There has been A LOT going on in the world for a while now, even more so these days. I’ve come across a lot of people, myself included, wondering what to do in the midst of it all. How do we go on with creating our life and living while being aware of what’s going on?

[00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so, so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. 

 

[00:14] This week’s show, with all the stuff going on in the world right now, [is] Tools to Thrive When the World is Going Bat Sh*t Crazy. Yeah, yeah. Truly, what else is possible with all of this, my sweet friends, that we have never even considered? 

 

[00:40] I have had so many conversations with people, whether they just reach out to me privately or I’m working with them one to one or group calls, whatever it is, where people are not sure what to do when the world is going bat shit crazy. Now, the world has been going bat shit crazy for a while—probably forever, really. There’s always been some sort of drama-trauma. Right now, at least for me and many other people around me, it’s louder and bat shittier, crazier than ever before. 

 

[01:15]mAnd so, a lot of people are asking, “What do I do, Glenyce? How do I continue to thrive? How do I continue to celebrate my successes? How do I continue to build my business? How do I do this when I’m aware of what’s going on?” which is, really, how this whole show got birthed. [It’s] because I was looking at that for myself, also. 

 

[01:40] I saw a fellow business person post something and I was so inspired by it. This is not exactly what she said, but it’s close. [It] was: “I’m not sure what to do in this situation. I’m not sure how to continue to market my business, work with my clients, and live as though basically nothing’s going on when we all know there’s a lot going on.” 

 

And [then], she said, “What I’m going to do is I’m going to continue to contribute to everyone else who’s choosing to be aware of it, and to continue forward while being aware of it all.” 

 

[01:46] Contributing in all the ways that work—for her—is what she meant, and continuing on. Not stopping, not using it as an excuse, not going down the rabbit hole but actually [being] aware that it’s going on [while] contributing in whatever ways and not stopping. 

 

[01:46] Now, there’s going to be some of you that that actually would make sense to not, so please do what actually works for you. That’s really the ultimate of all of this: do what works for you. I’m also going to share some tools to thrive when the world is going bat shit crazy because honestly, anything less than that is then contributing to that—the world going bat shit crazy. 

 

[02:52] I was really inspired by that (1) because I was really unsure, also really, what to do. I think it was like a week ago, I was even like, “Do I even send out an email like my weekly newsletter? Do I send that out? What would actually be a contribution here?” And when I saw her post, I was like, “Actually, me not sending out that newsletter wouldn’t contribute.” 

 

My weekly newsletter, if you’re not on it, get on it—hello?! Also, it has things that are inspiring me, it has the art that I created that week, it has this radio show—a link to it. You get it as soon as it’s available. [There are] all sorts of other items and stuff that I don’t even recall right now. So, me not sending that out didn’t actually make sense to me. 

 

[04:17] As usual, these tools are in no way, shape, or form, or whatever I might have them, I might save them as number 1-2-3 but they’re all useful. Use the ones that work, try them out. Basically, it’s all just a bunch of amazing magic tricks that you can use to change anything. 

 

[04:47] A tool to thrive when the world is going bat shit crazy is one of my all-time favorites—I talk about it all the time. If you’re not new here, you’ve heard me talk about it before. You’ll hear me talk about it again. It is the tool of interesting point of view. 

 

[05:05] This is where when you become aware of something that you actually have a point of view about, something that you’re judging, something that you’re going, “This is wrong and horrible and shouldn’t be going on!” and that energy. Here’s the thing: It’s the same energy as the thing. What we want to be really aware of is when we are adding energy to the bat shit crazy. We want to then use this tool to stop it, which is very simple. 

 

[05:39] When you recognize that—let’s say you turn on the news, you read the newspaper, or somebody’s sharing something they saw on social media about it. You start going into “this is horrible” and “this is awful.” Stop… and say this—you can say it to yourself, you can say it out loud, it doesn’t matter how you say it, just say it: 

 

Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. 

 

You’re going to say it 5, 10, [or] maybe 50 times. What you’re looking to do is actually change the energy of whatever it is you’re judging. When we’re adding energy to something like this by judging it that it’s wrong, it’s horrible, it shouldn’t be going on, that’s what we need to change. 

 

[06:32] Now, does that mean we’re going to get to the place where we just sit back and go, “Ah, no big deal. It’s not happening to me, so who cares?’ That’s not what we’re going to get to. We can’t get there—that’s not something that will ever be possible for us [because] we actually have infinite caring. 

 

[06:49] What you want to recognize is that when you get out of the judgment, you’ll actually be aware then of what’s possible. You’ll be aware of what’s going to create greater. You might suddenly come across a charity to donate to, an idea of putting together something that would contribute to a group of people, or there’s a billion [other] things. But all the while we’re in the wrongness of the thing, we’ll never ever, ever, ever change it. 

 

[07:19] So, our tool for this one is interesting point of view, I have this point of view. Let’s do it together. I want you to bring up something. It doesn’t have to be about the bat shit crazy that’s going on in the planet right now. It might be something very personal to you— it might be something that you’re struggling with, a specific situation, a money thing, a relationship thing, whatever. Just bring up one for the purpose of us doing this together right now. Okay? Bring up that energy, bring up the judgment, whatever that is for you. I’m going to bring up something, also… Okay, there we go. Together:

 

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view.

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view. 

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view.

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view. 

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view.

Interesting point of view, we have this point of view. 

 

Now, check back in. If that situation still [has] lots of judgment and energy, continue with it until it’s gone. 

 

[08:35] What I find often [that] occurs, though, is that it changes, and then there’s maybe another piece to it. Let’s say we were mad at our spouse for not taking out the garbage and we’re doing it. And then all of a sudden as we’re doing it, we start thinking about the time that they also didn’t wash the car like they said they were going to or something like that. We can kind of go into other places and run it there, too. 

 

Just do it until you have that spaciousness—until you get to be present with you. That’s what we’re looking for with this tool. It is such an easy way to change things so that you can then be more aware of what’s required in whatever situation—any situation, especially with the bat shit crazy going on. 

 

[09:30] A tool to thrive when the world is going bat shit crazy is the energetic contributions from Access Consciousness. These are like magic—they change things as if by magic. They’re phenomenal. Now, they’re exactly what they sound like: an energetic contribution. You’re going to contribute energetically. 

 

[09:56] When I very first started studying Access Consciousness back In 2011, I didn’t use these for many years. I bet it was 3 or 4 years before I truly started using the energetic contributions. It didn’t make sense to me—I didn’t feel like I was doing anything, so I didn’t do them until I did. 

 

It might be that you don’t find them as useful. It might be that you love them and use them all the time. It might be you’ve never heard of them before and you just want to try them out [or] whatever. What I recommend is if you’ve been like I was for all those years and kind of avoiding them, maybe try like a 30-day challenge with yourself of choosing to use them once a day just to check it out. 

