. So, those are a couple of ways that you can run it.

 

[00:03:54] Now, this came out in the Global Foundation in March, I believe, of 2022. A week later, Dain had a Choice of Possibilities class that I attended and he started doing them separately at times. He would say, What points of views are you defending with the money problem you are choosing? And then, he would wait for an awareness.

 

Now, this is huge and not always going to work. You’re not always going to have words. A lot of times, the crazy that we’re choosing is more of an energy. So, don’t get caught up in it if you’re not having awarenesses or words with that question. But do give yourself the space to have it in case it’s there.

 

[00:04:41] So, let me ask this of you: What points of views are you defending with the money problems you are choosing? 

 

Everything that is, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.

 

[00:05:03] Now, again, if you didn’t have anything come up, that’s totally cool. And it’s a great way to change it. Sometimes, what really changes something is when we actually have the awareness of what we’re doing. Sometimes, we can just run the clearing and not have any awareness attached to it, and away we go and it changes it. And sometimes, having the awareness is really the magic.

[00:06:55] So, defending. When we’re defending, we’re making it right. We want people to get that “our money problems are right! Don’t you understand? Look at the world right now.Look at the economy. There’s not enough money! There’s all these money problems! That’s why I have money problems — because everybody else has money problems!” That’s defending. 

 

Avoiding is when you don’t even want to look at it. You’re just like, “[singing a beat]…money? What’s a money problem?” 

 

[00:07:22] And this is the bizarre thing, guys. We’re doing both at the same time, avoiding and defending at the same time, which again, is why it keeps us locked up. That’s why there’s no other choice. There’s no choice beyond money problem when we’re avoiding and defending money problem. Oh my goodness. 

 

Everything that brings up, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds. 

 

[00:07:59] In the Global Foundation when Gary and Dain first started talking about this, Gary suggested that we look at something with our body and he ran the clearing a few times. 

 

He said, “Just become present with that thing that you would like to be different.” What I looked at was the extra weight. 

There are still more there than I would like and what my body says my body would like. And yet, it really hasn’t changed in quite some time. I was still doing all the things that was changing it before. 

 

[00:08:29] Anyway, I’m going to run this for you a couple of times. You can do a body thing. You can do a money thing. You can do a relation [thing]. It doesn’t matter. Just bring something to mind. But then I’ll talk about that experience for myself when Gary ran it for us.

[00:09:45] For myself, when Gary was running that, what I realized—and I’ve realized it before, but I really, really acknowledged it in those clearings—was that I was really holding tight to what had worked before. 

 

As many of you know, I’ve done alternate day fasting for a few years now. For the first year and a bit, it worked really well to change the scale. And then, it seemed to work well with shifting the body and doing different things. And then, it basically seemed to stop. What I never really looked at was.. now what? Now, what? 

 

[00:10:29] So when Gary was asking that, I was looking at it with regards to my body and the weight on my body in specific. I was looking at, you know I’m avoiding another possibility. I’m avoiding that my body may be asking for something different. I’m defending that fasting was right. Oh, gosh. Even saying it out loud… my goodness. And yet, this is what I was doing. 

 

So then what I started doing was like, “Okay, body. I’m really going to get out of the conclusion of this is the way, this is the right way, and that there’s somehow a wrong way and just be really loud. Really, show me.” And she has been. It’s been amazing, and the scale is changing again.

 

[00:11:14] It’s so magical when we get out of defending and avoiding because then, there’s one other choice. I mean, truly, what else is possible when we’re not in that place of defending and avoiding?

 

Yeah, because here’s the other thing that I realized for myself: How much energy are you using to avoid and defend? Right? Oh my goodness. Imagine if we utilize that energy in other ways. Yeah. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds. 

 

[00:12:01] This is such an amazing, amazing potent tool that you can utilize on anything. I’ve been talking about body and money, honestly, anywhere in your life. Anywhere you’re reacting, anywhere that you don’t feel like you have choice, anywhere that isn’t the way you would like it to be: 

 

What points of views am I avoiding and defending that’s keeping this in existence? 

 

What points of views am I avoiding and defending that’s creating this?

 

Or just what points of views am I avoiding with this? 

 

What points of views am I defending with this?

 

[00:12:39] Try all the different ways, guys. There’s so many magical ways to use this. Use it. Honestly, if there is ever been a tool that I would recommend that you should use non-stop for like 30 days, it’s going to be this one. 

 

Now of course, I would give you a million other tools, too, because they’re all so valuable and can change so much. And this one is huge. [00:00:10] This week, we are talking about Tools to Stop Giving a Fuck. If you are a person that takes things personally, that avoids judgment, that doesn’t do things that might create judgment from other people, this show is for you, my sweet friend.

 

Yes, because it is time to start living your life. Any time that we’re giving fucks about what other people will think about us or say about us, we’re not living our life. We’re living for other people. We’re being controlled by other people’s judgment, which is why other people judge. Heck! It’s why we judge, my sweet friends. I know we don’t want to admit it, and it’s the energy behind it. 

 

[00:00:55] So, tool number one. It’s a tool I talk about all the time and I’m not stopping talking about it anytime soon. It’s the tool from Access Consciousness®: interesting point of view, I have this point of view

 

[00:01:08] Whenever you take it personal, whenever you receive some judgment — maybe you post something on social media and somebody comments, or you maybe won’t post something on social media in case somebody judges you, or you find out about somebody judging you from a friend or something like that, what you want to do is just take a moment. 

 

If you need to go to the washroom or, you know, separate yourself from everyone that’s around and just go take a moment, get the energy of the judgment, of the resistance of it, of all of that, and go into interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Interesting points of view, I have this points of view. 

 

It can be interesting point of view or interesting points of views, either. Interesting points of view, I have these points of view. Interesting points of view, I have these points of view. Just over and over and over until you don’t have that contraction in your world about it, until you can think about the situation without really a matter in your world, a care in your world. That’s ultimately what you’re looking for. 

 

[00:02:20] Now, you may not get there right away. It might take you doing this a few times. It might take you doing this 50 times. It might take you doing this every hour for a week. Who knows? It doesn’t matter. There’s no kind of it-should-work-in-this-many-times.

