[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

[00:00:12] Magic with Revenue and Creation Streams. Yes. Now, you may never have heard of creation streams before, so we will get there. But first I do want to talk about revenue streams.

[00:00:27] This is from the Business Done Different Manual, one of the classes from Joy of Business. I recently became a Certified Facilitator with it and it is one of my revenue streams. How the heck did I get so lucky?

There’s a whole section about revenue streams and creation streams, and a whole bunch of clearings. I am not going to go through them all on this show.

[00:00:51] Get your butt to a Business Done Different class! Come on over. I would love to have you. I have one coming up on October 28th, 29th, and 30th. You can either join us in London, England in person, or you can join us online. Either way, I would love to share these magical tools with you.

[00:01:09] So, revenue streams. I just want to read from the manual about this. Simone says:

“What is a revenue stream? Is each project class, product, service a revenue stream? Yes, and it’s not just how much money you receive. Revenue streams are also the contacts you create, the energy, the consciousness that’s created with a project or a class. What does your product or service create in someone else’s life? Is that a revenue stream?”

[00:01:39] It really is about not limiting what a revenue stream is and looking at how many revenue streams you have that maybe you haven’t even acknowledged.

[00:01:49] I was listening to a call with Christopher Hughes. No relation, although we are both from Saskatchewan, Canada. He was talking on there about your mortgage being a revenue stream, and I’d never considered that before and just went, “Whoa.” Totally. Totally!

So, how many revenue streams do you have that you’ve never acknowledged? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:02:18] If you are new here, these tools are from Access Consciousness®. The Joy of Business is from Access Consciousness®. That thing I just said, those crazy words together, is called the Access Consciousness® Clearing Statement. You can go to www.theclearingstatement.com for more information about how it works.

But basically, as we talk about things like this and things get clunky and weird and all that, we run that and it starts to clear it so that we have more choice, we have more awareness, we have more possibilities, which is really what we’re asking for.

[00:02:49] Now, I do want to run this clearing ’cause I love it.

How many random revenue streams are waiting for you to say “yes, please”, and you’re refusing to say “yes, please” because you’ve decided it needs to be hard work?

Everything that is, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:03:14] What if it doesn’t have to be? Look at your mortgage if you have a mortgage. If you don’t, that’s fine. But look at something that you do know is a revenue stream and one that maybe isn’t hard work. My mortgage is not hard work. It’s just something that we pay every month, twice a month actually – we pay biweekly, and have done for years and years and years. How does that get any better than that?

[00:03:39] Now, I also have been cognitively, consciously choosing towards more and more and more revenue streams.

[00:03:47] A few years ago, I created these cups. Well, actually, I can’t say I did. The magician that works in my business, Ericka is her name, she’s amazing. I gave her the words and she did the design. And then, I put it on with a company online. Basically, people can just go and order and I don’t do anything except enjoy the money that comes in other than, you know, what we did at the beginning.

[00:04:16] This is a revenue stream. Something that took some work to begin with to get it set up, to figure out the words, make sure I wasn’t copyrighting anybody’s stuff and then, Ericka putting it together and designing it, and then finding the company that was, you know, to work with and all of that. Now, it just continuously generates money. How the heck does it get any better than that?

[00:04:43] Now, I don’t have just one cup on there. There’s multiple cups. Some cups haven’t generated any money whatsoever. Nobody’s purchased them. Some like this one, there’s been many purchases of, probably because it’s so fun to say. None of that’s relevant.

[00:04:59] It’s not like I have to have the money come in from these cups or from even this book. I have spoke about it before. I will continue to speak about it. It’s called the Rocketbook Fusion. We’ll put a link above or below. This is a revenue stream for me. The link that I share is something called an “affiliate link”, meaning that I get a percentage when people use my link to purchase this book.

[00:05:26] Now, here’s the thing with me. I can’t sell what I don’t love. Now, that’s an interesting point of view that’s there’s things I could do with that and it actually works for me. I’m okay. I don’t desire to share a bunch of things that I don’t love. I have enough things that I love to share that work for me.