 

[10:42] I also have a radio show from many years ago, I don’t even recall what it’s called. I do know it’s all about the energetic contributions. We’ll link to that.

[11:07] Energetic contributions—there’s many, many of them in Access Consciousness. If you’re ever, ever interested, you will find them in the Access Consciousness Foundation class. I facilitate that—they’re amazing, my sweet friends. 

 

I have one coming up on the books right now in July called the Pool Party Bars & Foundation. No, we do not swim during class, but you can swim before and at lunch and after class. That’s why it’s called the Pool Party class here at my acreage. 

 

It may be also offered online. It really depends what Access Consciousness chooses as we get closer to that. I’ll also of course have more coming up. You’ll find the link somewhere. 

 

[11:48] What these energetic contributions do is they allow us to be the magic of us energetically. When you are in that space of the bat shit crazy—when you’re in that energy, when you’re joining in, when you’re spinning in the “what is going to happen, what if this happens, what if that happens, what if that doesn’t happen?”, whatever that is, when you’re there, you can energetically contribute. 

 

[12:23] There’s many different numbers—we’re gonna just talk about the number 3 for the sake of this show. It’s basically where you energetically contribute—I like to use my hands. Dr. Dain Heer who’s the co-founder of Access Consciousness, he has all sorts of videos and radio shows and all the things about energy and energetically contributing and all of that. If you ever see him on video, you’ll see his hands are moving all the time. He’s doing all of this. A 3—what we’re going to do together today is we’re going to contribute this 3 energy, which is like taking a lightning bolt and blowing apart the solidity of a situation. 

 

[13:14] Now, here’s the thing, though, and this is the thing with every tool that we use in Access Consciousness: you don’t want to have a point of view about what it should do. We’re going to do some 3s together, but you don’t want to have the assumption that it’s going to make this happen or that happen or make this not happen or any of those things. We want to be really, really, really total space when we’re doing a 3 because if we do a 3 for what we think is the best or the way we think it should turn out, we’re actually really limiting what could occur. 

 

[13:56] When we decide from our head what should be going on, that’s very limited. Our head—our mind can only make a decision based on what we can see or what has occurred before. That’s very limited. 

 

What could occur on the planet in the next second could blow all of our mind, could be so beyond this reality, could be that it’s just so magical that we can’t even comprehend it because it hasn’t occurred, and because our mind can only comprehend what’s occurred. So, what we want to do when we energetically contribute is have no point of view about how it should occur. 

 

[14:45] Sometimes, things get worse before they get better. There’s so many things. When we’re doing this energetic contribution, this 3 to contribute, it’s just that: it’s to contribute with no point of view about what that contribution would be. Yeah. Okay. 

 

[15:05] With that right now, again, you can think personally, you can think globally, whatever, however you want to use this 3 together right now. We’re just going to bring up the energy of a situation—that solid, which is any situation that you would see as bat shit crazy. There’s solidity there, so it doesn’t matter. You can pick a very specific thing or a global thing. We’re just going to do some 3s together. 

 

[15:33] What I do when I do energetic contributions—when I BE energetic contributions is [a] more accurate definition, but it doesn’t sound right. When I BE this, what I do is I bring to mind the energy of it—not necessarily to mind, but the energy of the situation. 

 

[15:53] I’m going to do it globally. I’m bringing up all that energy, all that solidity. Now, I’m being really present with me, with my body, with me as the infinite being I truly be, being really present. I am going to contribute… whatever is going to contribute. You can do this with me.

 

1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3… 1 2 3.

 

Basically, I just do it like that until I can perceive a shift. Now, what’s that shift? Who knows? I’m not going to define it, I’m not even sure. It just is a shift. That’s all we’re looking for. 

 

[16:40] Now, a few ways that you can use 3s—really magical. If when you wake up in the morning you wake up tired, you can actually do 10 of the 3s, like, just contribute. The wording you could say is something like I’m contributing to anything that doesn’t allow my body to feel rested. 1 2 3… 1 2 3… and then do 10 of them. You could word it like that. You don’t even have to word it. You could just wake up feeling kind of crappy and just go, “Anything this is… 1 2 3… 1 2 3…” You can do it like that. There’s so many ways. 

 

[17:17] The other way [is] years ago, I used to have really bad knee problems back in 2015. What I would do when I was walking and it felt really, really painful is every step I took, I would go 3… 3… 3… 3. Now, I meant with my feet—I wasn’t doing this with my hands. When I was walking, every step that I took, energetically I would be saying 3, 3, 3. I would be contributing with every step that I took. 

 

There was a lot of times back then I was walking through airports, I was walking blocks and blocks to different places where I was facilitating classes and stuff. There was a lot of time where I spent walking that I would do those 3s. It would change it so much just by doing the 3s with every step I took. 

 

[18:06] Again, you can use these in any way that you can, that you can find. There’s no right or wrong way to using these. There’s just being them—using them, being them. 

 

Again, in that older radio show, I think we go up to number 7 in that show or something. Then in Foundation, we go all the way up to number 20. Once you take Foundation, you can move on to Choice of Possibilities, which is then I think it goes up to 24 or something at this point. I mean there’s so many numbers, there’s so many different ways that contribute. But for now for this show, just use 3s on anything that’s solid. Anything that seems bat shit crazy, use 3s. 

 

[18:52] A tool to thrive when the world is bat shit crazy [is] asking this question: What is the beautiful energy underneath this? What that does is it takes us out of the wrongness. It takes us out of the judgment and it puts us into the space of possibilities. 

 

[19:16] Often when something is bat shit crazy, or we’re seeing it as that, there’s so much judgment—there’s all that solidity, it’s all of that harshness, it’s all of that intensity. When we start asking what is the beautiful energy underneath this, then the universe can actually show us. The universe can actually show us what the beautiful energy is. There’s always beautiful energy. 

 

Once we get the energy of that, now we’re out of the judgment. We’re out of the solidity, we’re out of the harshness [and] into the beautiful energy of it, which is where we can then contribute. We can actually be the contribution. 

 

[20:00] Now, what does being the contribution mean? [It] just means BEing with no point of view, with no judgment, with no solidity—BEing. In that space, you’d actually have an awareness of what that actually could be like. If you were BEing a contribution… it’s not a doing, it’s a BEing. You might then come across something that you could contribute to like, maybe there’s money to contribute to a charity. Maybe there’s an action to take that would contribute. Maybe there’s a setting up a different charity-type thing. I mean, there’s so many things that could be. 

 

[20:50] That’s what you want to recognize: when we’re in the space of the beautiful energy, meaning we’re not in the judgment, we’ll become aware of what’s actually going to change it. This reality has really, really taught us that the only way to change something is through judgment. We have to judge it, and judge it, and judge it. And then through that judgment, we can change it. That’s not actually true. It’s not actually true. You’ll never change anything through judgment, you’ll only add to it. 