 

It really is just utilizing this tool because every time you do it, it will start to unravel all of the places and spaces that you have made personal. [That] you’ve made about you that were never about you. 

 

[00:02:50] When people judge us, it’s about their stuff related to what we’re choosing. No different than when we judge other people, it’s about our stuff in relation to what they’re choosing. So, it’s not personal. 

 

We’ve been taught though to make it really personal and really wrap ourselves up into it and really look at how can I change so that person will like me or not have this judgment. Whoa, stop. No, use the tool: interesting point of view, I have this point of view. 

 

You can do it in your mind, you don’t even have to do it out loud, over and over and over until you have the space of you. 

[00:03:31] Another tool to stop giving a fuck. This is a fairly new one in the last couple of years that we started using in Access Consciousness®. It’s a very simple question: Is this relevant? That’s all you need to ask. 

 

[00:03:47] Again, let’s imagine you posted something on social media. Somebody made a judgment and you read it and you go, “Oh no!” 

 

Truth, is this relevant? 

 

Hmm… no. Okay, carry on. And then, you get to do whatever you would like to do with that. 

 

If it’s on social media, you can go delete it. You could go block the person. You could comment. Whatever it is you’d like to do, you have total choice in that moment. There’s no right or wrong way to respond, and you don’t even have to respond.

 

[00:04:24] I have done all sorts of things. I just find whatever is going to create the most in that moment. Sometimes, I will respond and say thank you, which is a bit of a, well, I was going to say a bit of a manipulation, but it’s a total manipulation. Sometimes, I delete and block them. Sometimes, I just leave it. 

 

And then usually, my other friends or people that are hanging out with me on social media, they’ll comment in kind of defense for me. I’m not sure if there’s anything else that I do. I mean there’s a few of those options, but it’s really whatever in that moment. 

 

[00:05:00] But the first piece that I always look at is getting honest with me. I don’t want to do it from a reaction like, “Oh, I need to get rid of that comment! I don’t want anybody to see that!” I don’t ever choose from that energy. 

 

That’s a muscle, I’ll be honest. Years ago, I didn’t choose from that. It was like, “Delete, delete, delete! I didn’t want anybody to see it!” Because part of it was that I bought it as true and real. If somebody was saying it, then it must be true and real. But what if it isn’t, guys? What if somebody is saying it just to say it? 

 

[00:05:32] I’ve been talking for a while about TikTok. Now a few years ago, I put some videos here and there on TikTok. Lately, I’ve been a much more active on there. But I put one on there which was just a fun video of me putting on makeup.

 

Holy Dinah, did I receive judgment! In fact, to this day, I’ve never went and caught, like, I’ve never responded. I never did anything with them. It took me so off guard. I had no idea that people would actually choose that. 

 

[00:06:02] None of the platforms that I’d been on before ever have that sort of insanity. So, it was really interesting. It was also a really good place for me to use interesting point of view, for me to be the space, for me to ask about, you know, is this actually relevant? and all of that. 

 

But at the time, I just kind of set it aside and didn’t go on it for a while and just gave myself the space to really go, “Wow, this is another level of receiving! How does it get any better than that?”

 

[00:06:30] But that is the second tool — is really asking is this relevant? If you happen to get a ‘yes,’ then you could look at, “Okay, what’s required?” If it is relevant, then what’s required? 

There may be something. There may be some sort of action to take. Just make sure that that isn’t relevant when you’re asking that, that your response is an awareness, not an answer that you think it should be, because maybe you’re upset about the comment.

 

[00:06:59] Another tool to stop giving a fuck is something that you want to be aware of with regards to recognizing you are your most valuable product. 

 

I actually did a class on it very recently because this is something I was really looking out for myself in the last few months. It’s where I’ve made other people and other situations way more relevant than me, way more the valuable product than me when really, we are each our own most valuable product.

 

If we don’t acknowledge that and we don’t live that, then absolutely we are going to get really tied up in other people’s points of views. We’re going to get really tied up in other people’s judgements. We’re going to get really tied up in that space of what they think of us. 

 

[00:07:48] However, if you are your most valuable product, if you recognize it and you acknowledge it and you live it, then what other people think or say about you really doesn’t have an effect on you because you’ve got your back, which is all about being your most valuable product. It means you never judge you. You always got you, which allows the universe also to always have you, to always have your back. 

 

[00:08:20] These are really the tools just to start using. You don’t have to use them all. Pick one when that judgment comes up, when you’re giving too many fucks about things that aren’t required to give any fucks about. Really, start using one or maybe all of these tools to start changing it so that you have way more choice for you, because that’s what we’re looking for.

[00:08:43] It really is about stopping giving the fuck so that you can be you on the planet. You can create in whatever way you would like. You can do, have, be, and actualize everything beyond what you’ve never imagined possible when you stop giving the fucks.

[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you. 

 

This show is Tools When Life is Heavy. Yeah, and I know for a lot of people — not even just with the stuff in the world, just in their own world — life can seem heavy a lot. A lot. 

 

And if you happen to catch last week’s radio show, you would have walked with me through some heaviness that I had in my world and all the things. 

 

[00:00:40] Here’s the important thing to know about heavy. Heavy means there’s a lie attached. Heavy means there’s a lie attached. Heavy means there’s a lie attached.

 

Now, I am not repeating that because I’m forgetful. I am repeating that because most people do not stop and recognize that what we do is we assume that it’s heavy because of the upset attached, because of the story attached, because of all the crazy. That’s what we do. We assume that’s the heavy. It’s not, my sweet friends. That heavy is because there is a lie there. 

 

[00:01:21] Now, it could be a 100% lie. It could be 2% lie. It could be anything. It’s just, you want to check in and you just ask, “What is the lie spoken or unspoken here?” You just need to acknowledge that there’s a lie. 

If you are listening to the news and you start getting super, super heavy: What is the lie? No, it doesn’t mean that whatever story they’re showing right now is actually a lie. It doesn’t mean that. It could, doesn’t mean it [but] it could. It could, and it doesn’t necessarily. 

