[00:01:28] So, no expectations in business – that’s the topic here in the manual and it says:

Look at all the places you go to expectation of you or somebody else, and the projections of what it should be or what it shouldn’t be. What does that create? What’s the value of creating separation? The judgment?

[00:01:51] Yeah. If you’ve been around here for a while, you’ve heard me talk about my Reminder app, and I have a reminder that goes off every day. It invites me to clear all of my expectations of the business and of money.

[00:02:08] This is a fairly recent add. I’ve probably only been clearing them, say, for the past month from the Reminder app, which means that I’m doing it every day rather than just kind of higgledy piggledy as you might say in England. Actually, maybe not just England, but that’s one of my husband’s phrases and I never heard it until I met him.

[00:02:28] And so I’m doing it really cognitively every day for a while now. It’s really brought to light how many expectations that I have, not just of me or other people, but actually the expectations I have of the business, and in my case, the businesses ’cause I have a few different ones. And then also, the expectations that I have of money. What? What an interesting thing to put an expectation on, or probably honestly, multiple expectations.

[00:03:01] All of the expectations that you have of your business or businesses and of money, will you destroy it and uncreate all those times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®.

[00:03:14] I do that every day. I clear that every day just to be in the habit of clearing them. But also, what I find it helps me out is throughout the day when I’m doing the expecting, I can start to become aware of it. I can start to go, “Oh wow, interesting. Okay. I just expected that putting that post on Facebook would do this, or putting this class here would do this” or all of that instead of going from question, like, from no expectation. Just from, “Hey, will putting this post on on Facebook create the future desire or decay the future desire?” if it’s going to create it, then put it on but don’t have an expectation.

[00:03:55] Because often we go, let’s say, we have the awareness. We have a hit to make this post on Facebook. We do it but energetically, there’s all of these expectations we’re delivering. “Oh, I’m going to put this here and then I’m going to have 10 people sign up for my class” or “I’m going to put this on Facebook, and then people are going to ask me about my product” or like all of these things rather than, “Hey, it’s going to create the future I desire.” Whatever the heck that means, put it on Facebook. Truly, that’s the energy of living from no expectation

[00:04:26] If you’re one that does it with money like I’ve talked about—this has been a thing for me—or become aware of it… it’s probably been a thing for me for a long, long time. But, like, what is that? What are those expectations of money? Yeah. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:04:46] That is the clearing statement from Access Consciousness.® If you’re not familiar, you can go to www.theclearingstatement.com for more information about how it works. But basically, it just starts clearing away as I’m talking about this stuff.

You might notice it starts to get a bit heavy. You might get a little bit tired. You maybe start fighting with me like, “You don’t know what you’re talking about, Glenyce! I have to expect of my staff! They won’t know what to do otherwise!” That’s where we want to be writing the clearing statement.

[00:05:09] Just look at your own life. When people expected something from you, did you choose to do it with joy? Maybe you’re not like me. But boy, oh, boy! If somebody tells me to do something or has the expectation I’m going to do something, I usually do the exact opposite, even if it’s going to create greater to do the thing. What if we had no expectations of anybody ever, including ourselves? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:05:46] I just want to run a couple of these clearings here.

How many expectations did you wake up with this morning? Everything that doesn’t allow you to perceive, know, be, receive that, will you destroy and uncreate it all? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

How many of you are using judgment of you to stop you and slow you down so you can never, ever claim, own, acknowledge the capacities and the brilliance that you be? Everything that is, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

How many of you would rather the business fail than step into your potency to perceive, know, be, and receive what the business requires to exponentialize it? Ouch. Right? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:06:44] Truly, if you had no expectations of you, or the business, or money, or your classes, or your creations, or your staff, or the people around you, or your kids, or your family, or the earth, or anything, how much more magic could you receive? How much more could you actually perceive and know and receive and be?

[00:07:09] Energetically, those expectations are like a wall between you and that thing. Even just sticking with the expectations of the business, every expectation that you have of the business is putting up another wall between you and it, which makes it very difficult to commune with it, to to hear it, to let it be the most magical business partner that it can be. Yeah. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:07:38] Now, many of you heard me say this before, and it’s one that I use all the time. All of the DJCCPSERRJs that I have about this, whatever this is in that moment, I destroy and uncreate them all. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:07:54] All of the decisions, judgements, conclusions, computations, projections, rejections, expectations, separations, refined judgements—that’s what that acronym is—I destroy and uncreate it all so that you can start having that spaciousness of you.