 

[21:28] The more that we’re in the space of the beautiful energy, the more that we’ll be the contribution, that then we’ll be aware of if there’s actually anything else to do, if there is an action step. Sometimes there isn’t, sometimes there is. It’s a totally different space. It’s a totally different energy. 

 

[21:51] Just like all the tools that I share, this tool can be used on anything. If you’re having an upset with somebody at work, ask just [with] yourself [or] in your mind: what is the beautiful energy underneath this? It’s going to take you out of the wrongness of the situation and put you into the spaciousness, the possibilities. Whatever might contribute, you’d actually be aware of it, and then you could take the action. 

 

Really, when when we look at all the bat shit crazy on the planet right now, what is the beautiful energy underneath it all? What is the beautiful energy underneath it all? 

 

[22:42] Like every question that we ask in Access Consciousness, we’re not looking for an answer. We’re not going to try to figure it out. We’re just asking what is the beautiful energy underneath this all. We’re allowing the universe to deliver that to us in whatever way it can. 

 

[It] might not be [in] the moment you ask a question, might not be for an hour, might not be for three days—it doesn’t matter. We’re going to stay in the question. The question will always, always create greater. The answer, the trying-to-figure-it-out, the involving of your mind, that’s where it becomes a limitation.

[23:44] Basically, the wording is—I’ll give you the wording first:

 

Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. 

 

That’s the Clearing Statement. You can say it in whatever way you would like. You can say Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, you could say Good and Bad, Right and Wrong, Shorts, Boys, and Beyonds—however you want to say it. The way that you’ll always hear me say it, just because that’s how I memorize that all those years ago: Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.  

 

[24:15] Basically, it’s like a magic wand. If you’re driving to work, you’re trying to fall asleep at night, or you’re sitting watching TV but your mind is going and you’re freaking out about what might happen with the world, what might go on, what won’t ever happen, or you’re in that space, you don’t even have to do anything except repeat the Clearing Statement over and over. 

 

[24:40] There’s various ways so if you haven’t memorized it, you don’t have to. You can keep it really simple and just say the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement, the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement, the Access Consciousness Clearing Statement—you could do that. 

 

[24:53] The other thing you could do [is] just go: POC and POD, POC and POD, POC and POD. That’s a very short version of the Clearing Statement. 

 

If you’re like me [and] a little bit OCD, maybe a lot OCD, I say the whole thing: Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds. Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds over and over and over. 

 

[25:18] What that does is it clears all the insanity. It clears all the crazy, clears all my points of views. It clears all the points of views I’m aware of, it clears all the crazy, and it allows me to be me. It is something that I highly recommend. If [it] feels yummy to you that you memorize it, or you use the shortened version or whatever, and repeat it and repeat it, and repeat it. 

 

[25:44] Here’s the thing: we often do this thing of deciding that something has value that it doesn’t. We’ve decided—a lot of us, not all of us, but many of us have decided—there’s value in worrying about something that’s totally out of our control. There’s value in talking about how horrible something is that we can’t change. Specifically, there’s value in thinking about it and thinking about it and worrying ourselves sick about it. That’s the value we’ve decided. 

 

[26:20] It’s not actually true. There’s no value in that because there’s nothing that we can do about that external stuff out there. What can we do, though, is  take care of us. 

 

What can we do is use the Clearing Statement in our mind or out loud, whatever works, in that moment over and over to get out of the insanity, to get us back to the space of us, to get us back to our awareness of what we could be or do different to contribute, to [a] totally different space of being. 

 

[26:53] It’s something that actually takes choice. We actually have to choose it. We actually have to look at where are we putting our attention. What are we doing with our energy? Does it actually work? Does it actually work anymore? Does it actually work to stress about something that we ultimately can’t do anything about in this moment? No. Okay, so what can we do? 

 

Well, we can take care of ourselves which—here’s the kicker—will ultimately contribute to that thing changing. Yeah. We actually have all this magic but we’re using it against us most of the time than for us. 

 

All the magic that you be, that you’ve been using against you rather than for you, will you destroy and uncreate all of that times a gazillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-nine, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.  

[27:53] This is one of the ways that we use the Clearing Statement. We ask a question like that, and then we clear all the energy that comes up around it so that we can actually be us. We can actually be us—we can actually start utilizing that magic for us, for the planet, [and] for the possibilities. Yes, yes, yes. It is so time, my sweet friends. If there was ever a time, now is the time for us to be the magic of us.

[00:00:10] Oh boy, all right. Well, here it is — I’m pissy. I’m pissy right now. I know it sounds like I’m laughing, and I am laughing AND I’m pissy. 

 

I just got off the phone with the accountant at going through personal tax stuff and got the information that Hubby will owe way more money in taxes than I imagined. How does it get any better than that? 

 

[00:00:37] Why the heck would I come on here and do a radio show when I’m pissy about something? Because I would like you to walk along with me, my sweet friend. I would like you to see what is possible when you’re pissy, when you want it not to be the way it is, when you want it to be different, when you’re *frustrated noises* — all that. I thought it might be fun for you and I to go through this together. 

 

[00:01:01] What you could look at while you’re here with me is if there’s anywhere in your life that you’ve got this going on. What you could do along with me is if there’s anything in your life that you don’t like where it’s at, or you would like it to be different, or you’re pissy about something—just come along with me.

 

[00:01:18] Now, I believe it was in the summer of 2022 (2021) [when] I did a Steps to a Self Session. We’ll link to that in the show notes if you want to go through kind of more an extended version of something. 

This is going to be fairly quick because it’s just something right now. I believe the thing I did in the self session was something that had been going on for a while. I believe it was something to do with my back, with running. This one is more, Okay, in this moment, I’m pissy and I would like it to be different” and “I would like the situation to be different and now what?” All right. 

 

[00:01:49] The first thing that I look at: the allowance of where I’m at. This is unusual but what if we could actually have allowance? It’s like, what if it’s okay for me to be not thrilled with that information? What if I can be in allowance of myself? 

 

Step number one, for a couple of reasons: Because fighting it isn’t ever going to change anything. The other reason, though, is that we can’t change anything from fight—from that “this shouldn’t be this way” and “this is stupid” and “this is bad “and “the accountant made the mistake and it’s his fault.” That’s not—and it’s actually not. It’s not his fault. It couldn’t be his fault. It couldn’t be anybody’s fault. It’s just what is in this moment. 

 

If I don’t put all of my energy into that space, then where could I put my energy? Oh yeah — into having allowance for me and where I’m at right now. 

 

[00:02:43] All right. So, I’m pissy. The next step for me is to know that I can have allowance for that — absolutely. I can play with it, I can set a timer and give myself two minutes of the pissy-est I can get. I can do that, totally. In some situations, I actually do. This situation, I just know it’s time to change it.

 

[00:03:01] It’s been maybe 20 minutes since the time I got off the phone with him to setting up the camera and getting everything ready. It’s long enough to be pissy for me. It’s just not fun energy for me. 