 

[00:01:58] It could be, let’s say, you’re watching a news story and there’s something similar in your life. Let’s say you’re watching and somebody’s had all their possessions taken from them, like their house and stuff, because they weren’t paying their bills. And you maybe feel like money’s a bit tight. 

 

You’re watching this news and all of a sudden, you’re going into your own story of “Oh my gosh, this is going to happen to me! I haven’t paid my mortgage last month and they’re going to come after me! They’re going to take everything!” 

 

[00:02:31] What you’re doing is those lies you’re attaching, that’s the heavy. That’s our awareness saying, “Hey, dumb ass! Stop it.” We want to get to the awareness of what is the lie. 

 

You just recognize that, “Oh, okay. That’s the story I’ve attached. That’s what’s making it heavy. All right.” Stop, and then turn it into a question of like What else is possible?

 

[00:02:59] Let’s say with the money thing. What else is possible with my money stuff that I haven’t considered? We take it out of the drama-trauma, the story [and] into a question of like What else is possible I haven’t considered? You really want to strengthen this muscle, guys: to recognize that heavy is always a lie. 

 

[00:03:21] This is the bizarre thing: if the whoever-the-power’s-that’d-be were going to come and take your house from you today and you thought about it, it would actually be light because it would actually be true. It’s a bizarre thing, but what’s true for us in that moment is light. What’s a lie is heavy. So, if it’s, if it’s heavy, guaranteed, there’s a lie in there. Guaranteed there’s a lie in there. Yeah. 

 

[00:03:54] Right now on the planet — probably all the time on the planet, let’s be honest, but essentially right now — it seems there’s a lot of heavy. There’s a lot of things that we could put our attention on. There’s a lot of places where we can play with the story, the drama-trauma, the upset, all of it.

 

The question that you want to start asking when you recognize you’re in story, when you recognize that you’re telling lies, that that’s the heavy, ask: What can I add to my life right now to change this? Because if you’ve got time to play in the heavy, play in the story, make up all the drama-trauma, you’ve got too much time. 

 

[00:04:36] I know that you might want to say to me, “But Glenyce I don’t have any more time! There’s no more time in my life! What are you talking about?” Yeah. It’s not even actually about time. It’s really about the energy of adding more and more and more. 

 

If you’ll notice, like, when you’ve got something really fun or something you really enjoy doing, you always create the space for it. That’s what we’re looking at. How many more of those things can we add to our lives so we don’t play with the drama-trauma, we don’t play with the stories? That’s really—I mean, that’s the target, my sweet friends. 

 

[00:05:12] I mean even this morning, I got up early and I went to the gym ’cause I knew later on, I knew I was recording the show today, I knew that I’ve got more calls this afternoon. I knew the rest of my day was full. If I didn’t go this morning, I probably wouldn’t have the space for it. 

 

Now, let’s be honest. Years ago, I would have went, “I can’t go to the gym today. I know it just won’t work.” Now, I love it. It’s so much fun. I love all the gyms I can go to. I love all the possibilities there that I look at how I can fit it into my day. And that’s a different energy. 

 

[00:05:48] So, that’s what we want to be asking: What can I add to my life right now to change this? And then, follow the energy. Follow what’s light, follow what really lights you up. You don’t know until you try it.

 

[00:06:01] This is the thing I hear from so many of you. “I don’t know what I like… I don’t know what would be fun for me… I don’t know.” 

 

Of course, I’m being extreme here but let’s be honest, guys. You do not know until you try. So, definitely ask questions around it, of course, like Truth, if I choose this right now, will it create the future desire or decay the future desire? 

 

Follow your awareness, of course, but don’t wait for you to know 110% that you will love it. Try it. Try it, and then you’ll know that choice creates the awareness. We’re often waiting for the awareness so we choose, but that is so slow, my sweet friends. It’s so, so slow. Such a slow way to create..

[00:07:16] So, when you’ve got the heavy going on, we want to ask: What’s the lie spoken or unspoken? We want to be asking: What can I add to my life? The other one that I use a lot, especially in the last month, is What am I aware of here? 

 

What am I aware of here? Because we can become aware of something, and then again, we add that story to it, and then we distract ourselves with the story. 

 

[00:07:44] Let’s say you had a business and you had a staff member working with you. Every time you thought about them, you started getting like a little bit pissy like, “Oh, they didn’t do that thing I asked them to do” or “They didn’t do it right” or whatever. Let’s say that’s not normally how you are with them or with people. 

 

Instead of going into the, you know, continuing to distract yourself with that upset or going into, “Oh my gosh, what’s wrong with me? Why am I being so judgemental?” Stop. What am I aware of here? What is this? What was the ping of the awareness before you took it into all that crazy about the person? What are you aware of? 

 

[00:08:26] Maybe you’re aware that they’re looking for a different job. Maybe you just popped into there, you’ve got the awareness that they’re looking for another job, and then you turn it into that distraction and story rather than just like, what if you were aware of that? Like, “Oh, they’re looking for another job. Okay, awesome.” 

 

And then, it allows you to actually be in the space of, “Wow. Okay. If they choose to move on, would I like to replace them? Would I do something different?” You won’t be shocked when it occurs because you’re not pretending it’s not occurring if that’s what’s going on. Now, again, you’re just going to follow your awareness with it, but really watch for that spot before you take it into the drama-trauma. 

 

[00:09:11] And this is why I use that question: what am I aware of here? It takes me back before the drama-trauma into, “Okay. So, what am I aware of?” I immediately don’t get words for it. I mean, we don’t always know specifically what I’m aware of. 

But for me just asking that question, it changes so much because (1) I’m acknowledging that I’m aware of something and (2) I’m no longer playing with the drama trauma anymore which allows so much more magic. So much more magic.

[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. 

 

[00:00:10] Oh boy, all right. Well, here it is — I’m pissy. I’m pissy right now. I know it sounds like I’m laughing, and I am laughing AND I’m pissy. 