[00:08:10] Because with all of those DJCCPSERRJs, those are all walls between you and the thing you’re doing that to. It could be another person, it could be yourself, it could be your business, it could be money, whatever it is. The more that you clear that, the more you’re going to be aware. The more you’re going to be aware of the infinite possibilities. The more magic you’re going to be able to create with the business. The more magic that you’re going to receive, and everything will start showing up with total ease, joy, and glory without those walls and barriers.

Everything that doesn’t allow that, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

Because what is truly possible with the business that you’ve never even considered? Yes.

[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:10] Yes, it is fall here in Alberta, Canada, and I wanted to get some of the beautiful colors. However, it’s also unusually hot, so there is bright sunshine everywhere else. You get a little bit of colors here. It’s very pretty, just take my word for it. It’s just all the reds and the golds and some greens. Oh my gosh. How does it get any better?

[00:00:34] Are you willing to receive the magic from your past lives? Yeah. I know, right?

This is one of the magic tricks that I talk about in my Rich AF course – something you might want to check out. There’s a link above or below. If you don’t see one, let me know. In November of 2022—we usually do this once a year. We’re doing a live round of the Rich AF, and there is a price increase. Possibly, it’s already occurred by the time you’re watching this. It depends when you’re watching, but if you go to the link, you’ll see all the information there. Every Wednesday in November, we’re going to get together and do basically a Q & A about each module for everybody who’s either taken the course before or has joined us recently. How does it get any better? All right.

[00:01:25] Are are you willing to receive from your past lives? Now, there’s a bit of something I want to explain first.

[00:01:35] One, we’ve been and done everything. There is nothing that we haven’t been and done. We have lifetimes where we have been magical with money, where we have been kings and queens and all the things, and financial geniuses, and on and on and on.

Now, of course, we’ve also been the opposite of those and all the things. It’s not that one is better than the other, it’s just that if we recognize we’ve been all the things, none of it is right or wrong, what are you asking for now that you could actually ask for the capacities from those lifetimes to show up as if by magic? Yeah.

[00:02:18] The specific one that we do in the Rich AF course is about, of course, pulling in all of the capacities and energies of you as rich as fuck – whatever that is for you. It might be money, it might be cash, it might be wealth, it might be opulence, it might be who knows? It doesn’t matter, but [it’s] where you’re energetically connecting to those lifetimes.

[00:02:39] The thing with it is you don’t have to figure out what those lifetimes were and when they were and, you know, [the] specifics about them. No. We are so energetically aware that we can just ask, you know?

[00:02:53] Right now, all the lifetimes where you were magical with money… yeah. The moment I said it, boom. You’d already tapped into it. Now, just invite all of those energies to you now. Yeah. All of the lifetimes that you were a financial genius… yeah. There you go. Bring all that in now.

[00:03:19] So it’s recognizing a couple things. One, we are energetic. Energy is our first language. Energetically, we’ve been and done all the things.

Now, what we often do though is we choose separation. We separate from the lifetime that, you know? That lifetime is over and now we move on to the next one and we separate rather than recognizing we’re oneness. We be oneness, which means we can receive from everything.

[00:03:55] And what if we did? Like, what if we truly did? What if we receive from these beautiful trees? Yeah. What if we receive from—there’s some logs over there that are just cut up and waiting to be used for the fire at some point. What if we receive from those? And there’s probably a lot of animal shit around here. What if we receive from that, too?

[00:04:25] Again, we go back to not making anything right or wrong, not judging anything going, “I’m only going to receive from the bright sunshine and the beautiful trees, but I won’t receive from the deer shit.” What if we can receive from it all?

[00:04:44] Again, with asking in terms of our lifetimes and our lifetimes that we’ve been what we’re asking for now, yeah, absolutely request that. Be that. Receive from that now, but not from that separation of, “Okay, I’m only going to receive that and I can’t receive anything else.” What if you can? What if you actually be infinite receiving? Yeah. Yeah.