 

[00:03:11] Okay, what would I like? What would I like? Well, ultimately, I’d like not to pay that tax money. Okay, that’s one thing. One thing I could ask for: what magic is possible — could ask for that. 

 

Now, what I’m looking for when I go there—so I’m energetically getting present with that, and I’m looking at that as like, “Does that change it? Does that actually change the energy for me?” It actually doesn’t. That’s fine. That’s great information. 

 

[00:03:37] So, what then? What would I actually like? What am I actually asking for here? I’d actually like to know that I’m okay, that we’re okay no matter what. Now, that’s got an energy on it for me. Okay, cool. That’s a yummy place to start. 

 

[00:03:51] I could actually look around in my world and actually prove to myself that we’re okay. If required, there’s many places we could pull that money out of. There’s many things we could sell to have that money. There’s all sorts of things. We actually even have that amount in the account and more and way more. So, are we okay? Yes. 

 

[00:04:13] Again, this is kind of a bizarre thing to do. It gives me the space to go, “Okay, I’m not going to pull the money out of that account.” This is the one thing that I know about myself — I’m not doing that. I like the money in that account. 

 

I really like money. I am one of the weirdest people on the planet. I really like money. I like having money. I like to look in that account and see all the money in that account. To take some of it out to pay a bill, I’m not choosing that because the other thing that I know about me is that I will create it. If it’s between pulling it out of that account and creating more money, I’ll just go create more money. 

 

[00:04:54] It’s already getting lighter for me as I’m just talking about random things that I would normally just go through quietly in my head. I’m like, “Oh yeah. Okay, cool. I won — we’re okay. I can just go create that money. Okay.” So now, it’s lighter. 

 

Now, I want to just take a moment with this because look at this: it’s lighter because I’m no longer in the lie. 

 

Now, what was the lie with the pissy and the heavy and the icky about the the amount of tax he owes? It could be the amount. I mean the accountant was just giving me the rough number because he hasn’t put everything in, but [it’s] fairly close. Okay. So it could be the lie that that’s the amount — it could be. 

 

[00:05:36] What I get more so is what I added to it. The stories that I added to it like, “We won’t be okay. Oh my gosh. If we’ve got this horrific tax bill, we won’t be okay!” That was the energy behind that for me, and that was the heaviness, that was the pissy. That was my awareness saying, “Hey, dumb ass. You’re fine. Stop lying to yourself!” Right? Once I removed the lies. I’m like, “Oh, yeah. Okay. That’s super light. That’s super ease. Oh, awesome!” 

 

Everything that might bring up for you, will you destroy and uncreate it all? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.® 

Now, that is the Access Consciousness® Clearing Statement. It does so many things. You can go to www.theclearingstatement.com for more information about how it works, but basically it’s like waving a magic wand and getting rid of and destroying and uncreating all the stories, all of the crazy, all the energy, all the “you can but I can’t” or “I can’t because…” or all that stuff — it just gets rid of it all. 

 

When we talk about stuff, especially money, there’s so many points of views that come up, so much insanity that running the Clearing Statement will really start to shift it.

 

[00:06:40] I would love to invite you to a creation that I’ve got coming up called Refusing Receiving. Yeah, I’m sure none of you do that. 

 

It’s what we call in Access Consciousness® a “30×30,” meaning there’s a clearing that we’re going to run about refusing receiving 30 times a day for 30 days to really get the benefits of the clearing and really start choosing to receive beyond what we’ve never been willing to before.

 

What I’ve also added to this one is that about halfway through the 30 days, we’re going to have a Zoom Clearing Call, meaning we’re all going to hop on Zoom together and do clearings and whatever. I’ll facilitate whatever questions, whatever’s coming up around it because what I know with this clearing in particular is it’s going to bring up some stuff. There’s going to be more stuff that you’re going to want to clear. And so we’ve put this in the middle so that we can clear it all up and really start receiving beyond what we’ve never been willing to receive before.

[00:07:49] The other piece with this all, of course, is a question that we use in Access Consciousness® all the time: who does that belong to? 

 

Is it actually mine? Do I have any of these weird concerns and stories about money? No, unless of course I choose to, unless I want to play with them, unless I have some time to be pissy, unless I don’t have enough on the go. You get the idea, right? 

 

[00:08:18] Really, it’s not mine. I could put my creative energy into creating the drama-trauma and the crazy and all of that, or I could go, “Hey, what would I like to create?” I’d like to have ease with this — done. I can choose ease with this. I can choose drama-trauma. Neither of those choices is right or wrong. They’re just choices. 

 

It doesn’t matter if you’re looking at tax bills or you’re looking at a relationship problem, or if you’re looking at business thing. These tools work on everything, and the greatest piece of it—at least for myself—has been that I have choice. I always have choice. 

 

[00:08:52] It doesn’t matter if I’m pissy or if I’m angry or if I’m wanting to kill somebody. Sometimes, it can be all those things. I always have another choice. I can stay in those energies. I can continue to choose them if I would like to, and I always know I have another choice. So, what choice—what would I like to create here? 

 

[00:09:14] Of course, I talked earlier about not having the tax bill. Of course, that’s cool too. I’m totally open to that. Universe, what else is possible with this that I’ve never even considered? Absolutely. I also want to know that no matter what, NO MATTER WHAT comes my way, I always have a choice for ease.

 

Anywhere that you haven’t been willing to know you always have another choice, will you destroy and uncreate all that? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, and beyonds.® 

 

[00:09:43] If we didn’t buy the stories, if we didn’t go into the trauma-drama or—wait a minute—if we STOPPED telling the stories, if we stopped playing with drama-trauma rather than NOT DOING it because that’s down the road. Let’s start with just choosing something different. What could we create if we got the muscle of going, “Hey, I don’t like this energy right now. What else could I choose?” That’s a beautiful muscle to have, guys. 

 

[00:10:13] I’ll tell you what: if this would’ve occurred 10, 15 years ago, I wouldn’t have had that muscle. I didn’t have that muscle. It’s only been, I would say, in the last five or six years that I truly have this muscle to go, “Wait, I have another choice here.” 

 

I only ever saw the choice for pissy or upset or drama-trauma. I only ever saw that choice. I mean, I didn’t even acknowledge it as a choice. Let’s be honest. It was like something would occur and then I would have to react and that was it. Whereas now, I know I have another choice and I can turn it around very quickly. 

 

[00:10:51] Now, I could have probably turned it around quicker, but I did want to hop on and do this video to have you come with me [and] be able to go through these steps. 

 

And this isn’t like every time you have a problem, do these exact steps. That’s not it at all, guys. I would just kind of, you know, what we call “pinging.” It was like, “Okay, so where do I look at? What do I go with?” I mean, you could start with “who does this belong to?” You could start there. 