 

I just got off the phone with the accountant at going through personal tax stuff and got the information that Hubby will owe way more money in taxes than I imagined. How does it get any better than that? 

 

[00:00:37] Why the heck would I come on here and do a radio show when I’m pissy about something? Because I would like you to walk along with me, my sweet friend. I would like you to see what is possible when you’re pissy, when you want it not to be the way it is, when you want it to be different, when you’re *frustrated noises* — all that. I thought it might be fun for you and I to go through this together. 

 

[00:01:01] What you could look at while you’re here with me is if there’s anywhere in your life that you’ve got this going on. What you could do along with me is if there’s anything in your life that you don’t like where it’s at, or you would like it to be different, or you’re pissy about something—just come along with me.

 

[00:01:18] Now, I believe it was in the summer of 2022 (2021) [when] I did a Steps to a Self Session. We’ll link to that in the show notes if you want to go through kind of more an extended version of something. 

This is going to be fairly quick because it’s just something right now. I believe the thing I did in the self session was something that had been going on for a while. I believe it was something to do with my back, with running. This one is more, Okay, in this moment, I’m pissy and I would like it to be different” and “I would like the situation to be different and now what?” All right. 

 

[00:01:49] The first thing that I look at: the allowance of where I’m at. This is unusual but what if we could actually have allowance? It’s like, what if it’s okay for me to be not thrilled with that information? What if I can be in allowance of myself? 

 

Step number one, for a couple of reasons: Because fighting it isn’t ever going to change anything. The other reason, though, is that we can’t change anything from fight—from that “this shouldn’t be this way” and “this is stupid” and “this is bad “and “the accountant made the mistake and it’s his fault.” That’s not—and it’s actually not. It’s not his fault. It couldn’t be his fault. It couldn’t be anybody’s fault. It’s just what is in this moment. 

 

If I don’t put all of my energy into that space, then where could I put my energy? Oh yeah — into having allowance for me and where I’m at right now. 

 

[00:02:43] All right. So, I’m pissy. The next step for me is to know that I can have allowance for that — absolutely. I can play with it, I can set a timer and give myself two minutes of the pissy-est I can get. I can do that, totally. In some situations, I actually do. This situation, I just know it’s time to change it.

 

[00:03:01] It’s been maybe 20 minutes since the time I got off the phone with him to setting up the camera and getting everything ready. It’s long enough to be pissy for me. It’s just not fun energy for me. 

 

[00:03:11] Okay, what would I like? What would I like? Well, ultimately, I’d like not to pay that tax money. Okay, that’s one thing. One thing I could ask for: what magic is possible — could ask for that. 

 

Now, what I’m looking for when I go there—so I’m energetically getting present with that, and I’m looking at that as like, “Does that change it? Does that actually change the energy for me?” It actually doesn’t. That’s fine. That’s great information. 

 

[00:03:37] So, what then? What would I actually like? What am I actually asking for here? I’d actually like to know that I’m okay, that we’re okay no matter what. Now, that’s got an energy on it for me. Okay, cool. That’s a yummy place to start. 

 

[00:03:51] I could actually look around in my world and actually prove to myself that we’re okay. If required, there’s many places we could pull that money out of. There’s many things we could sell to have that money. There’s all sorts of things. We actually even have that amount in the account and more and way more. So, are we okay? Yes. 

 

[00:04:13] Again, this is kind of a bizarre thing to do. It gives me the space to go, “Okay, I’m not going to pull the money out of that account.” This is the one thing that I know about myself — I’m not doing that. I like the money in that account. 

 

I really like money. I am one of the weirdest people on the planet. I really like money. I like having money. I like to look in that account and see all the money in that account. To take some of it out to pay a bill, I’m not choosing that because the other thing that I know about me is that I will create it. If it’s between pulling it out of that account and creating more money, I’ll just go create more money. 

 

[00:04:54] It’s already getting lighter for me as I’m just talking about random things that I would normally just go through quietly in my head. I’m like, “Oh yeah. Okay, cool. I won — we’re okay. I can just go create that money. Okay.” So now, it’s lighter. 

 

Now, I want to just take a moment with this because look at this: it’s lighter because I’m no longer in the lie. 

 

Now, what was the lie with the pissy and the heavy and the icky about the the amount of tax he owes? It could be the amount. I mean the accountant was just giving me the rough number because he hasn’t put everything in, but [it’s] fairly close. Okay. So it could be the lie that that’s the amount — it could be. 

 

[00:05:36] What I get more so is what I added to it. The stories that I added to it like, “We won’t be okay. Oh my gosh. If we’ve got this horrific tax bill, we won’t be okay!” That was the energy behind that for me, and that was the heaviness, that was the pissy. That was my awareness saying, “Hey, dumb ass. You’re fine. Stop lying to yourself!” Right? Once I removed the lies. I’m like, “Oh, yeah. Okay. That’s super light. That’s super ease. Oh, awesome!” 

 

Everything that might bring up for you, will you destroy and uncreate it all? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.® 

Now, that is the Access Consciousness® Clearing Statement. It does so many things. You can go to www.theclearingstatement.com for more information about how it works, but basically it’s like waving a magic wand and getting rid of and destroying and uncreating all the stories, all of the crazy, all the energy, all the “you can but I can’t” or “I can’t because…” or all that stuff — it just gets rid of it all. 

 

When we talk about stuff, especially money, there’s so many points of views that come up, so much insanity that running the Clearing Statement will really start to shift it.

 

[00:06:40] I would love to invite you to a creation that I’ve got coming up called Refusing Receiving. Yeah, I’m sure none of you do that. 

 

It’s what we call in Access Consciousness® a “30×30,” meaning there’s a clearing that we’re going to run about refusing receiving 30 times a day for 30 days to really get the benefits of the clearing and really start choosing to receive beyond what we’ve never been willing to before.

 

What I’ve also added to this one is that about halfway through the 30 days, we’re going to have a Zoom Clearing Call, meaning we’re all going to hop on Zoom together and do clearings and whatever. I’ll facilitate whatever questions, whatever’s coming up around it because what I know with this clearing in particular is it’s going to bring up some stuff. There’s going to be more stuff that you’re going to want to clear. And so we’ve put this in the middle so that we can clear it all up and really start receiving beyond what we’ve never been willing to receive before.