[00:05:12] Bring to mind something that you would like to receive more of. Now, it could be money, of course. It could be cash or wealth or opulence. It could be joy. It could be infinite possibilities. It could be kindness. It could be magic, miraculousness, whatever. It doesn’t matter what it is. But just bring to mind that now.

[00:05:35] We’re actually traveling tomorrow. We’re off to England tomorrow. By the time this airs, it’ll be about mid-October. We’ll have been there for a couple weeks. I am just recording a few to ensure that we’ve got them. I will do, of course, some while I’m in England, but I just want to make sure we’ve got some here.

[00:05:53] And so for me, what I’m kind of being present with right now is just the ease with travel. You know? When I’m asking that, like, ease with travel, I’m not defining what that is. Ease with travel means we’re on time, we get our suitcases, and all those things. Of course, I would love that. I would love that. What I know is there’s so much more magic when we ask more energetically than specifically.

[00:06:25] Usually [with] specifically, what we’ve done is we’ve added. There’s a judgment on there. There’s a conclusion on there, like, if we arrive on time, then this will happen, which isn’t the case all the time. Maybe my body doesn’t want to get on the airplane so we get late, and that would be more of the gift than being early. Just to give you an idea and I’m being extreme, of course.

[00:06:47] But really just to start to recognize that if we ask for like ease with the travel, ease with the travel might mean we don’t get to the airport. It might mean we do get to the airport. I mean, there’s a bazillion things, right? But you get the idea. We want to open it up a little bit more energetic with that.

[00:07:05] As I was just saying, you know, what would you like? I’m looking at that and it’s like, yeah, ease with the travel. Yeah. Yeah. As soon as I become aware of that, there’s all of these energies.

[00:07:19] Now, how can I not ask for that [or], let’s say, ask for the opposite. Not that I want you to use this, guys, but I want to give you the idea or remind you, I suppose. It’s that I could go into, “Oh my gosh, we’re traveling and we haven’t traveled in a few years, and it’s going to be hard and we’re going to be late. It’s gonna be hard.” Right?

[00:07:43] That’s how we create what we don’t want and then we go, “See? I told you.” We get to prove ourselves right rather than, “Okay, what would I like? Okay. Ease with travel.” Every time I think about traveling, I get to go to that energy. What would I like here? Oh, ease with traveling without judgment of what that should look like or the decision of what that would look like.

[00:08:11] I’m not sure if it’s showing up on your video, but I think with the sun being back there somewhere, it looks like it’s purple above my head there. Gosh, that’s pretty. Squirrel! Hopefully, you guys can see it, too. I’m not sure. Anyway, I can. It’s beautiful. Take my word for it. If you’re not watching this, if you’re listening to the podcast, I apologize for talking about something in the video, but it’s just really magical. So, there we go.

[00:08:38] We get to ask for what we would like, but what we want to do—not “but” [but] and—what we want to do is make sure we’re putting our energy into that. It’s such a habit. I’m going to speak for myself here. It’s such a habit to go down the road of, “Well, we haven’t traveled in a long time, and it’s going to be hard and there’s going to be this problem and this one..” That’s asking, too. If you put your energy into what you would like… Yeah. Yeah.

[00:09:08] Now, how can you use your past lives with this is same with what we did earlier, but looking at that energy. All the lifetimes where I chose ease with travel… yeah. Receiving it now… yeah. I like that. I like that. Yeah.

[00:09:32] It’s just that simple, guys. If you’re willing to put your creative capacities into something you would like rather than the drama-trauma of what you wouldn’t like.

[00:00:12] Magic with Revenue and Creation Streams. Yes. Now, you may never have heard of creation streams before, so we will get there. But first I do want to talk about revenue streams.

[00:00:27] This is from the Business Done Different Manual, one of the classes from Joy of Business. I recently became a Certified Facilitator with it and it is one of my revenue streams. How the heck did I get so lucky?

There’s a whole section about revenue streams and creation streams, and a whole bunch of clearings. I am not going to go through them all on this show.