 

[00:11:14] For me, in this case, really acknowledging that we’re okay. They’re not going to come and take my house away from me for his tax bill. None of that. I mean, that’s pretty dramatic. That’s pretty extreme, and I like to know that. I like to have that information. That’s a really big piece for me to look at and to acknowledge and to recognize that there’s an energy of a story there.

 

It wasn’t going through my mind. I wasn’t going into, “Oh my gosh, we’re going to have to move. I won’t have a swimming pool!” It wasn’t any of that sort of crap. Energetically, it was. How do I know? Because of that pissy, because of that heavy, because of that *ugh*. 

 

Because that was my awareness saying, “Hey, dumb ass! You’re lying to you here! Let’s start being honest. What it actually is here?” Oh, we could just go pay that right now if we really wanted to. Now, what would I like to choose? 

 

[00:12:08] Well, I’m going to go create that money! So, you might see some creation come out, like, you know, “Paying Hubby’s Tax Bill Call” or something like that. That would be super fun. Actually, I might create something like that now that the energy of this is even lighter, my sweet friends. It’s even lighter. 

 

So, who knows? By the time this comes out, you might see right now on the video or if you’re listening to the podcast in the show notes, there might be a link to a creation to pay Hubby’s tax bill! That is so awesome. Oh my goodness. How does it get any better than that? I love that energy. 

 

[00:12:48] Okay. So, there we go. What we’re looking to do is, and again, this isn’t like a step-by-step for everything. This is a steb-by-step that I use today in this moment:

(1) allowance for where I was and what I was choosing;

(2) the acknowledgement of what is actually true

(3) getting out of the stories; and then 

(4) looking at what would I like to create? What would I like to choose here? And, paying attention to the energy behind it.

 

[00:13:10] Right? Because again, the automatic response is I just don’t want to pay a tax bill, but that didn’t have the energy match that I was actually looking for. Okay so then what? “Oh, I’d like to have ease with this.” Oh, well that. That — done.

 

Whether the tax bill is the amount the accountant gave us, maybe it comes in even more, whatever it is, maybe it comes zeroed out—who knows? Whatever it is, I know that I can choose ease no matter what and that is greater than any amount of non-tax bill. At least it is for me.

[00:01:12] So, the three routines that keep me wealthy. First, let me define wealth for you. Wealth is the ability to perceive, to know, to be, and to receive. Wealthy doesn’t necessarily mean “rich” or “have money,” and it may and it usually does because when you’re willing to perceive, to know, to be, and to receive, that’s where the magic is, my sweet friends.

 

[00:01:45] The three routines—the three things that I do every day. Number one is I always start the day with an energetic exercise. 

 

Now, how does that fit into wealth? With my energetic exercises, what I’m doing is I’m strengthening my perceiving, my BEing, my knowing, and my receiving. Doing it energetically is the way that I’ve found to be the quickest way to really exponentialize it. 

 

[00:02:20] I do it on all sorts of things. It might be something business-related. It might be something like money or cash-related. It might be something body-related. I mean, all the things. 

 

[00:02:29] I will utilize an energetic exercise first before I’ll go and do something ’cause it just changes things. I can talk for days and days and years and years about the magic of energetic exercises. I’ve been using them for 20 years. I love them so much. 

 

[00:02:48] There is a Telegram group that I’ve got where I did three free ones. We’ll have the link above or below. If you can’t find it, reach out and I will get it for you. [It’s] just to get a sense of them if you haven’t played with them with me before. 

 

[00:03:01] That is routine number one: energetic exercise. Some people might prefer to call that like a “guided meditation.” That’s totally cool. Do what works for you. 

 

[00:03:11] But basically what you want to do is strengthen your perceiving, your knowing, your being, and your receiving. These are not things in this reality that are even seen as something that would create greater. They’re not even seen as worthy of anything. And yet truly, if you would like to be wealthy, you’ve got to have the perceiving, the knowing, the being, the receiving that you truly be. 

 

[00:03:40] You already BE these. These are not new to you. It’s just that we often ignore them, or put them aside, or pretend they’re not there, or distract yourself with all the doing that is done in this reality. It’s a totally different space and it’s so freaking magical. 

 

[00:03:58] The second routine that I do every day is a little bit more money and cash-related. It is where I actually will go in and I will put into this really cool spreadsheet that I created where I put in what money came in the day before and how it came in. 

 

[00:04:18] Not like if it was credit card or e-transfer, that sort of stuff. More so what did it come in through. Was it a coaching session? Was it a program? Was it affiliate payments? What was it? 

[00:04:29] I’ve got this spreadsheet that goes through each month. I’ve got everything broken down on there and then it transfers it to the first page where it all has it laid out by month, and I can see the whole year to date and all the things.

 

[00:04:44] That is such an inspiration for me to choose ’cause it keeps me really aware. This is another—well, this is number two: Is that awareness? The reason I do that is to stay aware of what’s coming in. 

 

[00:05:00] Actually in the last few months, I’ve also been tracking what’s going out. I did some math, oh gosh, maybe back in March or April or something? I figured out exactly what it costs Hubby and I to live each month. Not business-related, but house-related and personal-related. 

 

[00:05:16] I did that and then I saw what the company pays us, and it was like, hmm… we should have an additional $20,000 somewhere that is not really accounted for. [There’s] somewhere I wasn’t tracking something correctly over the past year. 

 

[00:05:33] I chose to just do the same thing: I track what comes in and I’ve also been tracking what goes out. That really is for my awareness so that I don’t ever go, “Oh my gosh, how did that happen? How did I not have enough money this month?” or “How did this…” you know, whatever it is. 

 

[00:05:50] That is, for me, a routine that keeps me very, very wealthy. It allows me also to revert back to number one which is the perceiving, knowing, being, and receiving of that. 

 

[00:06:03] Number three, the third routine that I do every day is I ask questions. I ask for what I would like. 

[00:06:10] What would I like to create? – I start my day with, and then whatever else. I ask: 

 

What energy, space, consciousness, choice, magic, miracles, mysteries, possibilities, power, and potency can me and my body be to actualize at least [[whatever that amount of money is]] [[today, this month, whatever it is]].

 

[00:06:28] I ask a ton more questions. A ton more questions just to really get, again, the perceiving, knowing, being, and receiving. That’s what asking questions is for: to start perceiving, start becoming aware of the possibilities, aware of the choices, choosing the choices, becoming aware of what choosing those choices created. There’s so many pieces to it that it’s so incredibly magical.

 

[00:06:55] I also have a Start and End Your Business Day. This is specifically business where you can listen to it. It’s got an energetic exercise mixed in with it. 

 

But you basically listen to it and it’s all the questions that I ask. It’s starts in the day and then one you listen to at night because you want to end your day with some different questions. You want to destroy and uncreate everywhere you uninvited money today. Stuff like that where you end the day with different questions.