[00:07:49] The other piece with this all, of course, is a question that we use in Access Consciousness® all the time: who does that belong to? 

 

Is it actually mine? Do I have any of these weird concerns and stories about money? No, unless of course I choose to, unless I want to play with them, unless I have some time to be pissy, unless I don’t have enough on the go. You get the idea, right? 

 

[00:08:18] Really, it’s not mine. I could put my creative energy into creating the drama-trauma and the crazy and all of that, or I could go, “Hey, what would I like to create?” I’d like to have ease with this — done. I can choose ease with this. I can choose drama-trauma. Neither of those choices is right or wrong. They’re just choices. 

 

It doesn’t matter if you’re looking at tax bills or you’re looking at a relationship problem, or if you’re looking at business thing. These tools work on everything, and the greatest piece of it—at least for myself—has been that I have choice. I always have choice. 

 

[00:08:52] It doesn’t matter if I’m pissy or if I’m angry or if I’m wanting to kill somebody. Sometimes, it can be all those things. I always have another choice. I can stay in those energies. I can continue to choose them if I would like to, and I always know I have another choice. So, what choice—what would I like to create here? 

 

[00:09:14] Of course, I talked earlier about not having the tax bill. Of course, that’s cool too. I’m totally open to that. Universe, what else is possible with this that I’ve never even considered? Absolutely. I also want to know that no matter what, NO MATTER WHAT comes my way, I always have a choice for ease.

 

Anywhere that you haven’t been willing to know you always have another choice, will you destroy and uncreate all that? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.® 

 

[00:09:43] If we didn’t buy the stories, if we didn’t go into the trauma-drama or—wait a minute—if we STOPPED telling the stories, if we stopped playing with drama-trauma rather than NOT DOING it because that’s down the road. Let’s start with just choosing something different. What could we create if we got the muscle of going, “Hey, I don’t like this energy right now. What else could I choose?” That’s a beautiful muscle to have, guys. 

 

[00:10:13] I’ll tell you what: if this would’ve occurred 10, 15 years ago, I wouldn’t have had that muscle. I didn’t have that muscle. It’s only been, I would say, in the last five or six years that I truly have this muscle to go, “Wait, I have another choice here.” 

 

I only ever saw the choice for pissy or upset or drama-trauma. I only ever saw that choice. I mean, I didn’t even acknowledge it as a choice. Let’s be honest. It was like something would occur and then I would have to react and that was it. Whereas now, I know I have another choice and I can turn it around very quickly. 

 

[00:10:51] Now, I could have probably turned it around quicker, but I did want to hop on and do this video to have you come with me [and] be able to go through these steps. 

 

And this isn’t like every time you have a problem, do these exact steps. That’s not it at all, guys. I would just kind of, you know, what we call “pinging.” It was like, “Okay, so where do I look at? What do I go with?” I mean, you could start with “who does this belong to?” You could start there. 

 

[00:11:14] For me, in this case, really acknowledging that we’re okay. They’re not going to come and take my house away from me for his tax bill. None of that. I mean, that’s pretty dramatic. That’s pretty extreme, and I like to know that. I like to have that information. That’s a really big piece for me to look at and to acknowledge and to recognize that there’s an energy of a story there.

 

It wasn’t going through my mind. I wasn’t going into, “Oh my gosh, we’re going to have to move. I won’t have a swimming pool!” It wasn’t any of that sort of crap. Energetically, it was. How do I know? Because of that pissy, because of that heavy, because of that *ugh*. 

 

Because that was my awareness saying, “Hey, dumb ass! You’re lying to you here! Let’s start being honest. What it actually is here?” Oh, we could just go pay that right now if we really wanted to. Now, what would I like to choose? 

 

[00:12:08] Well, I’m going to go create that money! So, you might see some creation come out, like, you know, “Paying Hubby’s Tax Bill Call” or something like that. That would be super fun. Actually, I might create something like that now that the energy of this is even lighter, my sweet friends. It’s even lighter. 

 

So, who knows? By the time this comes out, you might see right now on the video or if you’re listening to the podcast in the show notes, there might be a link to a creation to pay Hubby’s tax bill! That is so awesome. Oh my goodness. How does it get any better than that? I love that energy. 

 

[00:12:48] Okay. So, there we go. What we’re looking to do is, and again, this isn’t like a step-by-step for everything. This is a steb-by-step that I use today in this moment:

(1) allowance for where I was and what I was choosing;

(2) the acknowledgement of what is actually true

(3) getting out of the stories; and then 

(4) looking at what would I like to create? What would I like to choose here? And, paying attention to the energy behind it.

 

[00:13:10] Right? Because again, the automatic response is I just don’t want to pay a tax bill, but that didn’t have the energy match that I was actually looking for. Okay so then what? “Oh, I’d like to have ease with this.” Oh, well that. That — done.

 

Whether the tax bill is the amount the accountant gave us, maybe it comes in even more, whatever it is, maybe it comes zeroed out—who knows? Whatever it is, I know that I can choose ease no matter what and that is greater than any amount of non-tax bill. At least it is for me.

[00:01:03] This week, we are talking about Tools to Create a Magical Day. Now, this is actually inspired by my most loved, listened to, downloaded show called 10 Tips — I believe 10 Tips to Create a Magical Day. We’ll have a link to that in the show notes.

[00:01:40] This one might be duplicating — I’m not sure. I didn’t actually re-listen to the show from all those years ago. These are ones that I actually use myself personally, and this is how I start my day pretty much every day. Let me change it: this is how I start my day every day I’d like to create a magical day. 

 

[00:02:00] I know that a lot of times we think that if we have the tools, we’re going to use them all the time and never stop. Sometimes, I don’t use them all. 

 

Now, probably 90% of the time I use them. That’s probably where I’m at now if I was going to give myself a percentage. And there’s still days — probably not a whole day. There’s still times where I value the drama-trauma more than using the tool to change it. Guess what? I’m not wrong. I’m not bad. It’s not the most horrific thing I could ever do. It’s not, guys. So please, give yourself some space. 