[00:01:09] So, revenue streams. I just want to read from the manual about this. Simone says:

“What is a revenue stream? Is each project class, product, service a revenue stream? Yes, and it’s not just how much money you receive. Revenue streams are also the contacts you create, the energy, the consciousness that’s created with a project or a class. What does your product or service create in someone else’s life? Is that a revenue stream?”

[00:01:39] It really is about not limiting what a revenue stream is and looking at how many revenue streams you have that maybe you haven’t even acknowledged.

[00:01:49] I was listening to a call with Christopher Hughes. No relation, although we are both from Saskatchewan, Canada. He was talking on there about your mortgage being a revenue stream, and I’d never considered that before and just went, “Whoa.” Totally. Totally!

So, how many revenue streams do you have that you’ve never acknowledged? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:02:18] If you are new here, these tools are from Access Consciousness®. The Joy of Business is from Access Consciousness®. That thing I just said, those crazy words together, is called the Access Consciousness® Clearing Statement. You can go to www.theclearingstatement.com for more information about how it works.

But basically, as we talk about things like this and things get clunky and weird and all that, we run that and it starts to clear it so that we have more choice, we have more awareness, we have more possibilities, which is really what we’re asking for.

[00:02:49] Now, I do want to run this clearing ’cause I love it.

How many random revenue streams are waiting for you to say “yes, please”, and you’re refusing to say “yes, please” because you’ve decided it needs to be hard work?

Everything that is, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:03:14] What if it doesn’t have to be? Look at your mortgage if you have a mortgage. If you don’t, that’s fine. But look at something that you do know is a revenue stream and one that maybe isn’t hard work. My mortgage is not hard work. It’s just something that we pay every month, twice a month actually – we pay biweekly, and have done for years and years and years. How does that get any better than that?

[00:03:39] Now, I also have been cognitively, consciously choosing towards more and more and more revenue streams.

[00:03:47] A few years ago, I created these cups. Well, actually, I can’t say I did. The magician that works in my business, Ericka is her name, she’s amazing. I gave her the words and she did the design. And then, I put it on with a company online. Basically, people can just go and order and I don’t do anything except enjoy the money that comes in other than, you know, what we did at the beginning.

[00:04:16] This is a revenue stream. Something that took some work to begin with to get it set up, to figure out the words, make sure I wasn’t copyrighting anybody’s stuff and then, Ericka putting it together and designing it, and then finding the company that was, you know, to work with and all of that. Now, it just continuously generates money. How the heck does it get any better than that?

[00:04:43] Now, I don’t have just one cup on there. There’s multiple cups. Some cups haven’t generated any money whatsoever. Nobody’s purchased them. Some like this one, there’s been many purchases of, probably because it’s so fun to say. None of that’s relevant.

[00:04:59] It’s not like I have to have the money come in from these cups or from even this book. I have spoke about it before. I will continue to speak about it. It’s called the Rocketbook Fusion. We’ll put a link above or below. This is a revenue stream for me. The link that I share is something called an “affiliate link”, meaning that I get a percentage when people use my link to purchase this book.

[00:05:26] Now, here’s the thing with me. I can’t sell what I don’t love. Now, that’s an interesting point of view that’s there’s things I could do with that and it actually works for me. I’m okay. I don’t desire to share a bunch of things that I don’t love. I have enough things that I love to share that work for me.

[00:05:46] This book I recently got, and I have probably saved a thousand trees. Okay, that might be an exaggeration, but I’m a writer. I’m constantly jotting things down. Before, I just always had paper and I would jot down, and then when I was done with it, I’d usually fold it over and use it as much as I could, but it would always get burnt. We burn our paper here at the acreage.

[00:06:08] This book, literally, guys, I have my action list. I write it down. I scratch out as I do it. Then when I want to start a new one, ’cause I like things looking fresh, I just go to a different page. I start it and then I can wipe this off with a little bit of water in the cloth. I love this. I have recently ordered the markers or the colored pens that goes with it. So, just another revenue stream.

[00:06:36] How many revenue streams could you add? What else is asking for you? What else is saying, you know, “Come on over, I’d love to generate you some money. I’d love to actualize some money”? Yeah. Yeah. I know, right?