Owning Your Greatest Capacity. Yeah. The tools, of course, I’m going to share throughout this radio show are from Access Consciousness®. 

 

[00:00:22] Something that we talk about a lot in Access Consciousness® is about acknowledging your capacities, acknowledging your strengths, acknowledging you. 

 

The terminology can show up in different ways in clearings and stuff, and it’s “own, claim, and acknowledge” your capacities. You don’t have to use all those words, of course, but you might have heard it. If you’re familiar, you might have heard it in different clearings like that, where you want to own, and claim, and acknowledge your capacities. 

 

[00:01:00] This morning as I was going through the reference materials, which is something I love to do—the reference materials are pretty much everything that’s ever been in a manual in Access Consciousness® that moves into the reference materials once it’s taken out of that manual. It’s stuff from, gosh, 25 more years ago in some cases, and some is from last week. It’s just everything in between. It’s just so magical. 

 

[00:01:28] I was looking up capacities – something that’s been kind of popping around in my head for a while, and this is what I read. [It] was that our greatest capacity is change.

Everything that just brought up, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:01:59] Now, this is something that I never really looked at before in terms of naming a capacity. I actually want to read to you from the reference materials. Gary says, (Gary Douglas, founder of Access Consciousness®): 

 

“A capacity is something you can access, but cannot define. Capacities are anything that you can do or be that will change anyone or anything. Anytime you’re looking for something that is a talent or ability, ask instead: 

 

‘What capacity do I have here?’ 

 

‘What capacity do I have that will change this?’ 

 

‘What capacity do I have that will alter what’s going to show up here?’ 

 

These are primarily energies. If you ask for a capacity, you’ll get an energy, which is not definable.” 

 

[00:02:55] To me, those questions really invite us into the change that is actually possible for us. If you’ve been around here for a while, chances are if you’re listening to this radio show, even if it’s your first time, you choose to change. You choose change on a regular basis, and that’s something that we really want to start owning and claiming and acknowledging. 

 

[00:03:20] Otherwise, what we do is we look at what we haven’t changed and that’s where our focus is. Instead of going, “Wow, look at everything I’ve changed,” we go, “Ugh, I haven’t changed that thing yet” until we change that thing And we still don’t acknowledge it, then it’s going to be another thing, and another thing, and another thing, and what we start doing is we start using these capacities against us.

 

Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.® 

 

[00:03:51] Again, capacities—I mean, you might hear people say, “I’ve got a capacity with money” or “I’ve got a capacity with bodies” or stuff like that. That’s awesome, too. But for the most part, as Gary says, they’re undefinable. So, it’s our capacities to change. That’s about as much as we can define, so people can have it to, you know, change money things, or to change body things, or a bazillion things. But really looking at it from acknowledging, claiming, and owning your greatest capacity, which is to change. 

 

[00:04:24] You might have had, say, you had an upset in your family and you changed it. Now, of course, with stuff like that, you can only change yourself. I mean, you can attempt to change other people, but for the most part, it’s really about changing your stuff with it. 

 

[00:04:40] The other night—actually, there’s two examples that I want to give and they’re so similar. One was about a week and a half ago. I was doing this thing that I would almost say I wasn’t aware that I was doing. Now, obviously on some level, I was, but it was this judgment of me of not choosing to move my body. 

 

[00:05:08] For a long time, I’ve been moving my body a lot. Prior to that, not really at all. I mean, moving – I mean exercise. We just don’t call it exercise and Access. It’s really about moving often. If we say exercise, it’s kind of got [an] ick to it, so “moving” my body. But of course I move my body every day. I move my body when I do videos, all the things. But really, like, choosing to either go to the gym or go for my runs or all the things and I really hadn’t been choosing them. 

 

[00:05:38] I caught myself, and I’m pretty sure I’d been going on for a while. I caught myself in this really icky judgment about it. When I say “caught myself,” it was like in the background, in my head going on. If I wasn’t being present, it was just going, going, going. I guess at one point I chose to be present with it and just went, “What the hell?” 

 

[00:06:04] One of the ways that I have been choosing change lately is through the 10 Keys to Total Freedom, which is a book by Gary and Dain, founders of Access Consciousness®. We are on chapter four right now. 

 

[00:06:19] I’ve got three tools that I use pretty much continuously for things. The first one is, “Hey, would an infinite being choose this?” Of course, an infinite being would not judge themselves for not choosing to exercise or move their body. So then the next question is “What’s the purpose?” Like, what am I getting out of it?

 

[00:06:38] When I asked that, what I got was this really basic response, I’m going to say, of, “Oh, I want to fit in. Oh, I want to be like everybody else,” and sometimes, those are actually awareness. Sometimes, those are actually the thing. However, in this case, I knew when I said it, it was like, “That’s not it.” It’s a “cool” answer. It’s the most common answer, but it wasn’t an awareness. 

 

[00:07:06] I just spent some time with it. I just got present with it and really got curious, not from I’m wrong, not from I’m bad, really just like curious, like, okay. That voice going on in the back of my head, me judging me continuously – what’s the value? What am I getting out of that? 

 

[00:07:28] What I recognized, and it took probably 5+ minutes of just being present with it, is that I had this really bizarre point of view that shame creates. That if I shame myself enough, I’ll choose something different. Ewww! Can I say [it] again? Ewww! 

 

[00:07:54] Yeah. That was really this level of vulnerability that I… whew. Yeah. I’m so grateful. Looking at that and then—okay, so I’ll finish my story. So I did that. So those are the first two questions. Once I got the purpose, then the next key is “Everything is an Interesting Point of View.” 

 

I just chose to be interesting point of view about that. You know, shame creates – interesting point of view, I have that point of view

 

If I shame myself enough, I’ll choose something different. Interesting point of view, I have this point of view… over and over and over with all the pieces that were there. 

 

[00:08:35] And then, key number three is about Living in 10-second Increments. And so then the question is, “Hey, if I had 10 seconds to live the rest of my life right now, what would I choose?” 

 

[00:08:46] Well, it wouldn’t be shaming me, let me tell you that! It just stopped it. It just stopped it. I’m actually going to rephrase that. I chose to stop it. Once I cleared that really interesting point of view, I chose to stop it. 

 

The really cool thing is two days later, three days—I’m not sure. A few days later, I just picked up my running shoes and went out. It’s like, what? This is that ease? Of course, it’s been 11 years I’ve been using these tools. I know it’s that ease and it still surprises me. 

 

[00:09:26] Fast forward to just the other day, I was doing a very similar energy about some money stuff. Once again, it’d probably been going on for a long time but that moment, I chose to be present with it. 

 

Same thing – okay, would an infinite being choose to judge themself about money? Nope. What’s the purpose? Same thing. “Oh, I get to fit in. I’m like other people.” It’s like, no, that’s not the energy. Present with it, present with it, present with it… Oh my gosh. It was the same energy. It was that shame piece again.