 

If you’ve been new to these tools, or maybe you’ve been using them for a long time and you don’t use them a hundred percent, it’s still not a judge-able offense. You’re still not a judge-able offense. You’re still not wrong. 

 

That’s why I wanted to share that, guys. It’s that every one of us is on a journey. Whatever we are, wherever we are in our journey. I have had access to these tools for 11 years and prior to that, many other tools, and I still don’t use them a hundred percent of the time. Big deal. How’s it get any better? 

 

[00:03:12] So, let’s start. A tool to create a magical day is look at when you wake up in the morning and you’re thinking about your day — maybe you’ve got a calendar or you’re looking at— you’re just laying in bed, thinking about what you’re doing that day. Anything that doesn’t feel yummy, doesn’t feel expansive, doesn’t feel like you want to hop out of bed and do it, what I want you to do is just get the energy of that thing. 

 

[00:03:44] Let’s say you’ve got a meeting with your boss later that day and you’ve got some concerns around it. Maybe you’ve decided it’s going to be a bad meeting, or maybe you’re aware that they’re going to talk to you about maybe a pay cut or something like that.

 

What we do with that is we have all of these energies. We have all of these decisions and judgments and conclusions and all the stuff. What we want to do is get rid of those. 

 

[00:04:15] What I do is I just bring up the energy of the thing. I just think about it. That’s basically the quickest way to do it. I just think about it and then all my crazy comes up with it. And then, I use what’s called “the crazy phrase” in Access Consciousness®, which means I just repeat it over and over. 

 

[00:04:31] Here’s the crazy phrase, super simple to use. In fact, think of something right now that you’ve got coming up. Maybe not today, maybe tomorrow, whatever. Something that you’ve got, some of that energy around. Let’s do it together, okay? 

 

Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be and nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be. 

 

Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be and nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be. 

 

Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be and nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be.

 

Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be and nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be.

 

[00:05:16] Now, you just continue using the crazy phrase over and over until it changes the energy of it, until you can think about that upcoming event with really no energy on it. “Okay, I’ve got a meeting with the boss later.” That’s what we’re looking for with the crazy phrase. 

 

You don’t have to say it out loud. You can just repeat it in your mind. You can do it while you’re driving, while you’re with a group of people, you can do it in the shower. It doesn’t matter. You want to just be using that to break up all of that energy about the upcoming event.

 

[00:05:47] The other way you can use that tool is if you can’t fall asleep at night, if you’re stressing about something or worried about something, or your mind is just going [crazy gesture]. Repeat the crazy phrase over and over. It’ll put you straight to sleep. 

 

[00:05:59] Another tool to have a magical day is to start asking questions. Really get in the space of I wonder what’s possible today that I’ve never even considered? 

What would it take to have more fun today than I’ve ever had before? 

 

What would it take for today to be more fun, phenomenal, and rewarding than I never imagined possible?

 

What else is possible with this event I’ve got coming up today that I’ve never even considered?

 

You can mix and match in and put all sorts of specific events in those questions. You can keep it open. It doesn’t really matter. 

 

[00:06:50] The way that I see it is that our mind is like a two-year-old. Our two-year-old is often in this space of “this is wrong and this is wrong” and “this is going to go wrong” and “this is bad and this is bad” and “this is going to be worse” and all of this crazy. 

 

We can’t just take that away. If you’ve ever spent time with a two year old and they’re playing with something that isn’t safe for them to play with, you can’t just walk up and yank it out of their hands. You can, but that’s not going to be fun for you. What you want to do is replace it. So, you take the sharp knife out of their hands and you give them a teddy bear. 

 

[00:07:31] This is how I deal with that mind of mine. I take the sharp knives out while giving my mind something else to do, which is how I use these questions.

 

[00:07:42] Let’s say you’re driving to work and you’re worried about this meeting you’ve got coming up with your boss, and you’re in that space where your two-year-old is playing with knives. 

 

“It’s going to go so bad.” 

“It’s going to go so horrible.” 

“It’s going to be difficult.”

“I’m going to lose.” 

“They’re going to fire me.” 

 

Whatever it is, doesn’t matter. Take the knives away, and go to question: 

 

I wonder what it would be like for this meeting to be more magical than I’ve never imagined possible?

 

I wonder what it would be like for both my boss and I to be happy after the meeting?” 

 

I wonder what it would be like for both my boss and I to be happy during and after the meeting?

 

Whatever it is that you would truly like, make sure you’re asking for that because that can change everything. Everything. If you’re willing to get into the question, the universe is always responding to our questions 100% of the time. 

 

[00:08:44] Often though, what we’re doing is we’re asking questions that we don’t actually desire responses to. We don’t actually want that to occur, but we’ve trained our two-year-old to go into the worst case scenario. We’ve trained ourselves to be caught up in trauma and drama and trauma and all the crazy, rather than turn it to question which allows the universe to deliver that. 

 

I wonder what it would be like for both my boss and I to be happy during and after the meeting?” The universe can deliver that if you’re willing to ask for it, but it means taking the knives away and allowing yourself to ask for what you would like. 

 

[00:09:30] For so many people, they’re not actually willing to be that present. There’s so much more value in the trauma-drama, of an upset with a boss so that they can go talk to their co-workers and they can talk to their friends and they can talk to their family. They can talk to their, I don’t know, dietician about how wrong their boss is.

 

[What] if we stopped valuing drama-trauma and started valuing questions and being the question? Truly, just [by] asking “What is possible here I’ve never even considered?” which is why I love the “I wonder” so much. 

 

[00:10:04] That’s often what I’m replacing the crazy with my two-year-old is the “I wonder what it would be like for this to turn out better than I’ve never imagined?” That allows all of the possibilities that allows you to create a magical day, my sweet friends.

[00:11:11] Another tool to have a magical day is something that we call an Access Consciousness® the “energy pull.” This one might seem a little bit weird… and use it. Just use it. You will see how not weird it is. Maybe it’s still weird and it works.