[00:06:52] There was another one in here. Here’s the other one I wanted to run.

What energy, space, consciousness, and choice can you and your body be that would allow you to be the revenue creations beyond anything you’ve ever imagined? Anything that doesn’t allow that, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:07:17] Imagine being the revenue streams, creating beyond what you never imagine possible. Start asking every day. If this is something you would like more of, start asking every day: What revenue streams could I add?

[00:07:31] I usually ask the universe. Universe, can you bring me profitable revenue streams today that would be fun for me?

[00:07:41] One, I’m really only interested in profitable revenue streams for the most part—we’ll talk about another aspect to that in a moment—and that are fun for me. If they aren’t fun for me, I won’t do them. This is one thing I know about myself.

[00:07:55] With that, let’s actually talk about creation stream. This is the other section in the manual.

“Revenue streams make you money. Creation streams may be contributing something else. Some projects don’t create money, but they maybe increase consciousness in the world and are therefore valued. When you have a creation stream, ask: What revenue stream can support this creation?”

[00:08:25] When I very first started traveling around the world with the classes that I was facilitating and such, there were a lot of those classes that were creation streams. They were not revenue streams. By the time we paid for the expenses of the travel and all the pieces, it didn’t generate money.

[00:08:45] There wasn’t money at the end of it, and there were so much creation as part of it. There were people then that became a part of my world that maybe assisted with other classes, or maybe they joined other classes of mine and such, so they were creation streams.

[00:09:00] Now, I didn’t do a very good job of asking what revenue stream can support this creation. However, on some level I was asking that because what I do and still do to this day, although for the past couple years I haven’t traveled nearly as much—well, barely traveled, let’s say, although that’s changing.

[00:09:19] Come and play somewhere in England. We’ve got the Tour of England going on. You’ll find a link above or below, and other creations in the works like Dubai, Florida, Arizona, Las Vegas, France, and all the other places. Things are in the works.

[00:09:37] What I did, without even really realizing it or not necessarily on purpose, was that I created an online business that was more of the revenue stream that supported the creation streams that were the classes that didn’t balance out at the end of the money but did create so much more.

[00:09:59] And then in the last section of that, it says, “When you start looking at that,” so in terms of what creation streams, what revenue streams can support these creation streams, “it’ll show up and it allows you to be more present with the finances. You don’t create based on the finances, but be present with them.”

[00:10:17] If I would’ve looked at those classes, let’s say, and said, “Okay, well, in order to make that class work financially—to pay for our travel, to pay for my time, to pay for the hosts, all that—I would need $20,000 from that class.” let’s say I only had enough people registered for 10,000. If I was doing it from this reality, I’d say, “Oh, well then, no, we will cancel the class.”

[00:10:44] We don’t ever want to look at it from that. I don’t mean we don’t ever want to cancel classes. Absolutelythere’s going to be times or maybe times where that will create greater, but you don’t want to do it from that energy.

[00:10:55] I recently had a creation team meeting with all the hosts for England and they ask the usual question of, “Okay, well how many people do you need in each class?” I’ve tried that. I’ve tried that. I just don’t find it works, and I wonder, I wonder what else is possible.

[00:11:17] If that works for you and your business, please keep doing it. It isn’t about changing it, but it is about looking at what would I like to create here? Some of the things that we put into the world are not about creating money from it, and many will be and some won’t be. This is where this question – what revenue stream can I support with this creation?

[00:11:39] It’s a totally different take on it. It gets you out of the logic of business, or the right way to do business, or the wrong way to do business, you know?

[00:11:48] Luckily, I was just having so much fun back then with all the travel and all of that it was creating. There was a lot of money being created just in different ways. But if I’d had done it—if I had sat down with an accountant probably that doesn’t know this stuff, they probably would’ve told me, “Don’t travel anymore. What are you doing? Stay at home. Look at all the money, the profit, from this” and… what if? What if it’s okay?

[00:12:11] And also, what if it’s okay when I travel and in those classes, it does, you know, also generate a lot of money, and then the online stuff also generates a lot of money? I mean, what if there was no limitation? It really is about inviting you to look at something different, inviting you to a different possibility with all of this. Yeah. Yeah.