 

[00:10:00] A couple things with this: one, you can have a point of view that is in every area of your life that you may require to clear in different ways. It’s not like once I cleared that point of view a couple weeks ago about moving my body with it, that it cleared everything obviously, ’cause it came up with this other piece. Again, that energy of, like, “Wow I have this point of view that if I shame myself enough about money, I’ll choose something different” or whatever it is, but that energy. 

 

[00:10:34] So, you know, I followed the same steps and then really looking at it when I was reading this stuff about capacities and our greatest capacity to change and really going to, “Wow, I did not acknowledge the change that I chose with that experience with moving my body.” 

 

I mean, I got it and it did change it, obviously, ’cause I’ve been moving my body ever since or exercising or, you know, allowing my body to show me what she would like with movement, but I didn’t truly acknowledge the capacity to change, you know? 

 

[00:11:09] If you were to talk to somebody who didn’t know any of this sort of stuff, and you said to them—maybe they said to you, “I would really like to start exercising. I’ve been thinking about it for a year, or a month, or six years, or 60 years and I’m not doing it so I’ll probably never be able to do it,” and you were to say to them, “Hey, in about 10 to 11 minutes, we could change that.” What do you think the response would be? Crazy! We have to acknowledgize the change we choose. 

 

[00:11:45] This is really a few—oh gosh, weeks, months, maybe? I know I was sitting by the pool when I did the radio show. It was summertime, 2022. It’s about acknowledging you. It’s really the clearing that I use every night to acknowledgize me. I don’t even recall it off the top of my head right now. I have my little Reminder app. It pops up. It’s amazing. 

 

[00:12:07] With that that, even with that, even though I acknowledgize myself every night, I really didn’t, didn’t catch that one. Not that it’s right or wrong, but I wonder how much more magic we could be if we really started to acknowledgize the change that we choose. 

[00:12:27] I don’t mean the change like, oh, I did this one thing a week ago or two weeks ago. It’s like, how about how many things you change every day? Like, holy. That might be actually, as I’m saying that, what I’m going add to that clearing on my Reminder app is like really to look at what did I change.

 

[00:12:44] Yeah. That feels yummy for me. Follow what works for you, but that feels really yummy for me ’cause acknowledging what we change, owning what we change, claiming what we change will ensure that it changes and stays changed and allows us to basically start new every day, rather than going backwards in a sense.

 

[00:13:09] I just wanted to invite you, and I brought my computer because I don’t recall all of it. I am coming to England in October. You don’t have to be in England to join me for all of this awesomeness.

[00:15:56] We do require to be acknowledging how much we change and what we change and all of it. There’s so much more possible, guys. There is so much more possible. If we were willing to be the magic of us, we could change everything at any time with every breath we take. Yes. 

 

[00:16:20] Now, a couple other questions. Early on at the beginning when I read from the reference materials, there were some questions in there. A couple that I wanted to add that you could add to your section of questions that you ask is: What capacity do I have that I’m not yet engaging? and How can I use my capacities to my advantage? Those will be great to add. 

 

[00:16:50] It’s really where you want to look at… I don’t know. For me personally, you’ve heard me talk about it a million times possibly. I use my Reminder app and I use it all the time. I probably have, at this point 60, 70 reminders that pop up every day of questions to ask. 

 

[00:17:07] Use what works for you. Maybe it’s something on your iPad. Maybe it’s a sticky note, whatever it is. People say to me all the time it’s so easy to forget. No. You’re just not choosing to remember. You’re not choosing to choose it and what’s required. 

 

[00:17:24] For me, the Reminder app is what really got me to actually start choosing it every day. I looked at what do I require. Sticky notes aren’t really as good for me ’cause I’m not always in the same place every day. My Reminder app on my phone works great. I have an iPhone. I’m not sure if it’s on other phones and it came with my iPhone. It’s a free app. It’s not something I bought or downloaded separately.

 

[00:17:49] Yeah. All right. One more ’cause I just think this is delicious. 

 

What capacity are you refusing that you truly could be choosing that if you would choose it, would change all realities and non-realities and manifest as everything in your life working amazingly and more life than you’ve ever had before?

 

Everything that is… Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.® 

 

[00:18:16] If you look at the areas of your life that aren’t the way you would like them to be, what are you required to change? That’s all it is. What do you require to change with that? That’s all it is. 

 

[00:18:30] Now, I make that sound super simple. It can be. If you’re willing to be the capacity of change that you truly be, all of those areas of your life that aren’t the way you would like them to be… changed as if by magic, my sweet friends. 

 

[00:18:44] I wonder what is possible for us and our capacities now. I wonder what it would be like for us to own and claim and acknowledge our greatest capacity of change with every breath we take.

 

Anything that doesn’t allow that, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:01:08] So, on to the show – weird tools. You know—if you’ve been here for a while, you know I share the weirdest of the weird tools. The really cool thing is, though, they work. They truly work. 

 

[00:01:24] What you want to look at if you are hiding, if you aren’t willing to be seen is that in order to live the life you truly desire, in order to be the magic, in order to live the magic, the miraculousness that you truly be, you actually have to be willing to be seen. You have to be willing to be vilified. You have to be willing to be lusted after and all the other energies that most of the time we are refusing to receive. 

 

[00:01:58] Here’s why: because any of those things I just listed or any of the energies you’re not willing to receive, that’s where you stop. That’s where you put up that barrier and say “no.”

 

Here’s the thing with barriers, guys. You cannot have barriers up to the bad and receive the good. One. There’s no such thing as good and bad – that takes judgment. But also, a barrier is a wall, meaning nothing’s getting out and nothing’s getting in—the good, the bad or the ugly. 

 

What if instead, we change our points of views about it? What if instead, we start acknowledging that there is nothing good or bad or ugly—there’s just is? There just is. 

 

[00:02:46] Tool number one – weird tool number one is to please start using Interesting point of view, I have this point of view. 

 

[00:02:55] Of course, these tools are from Access Consciousness®. I should have said that earlier. This is one that I talk about more than any other tool. Any other tool, and I’ve been talking about these tools for 11 years! I’ve been talking about these tools. This is one that I talk about all the time and I personally use more than probably any other tool. It’s Interesting point of view, I have this point of view.

 

[00:03:14] If you have the point of view that if you post that post on social media, people might get mad at you, or be jealous of you, or hate you, or say something unkind on it. What you want to do is get that energy. Look at, okay, making that post, get present with it, get all that stuff that comes up with it…

Interesting point of view, I have that point of view. 

 

Interesting point of view, I have that point of view

 

They’re gonna hate it. Interesting point of view, I have that point of view

 

They’re gonna judge me. Interesting point of view, I have that point of view. 

 

So and so won’t like it. Interesting point of view, I have that point of view. 

 

..over and over and over until you don’t have a point of view. Until it’s just a choice.