 

[00:11:30] What you want to do—and you can do this before you get out of bed. You can just lay in bed for a few moments or you can do it in the shower when you’re driving to work—it doesn’t matter. But what I would like you to do is get the energy of what you would like your day to be like.

 

You might have some specifics: you might have that meeting with the boss later that you have on your mind, and you really like that to go really well and to walk away really happy after it. And, you don’t have to have specifics. But what is the energy you would like your day to be like? 

 

[00:12:04] The way that I like to ask it of myself is “What would I like my day to be like today?” Not what would I like my day to LOOK like. What would I like my day to BE like? 

 

[00:12:19] What do I like my day to be like? 

 

Oh, I’d like it to be expansive. Yeah. There’s an energy with that for me. That was just like, ah, yeah. Okay, that yumminess. Yep. 

 

I’d like it to be sunshiny. That doesn’t mean I’d like it to be sunshiny outside but for me, sunshiny is actually an energy. That might not be something that works for you, it doesn’t matter, but that’s just the energy that—the word I can give to that energy. It’s like, ah, yeah. 

 

So there’s an expansive, there’s a sunshiny for me. There’s a laughter energy for me. The more I can laugh in a day, the more magical my day is. So there’s that energy—that laughing, giggly energy, that energy. Oh yeah. Yeah. 

 

[00:13:01] And then there’s also this energy and I’m giving words right now to energies that I don’t necessarily have words for. For the purpose of this, I’m giving it words but just so you know, you don’t have to have words for this, guys. I’m just doing it for the purpose of this.

 

And there’s this magic energy which for me is like this potent, magic energy. Those are the few energies that are coming up as I’m asking right now.

 

[00:13:27] I’m getting all of those energies and we can do it very quickly: 

 

What would I like my life—what would I like my day to be like today? 

 

Boom, we’ve got it. Then, what we do is we start energetically pulling that in, yeah, which is more of a being than a doing. 

 

[00:13:44] Don’t get caught up if you don’t really understand it. Don’t worry. The more you play with it, the more ease it’ll become for you. You just start pulling all of those energies towards you. Yep, just pulling them in—above you, below you, every direction around you, and you’re pulling them into you, your body, your being, your day. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 

 

[00:14:10] Now, if you have some specifics—if you’re going to a meeting with the boss, what I also like to do then—I’m I’m my boss and I don’t often meet with myself, so it doesn’t really fit, but I’m just being silly—is I actually get the energy of that meeting and I actually pull all of those energies into that meeting. 

Again, I know it’s a being, not a doing, but I’m doing the best I can to give you the words so that you can play around with this and find your way. There’s no right or wrong way with this. 

 

[00:14:44] We’ll put a link to an energy pull that I did. Oh gosh, it was one of the very first YouTube videos I did in my Weekly Inspiration videos that I do. Back in, I’m not sure, maybe it was 2015, 2016? I’m not even sure, but it’s called something like Creating Your Future and I’m in Australia. I’m standing on the beach and I do an energy pull for your life and your living. We’ll put a link to that so you can go and watch that and get a bigger version of it if you would like one, but it can be that simple.

 

[00:15:17]What would I like my day to be like today?” and pull all those energies and then anything you’ve got going on in the day, specific that you would like to add, extra energies or more of those energies, and then you can do that all day long. 

 

[00:15:31] Let’s say it’s 10 minutes before the meeting with the boss. You can go into the washroom and—not that you have to do this separate, but sometimes we would like to especially if we’re just starting out— you can go and you can pull all those energies in again. Yeah. Yeah. 

 

This is one of the most magical ways to create your day, to create your life, your living, to create everything you truly desire as if by magic.

[00:00] Hello and Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes! Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. This week’s show is Weird Tools to Reduce Stress. 

 

Now, if you’re new around here, they will probably sound weird. To anybody who’s been around for a while, or maybe even listened for the 9 years I’ve had this radio show—oh my goodness, how did that happen?—these are not weird to you at all. You’ve probably even heard me speak of some of them before. 

 

I share them as a way, really, not that you have to use every one. If you even just find one that you’re willing to try and you use that, that’s enough. That’s enough—just anything to reduce that stress. 

 

[00:52] Now, what do I mean by stress? Honestly, really, simply put: anywhere, anytime that you’re not willing to be all of you. Anywhere that you’re contracting energetically, anywhere that you’re upset, anywhere that you’re doing insanity in your head—or maybe it’s coming out of your mouth, doesn’t matter—all of that, to me, is stress. 

 

[01:15] For some of us, it shows up as us not sleeping well at night. For some, it shows up as drinking alcohol a lot or constantly, or maybe there’s street drugs. There’s so many things: there’s excessive shopping, and there’s so many ways that can show up. Really, using these tools or a tool—one of these—to change that can really start to give you so many things. 

 

[01:41] I know for myself—I’ve been using these tools from Access Consciousness® since 2011, so that’s been 11 years. It has been one of the greatest gifts to really get a sense of being able to change it. No matter what’s going on in my life, no matter what upset I’m choosing or insanity I’m choosing, or it seems like totally out of control things going on in the world, I still have a choice. I have some tools that I can use to change it for me in that moment. 

 

[02:14] A weird tool to reduce stress: Who does this belong to? Ask that question. Here’s the thing: We are brought up—I would say most of us, if not all of us—believing that if it’s going on in our world, if it’s going on in our body, if it’s going on in our head, it’s ours. It has to be ours. Of course, it has to be ours… or does it? What if it’s actually not? 

 

[02:44] Here’s the other way to be with that: We are infinite beings with infinite awareness, which means we’re aware of everything and everyone all the time. That hip pain that might have started for you 10 years ago, that you’ve done everything to change but it hasn’t changed, Who does that belong to? Is that actually yours? 

 

We can do this crazy thing of going and energetically pulling pain out of people’s bodies. We energetically become aware that they have pain and we take it out and we put it into our body. 