[00:05:46] This book I recently got, and I have probably saved a thousand trees. Okay, that might be an exaggeration, but I’m a writer. I’m constantly jotting things down. Before, I just always had paper and I would jot down, and then when I was done with it, I’d usually fold it over and use it as much as I could, but it would always get burnt. We burn our paper here at the acreage.

[00:06:08] This book, literally, guys, I have my action list. I write it down. I scratch out as I do it. Then when I want to start a new one, ’cause I like things looking fresh, I just go to a different page. I start it and then I can wipe this off with a little bit of water in the cloth. I love this. I have recently ordered the markers or the colored pens that goes with it. So, just another revenue stream.

[00:06:36] How many revenue streams could you add? What else is asking for you? What else is saying, you know, “Come on over, I’d love to generate you some money. I’d love to actualize some money”? Yeah. Yeah. I know, right?

[00:06:52] There was another one in here. Here’s the other one I wanted to run.

What energy, space, consciousness, and choice can you and your body be that would allow you to be the revenue creations beyond anything you’ve ever imagined? Anything that doesn’t allow that, will you destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right, wrong, good, bad, all-9, POD, POC, shorts, boys, POVADs, and beyonds.®

[00:07:17] Imagine being the revenue streams, creating beyond what you never imagine possible. Start asking every day. If this is something you would like more of, start asking every day: What revenue streams could I add?

[00:07:31] I usually ask the universe. Universe, can you bring me profitable revenue streams today that would be fun for me?

[00:07:41] One, I’m really only interested in profitable revenue streams for the most part—we’ll talk about another aspect to that in a moment—and that are fun for me. If they aren’t fun for me, I won’t do them. This is one thing I know about myself.

[00:07:55] With that, let’s actually talk about creation stream. This is the other section in the manual.

“Revenue streams make you money. Creation streams may be contributing something else. Some projects don’t create money, but they maybe increase consciousness in the world and are therefore valued. When you have a creation stream, ask: What revenue stream can support this creation?”

[00:08:25] When I very first started traveling around the world with the classes that I was facilitating and such, there were a lot of those classes that were creation streams. They were not revenue streams. By the time we paid for the expenses of the travel and all the pieces, it didn’t generate money.

[00:08:45] There wasn’t money at the end of it, and there were so much creation as part of it. There were people then that became a part of my world that maybe assisted with other classes, or maybe they joined other classes of mine and such, so they were creation streams.

[00:09:00] Now, I didn’t do a very good job of asking what revenue stream can support this creation. However, on some level I was asking that because what I do and still do to this day, although for the past couple years I haven’t traveled nearly as much—well, barely traveled, let’s say, although that’s changing.

[00:09:19] Come and play somewhere in England. We’ve got the Tour of England going on. You’ll find a link above or below, and other creations in the works like Dubai, Florida, Arizona, Las Vegas, France, and all the other places. Things are in the works.

[00:09:37] What I did, without even really realizing it or not necessarily on purpose, was that I created an online business that was more of the revenue stream that supported the creation streams that were the classes that didn’t balance out at the end of the money but did create so much more.

[00:09:59] And then in the last section of that, it says, “When you start looking at that,” so in terms of what creation streams, what revenue streams can support these creation streams, “it’ll show up and it allows you to be more present with the finances. You don’t create based on the finances, but be present with them.”

[00:10:17] If I would’ve looked at those classes, let’s say, and said, “Okay, well, in order to make that class work financially—to pay for our travel, to pay for my time, to pay for the hosts, all that—I would need $20,000 from that class.” let’s say I only had enough people registered for 10,000. If I was doing it from this reality, I’d say, “Oh, well then, no, we will cancel the class.”

[00:10:44] We don’t ever want to look at it from that. I don’t mean we don’t ever want to cancel classes. Absolutelythere’s going to be times or maybe times where that will create greater, but you don’t want to do it from that energy.

[00:10:55] I recently had a creation team meeting with all the hosts for England and they ask the usual question of, “Okay, well how many people do you need in each class?” I’ve tried that. I’ve tried that. I just don’t find it works, and I wonder, I wonder what else is possible.

[00:11:17] If that works for you and your business, please keep doing it. It isn’t about changing it, but it is about looking at what would I like to create here? Some of the things that we put into the world are not about creating money from it, and many will be and some won’t be. This is where this question – what revenue stream can I support with this creation?