 

[00:04:01] I’m not saying that you should do everything you’ve ever thought of doing like screw it all and just go post every post and do all the things. That’s not what I’m saying. What you want to recognize is that once you have no point of view, you’ll actually be the infinite awareness you truly be.

 

[00:04:17] You might know that right now’s not the time to make that post. You’d actually have that awareness, but it wouldn’t be from “I won’t make that post because so and so will be mad at me.” You’re no longer going to be controlled by other people. Imagine that! Imagine allowing people to have their points of views and it not affect you. 

 

Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

As I’m talking and all this stuff is coming up for you—thoughts, energies, and all the things—when I run that, it starts to clear it and clear it and clear it, so that you actually, ultimately have way more choice. 

 

[00:05:06] The more that you can use that tool, the more ease and joy and glory your life will truly be. The more you’ll also be willing to be you. You’ll be willing to be seen. You’ll be willing to share what’s going on, or to put out there, or to not try to hide the more that you be the interesting point of view you truly be. 

 

[00:05:28] Weird tool number two is all about Who are you being? If you look at that… 

 

[00:05:35] Bring to mind something where you did the hiding, or the hesitation, or the “oh, what if so and so…” like, just one situation with that and just, okay.

 

Who are you being? Who is that? Is that actually you?

 

Right? It’s not, my sweet friends. There’s a tool that we talk about actually in the Bars class, the very first class in Access Consciousness®, where you start asking Who does this belong to? Like, who does this belong to?

 

[00:06:09] Next time you go into that energy of “Oh, what will they say?” or “What if they don’t like it?” or “What if…” 

 

Who am I being here? or Who does this belong to? 

They’re the same sort of question. Either one, start asking, guys. Who am I being here? 

 

[00:06:24] You might have seen your mom, your dad, your siblings, caregivers, your grandparents, teachers, or whoever, it doesn’t matter. You might have seen them choose that. What we do is we go, “Wow, that’s the way to be here.” 

 

[00:06:39] Okay, maybe you don’t do it like that but I remember that. Not so much cognitively like that, but I do remember looking around me going, “I actually don’t know how to be here, so how do I be here?” and I looked at the people around me and said, “Oh, that’s how I be here. That’s how I be here.” 

 

[00:06:58] A lot of times, though, we’re looking at people and we’re being the people that maybe didn’t really choose what would’ve created greater. So, look at those places and spaces where you’re hiding and start asking Who am I being here, and if I wasn’t being them, what would I choose? What would I like to choose here?

 

[00:07:19] Another tool, kind of going along with it that we use in Access, is every morning when you wake up, ask Who am I today and what grand and glorious adventures can I have? 

 

[00:07:30] What that does is it allows you to look at, “Well, who am I today? Am I the person who hides? Am I the person who doesn’t put my business out there? Am I the person who doesn’t share with people about my classes, events, sessions, products, or whatever it might be? Am I that person? 

 

Or am I the person who knows the value of me? Am I the person who knows the people who aren’t choosing the classes, sessions, products, or all of it, they’re the ones losing out? Am I that person?” or a billion other energies in between. But really, start to look at who am I today and what grand and glorious adventures can I have. 

 

[00:08:14] That’s our normal state guys. Adventures is our normal state. You can have an adventure in your house. You don’t have to even leave your house. Right? Yeah.

[00:08:50] Weird tool number three is turn the one molecule. 

 

Now, this is a little bit weird, weird, weird for people and yet, if you would just try it, like inspire yourself to choose it a couple times a day for like a week or so, and then you know what? You’ll be addicted. You’ll use it all the time. 

 

It’s so simple to do. It’s just a little bit of a, like, you might want to call it a visualization, an energetic, or perceiving energy. It doesn’t matter but it’s an energy where you just get to play. 

 

[00:09:21] I want you to think of a situation that you would have coming up in the future. Somewhere where you would maybe normally hide – you would normally stop yourself, normally not choose what you would like to choose. I want you just to bring that to mind, okay? I know when you bring stuff like that to mind, there’s a heaviness. I get it. I totally, totally get it and choose it anyway. Okay. So, there we go. Okay. 

 

[00:09:49] Now you’ve got that kind of the energy of the event or the situation, okay, cool. What I’d like you to do is just energetically go above your body. I want you to go above your body, say a hundred kilometers or a hundred miles, and energetically turn around and look at that situation, that energy, that situation you were kind of bringing to mind. Okay? 

 

[00:10:15] Now, what you’re going to do is you’re going to turn the one molecule that when you turn it, changes everything. Don’t worry, it’s not a figuring-it-out. It’s just an energy thing. 

 

[00:10:26] So, you’re up above you, you’re looking down, you’re looking at the situation and you’re just going to go ahead and you’re going to turn the one molecule that when you turn it, changes everything. 

 

[00:10:33] I’m using my hand ’cause that’s what I do just for fun. You do not need to do that at all. You don’t need to use your hands at all because you’re just doing it energetically. You basically just continuously turn the molecule like around and around, over, above, and bind, until it *whooosh.* Yeah. 

 

[00:10:53] And then, check back in. There may be another one to turn. There may not be anymore. If there is, just go ahead and turn it…. Yeah, there you go. If there’s another one, go ahead and turn it… Yeah. Okay. 

[00:11:08] Now, you’re going to go back. You’re going to come back down into your body. If you’re sitting, I want you to feel your feet on the floor, your bum on your whatever you’re sitting on… I’m going to put my hands together. I’m going to feel my hands together. You could feel them on your legs, whatever works for you. Basically, you want to feel three points in your body… yeah. What I want you to do is get back to that thing that you were doing—you were turning the molecule on. 

 

[00:11:37] If there is any hesitation, any heaviness, anything left that isn’t what you would like it to be, what I would want you to do is take that heaviness, put it into like a metal tube. Put ends on the metal tube and then just shake the shit out of it, my friends. 

 

You’re just shaking it so all that solidity is like breaking apart. Just shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking, allowing it to break apart and then I’m shaking it so much that the whole tube goes away, too. There you go. Yeah. Cool. Now, check back in with that thing. Right? 

 

[00:12:11] Now. If, for chance, that didn’t change it or there’s still some, go back and redo it. There isn’t like, “Oh, you only need to do it three times” or “There’s only two molecules.” There’s nothing like that. It might also be that doing it not right now again, but maybe in 10 minutes or tomorrow would create greater. Just play around with it. 

 

[00:12:31] But really, guys, it is such an incredible magic trick that you can use every day, all day on everything. ‘Cause what happens is when we have something in our life that isn’t going the way we would like it to, that solidity—that’s the energy, like, energetically, there’s a solidity there—turning the one molecule allows that solidity to start changing. 

[00:12:55] And then, I’ve added the shaking it. I find sometimes that helps. Sometimes, it’s not necessary at all and sometimes, with that last little bit of heaviness or solidity, it just changes it.