 

[03:20] That’s why when we do all the things—all the right things—and it doesn’t change, please ask this question: Truth, who does this belong to? If it lightens up, it’s not yours. That’s it — it’s so simple. I know we like to make it so much harder than that. I know we do, but it doesn’t have to be. Truth, who does this belong to? Ah, [it] lightens up. All right. 

 

[03:48] And then, the next word: Return to sender with consciousness [attached]. We’re asking it to go back to the very first person who ever bought that lie or that pain or that insanity or that upset or whatever it is—it doesn’t matter. We’re returning it all the way back. We’re talking lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes ago. 

 

Returning it to them “with consciousness attached” meaning they can change it if they wish. So, it’s a huge gift we’re giving back. We’re returning to sender with consciousness, my sweet friends. 

 

[04:23] Now, I know—again, I’ve been using these tools for 11 years and it actually took me quite some time to really start getting that tool, to really start getting what was actually going on because here’s the thing that I’ve found for myself: [you’re gonna have your own experience but for myself] anything that isn’t yummy and expansive and delicious and orgasmic and all the things, it’s not ours. It’s not ours. 

 

[05:0]0 Again, if you’ve had hip pain for 10 years or money problems for your entire lifetime or upset with a sibling for 20 years, it’s still not yours. You bought it as yours all those years ago. You bought it as yours all those years ago, and it’s not. Really, this tool—I know, remember I said it’s weird—it can change everything. EVERYTHING for you. Yeah. 

 

The tool, very simply, is when you have something come up—you’ve got some stress going on? Who does this belong to? If it lightens up – Return to sender with consciousness attached. 

 

[05:44] A weird tool to reduce stress is to start asking yourself when you’re in those stressful moments—take a moment: Is this really true? 

 

[You] see, a lot of times the things we’re stressing over are really stories we’ve added. There might be a part of it that’s actually true, but then we add all of this insanity that creates more and more and more stress. Instead of going into that space, what if you start asking Is this really true? and then get really present with what part of it is true.

 

[06:26] Let’s say you text somebody, and you ask them if they would like to go out on a date. You see that they read the text but they don’t respond. Uh-oh, now’s the story time. “They don’t like me,” “I shouldn’t have asked them,” “I’m wrong,” “They’re wrong!” 

 

[06:51] I mean, we do all of this stuff, all of the insanity when really, if we were to use this tool and just go, Is this really true? No. The only thing we know that’s true in that situation [is] we didn’t receive a text back. That’s the only thing we know is true. We don’t even know they didn’t send one! Technology can do all sorts of things – they could have sent one. 

 

[07:18] If you really, really would like to converse with that person and find out what’s going on, call them. I know, believe me, I’m the first one to not answer the ringing telephone. However, if you really are desiring to not have that stress, get the information, make the phone call. Stop playing with the stories that you’re so used to playing with, that you’ve made so relevant in your life. Those are not relevant, guys. 

 

[07:51] This is something you really want to start—again, if reducing stress is something you would like to do, you’ve got to stop with the stories. Get really present with what you actually know is truth—the facts—and then, get the rest of the information if it’s required. 

 

There’s gonna be some situations, you just need to acknowledge what is true—this tiny, tiny bit that’s true—and it’s over. It’s done. You’re not going to spin in it anymore. 

 

[08:19] A weird tool to reduce stress is to ask this question: What can I add to my life today to change this right away? Yeah. Again, I told you – weird. 

 

However, the thing is most of us require so much on the go. It’s dangerous for us to be bored. I know it’s dangerous for me to be bored. If I’m bored, I make up so many stories. I make up so much drama-trauma. I have time to play around with all this—STOP. Just stop. Stop with that insanity. What can I add to my life today to change this right away? And then, start adding things. It’s not going to be logical. It might be—there might be some logical things. 

 

[09:07] Let’s say you spend a lot of time stressing about your body. You start asking what can I add to my life to change this right away? You see an advertisement for a new gym opening up in your area. That feels really yummy and expensive. That can seem kind of logical, but a lot of times, it isn’t. It’s not logical. It’s just you start asking every day. 

 

[09:27] I have a Reminder app on my phone that at 7:00 AM every morning, [it] pops up a little screen that says What can I add to my life today? just to remind me to ask that because it’s very easy. At least for me, it’s been very easy to NOT ask that question and then get into all the trauma-drama and the stories and *grunting noises*. What can I add to my life today to change this right away? If you’ve got time to stress, you’ve got too much time, my sweet friends.

[11:25] A weird tool to reduce stress: this is the mantra from Access Consciousness. Repeat it, repeat it, repeat it: All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. 

 

[11:49] Now, that may sound like an affirmation. It’s different than an affirmation. Often an affirmation [is] where we’re stating something that we don’t actually know to be true. We don’t actually believe [it] to be true, so we’re stating it and we’re trying to prove it. So, it’s a really funky energy. Whereas this mantra: All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory meaning all of it: the shit, the yummy, and everything in between comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. It’s a totally different space. 

 

[12:25] 10 times in the morning, repeat it: 10 times in the evening, repeat it; and then anytime throughout the day where you’re choosing stress. Just change those stressful thoughts and thinking and all of that to All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. It’s also great to use if you’re trying to fall asleep at night and you’re not falling asleep at night. It’s [a] great tool to use because it will assist you to fall asleep at night. It’s great to use. 

 

[12:55] Maybe you’re in [a] really heavy traffic and you’re stressed about that, or you’re stressed about being late because you’re in heavy traffic or whatever it is, you’re in a fight with somebody, you’re in upset with somebody – All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. In your mind—you don’t even have to say it out loud. You can if you would like, but just in your mind will work and it will change it.

 

[13:15] Years ago, I use that tool—again, I use my Reminder up morning and night. I challenged myself to 30 days because I didn’t really get it. It didn’t really make sense to me. I mean, I’m just repeating a bunch of words. What the hell. 

[13:32] I encourage you to try 30 days in a row. First thing in the morning [for] 10 times, right before you go to sleep [for] 10 times, and then anytime throughout the day that you require it. I cannot tell you the magic that that created for me and continues to create for me. It’s one of my go-tos when I have any sort of upset or anything isn’t the way that I think it should be or all the crazy. All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.