[00:11:39] It’s a totally different take on it. It gets you out of the logic of business, or the right way to do business, or the wrong way to do business, you know?

[00:11:48] Luckily, I was just having so much fun back then with all the travel and all of that it was creating. There was a lot of money being created just in different ways. But if I’d had done it—if I had sat down with an accountant probably that doesn’t know this stuff, they probably would’ve told me, “Don’t travel anymore. What are you doing? Stay at home. Look at all the money, the profit, from this” and… what if? What if it’s okay?

[00:12:11] And also, what if it’s okay when I travel and in those classes, it does, you know, also generate a lot of money, and then the online stuff also generates a lot of money? I mean, what if there was no limitation? It really is about inviting you to look at something different, inviting you to a different possibility with all of this. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:12:32] Now, if you are interested, I have a free gift for you. It is called the Ultimate Confidence in Business Guidebook. I share five different weird tools, of course, that will allow you to be the confidence in your business and really create profit so that you can be the profit, you can be the revenue streams, and you can really recognize and acknowledgize all of the creation streams and revenue streams that are there. Go and check that out. Link is above or below. If you don’t see it, reach out and I will get it.

[00:13:07] I wonder how many creation and revenue streams you can add today that you’ve never even considered? Thank you so much for being here, guys. I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life  with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:10] Now, if you’re watching this via video, you will see beautiful ocean waves behind me. If you’re listening to this, you’ll probably hear them. I didn’t check, but I’m pretty sure you could hear them. This is the Bristol Channel. I am in Esplanade, Porthcawl. I’m not sure how to say it. It is a beautiful part of Wales. Just over there is Cornwall, so this is England, and… yeah.

[00:00:43] We have been having such an adventure here in the last, gosh, I think 10 or 11 or 12 days? I’m not even sure how many days that I’ve been here. We started up in, well, we landed in London and then we went up to Newcastle, which is north England on the East coast. And then [we] went to Liverpool, which is on the West Coast, and then drove down through Wales. It’s just so beautiful here, guys. If you ever have the desire and the chance, come and check it out.

[00:01:18] What have I learned so far on this #asifbymagic Tour of England? Now, some of you may know that I haven’t traveled for about three years. It’s been a while since I’ve got on an airplane and packed and done all the things. This is almost feeling like it’s brand new.

[00:01:41] Some of the things that I have learned so far is, probably the biggest one, ease, joy, and glory are a choice. Yes. You actually have to choose them. These tools that I share from Access Consciousness® and the mantra that we use in Access Consciousness® is:

“All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory. All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory.”

Saying that 10 times in the morning and 10 times at night, and any time throughout the day when you’re not choosing it, it can change everything. It’s so incredible.

[00:02:23] I didn’t actually really realize how much of a choice it was until this trip. This trip has been amazing, and there has been times and places and spaces, like when we got to London… I should back up a little bit.

[00:02:43] One, we had no official plans of where we were going to stay. We landed September 30th. We knew October 1st was a train strike. Our plan, initially, was to get to London and then on the next day, take the train up to Newcastle. We knew they were gonna have a strike so we thought, “Okay, well, we’ll figure it out when we get there.”

[00:03:14] What we did was we went to the train station, Victoria Train Station, from the airport and then just went, “All right. Well, let’s find a hotel,” and found one fairly close. The thing is, and I mean, we’ve stayed in London many times, this is not new to me, but holy hell, my sweet friends. It was the smallest room that I think I’ve ever stayed in with two large suitcases.

I do have it on my photos on Facebook, so we’ll put a link somewhere so you can check them out.

[00:03:49] In a very small bed for Hubby and I, we really appreciate our king size bed. It was just so funny. It was so ease, joy, and glory. It was so ease, joy, and glory because I chose ease, joy, and glory.

[00:04:06] What occurred for me was every time that I wasn’t choosing ease, joy, and glory, I would just really become aware of that like something poking me in the eye. That’s how uncomfortable it was, which was interesting because I’ve never experienced that before where it was so clear that the discomfort of not choosing ease, joy, and glory was so uncomfortable.

[00:04:35] I still really don’t have words for it, but it was so cool because in those moments as I walk into the room and go, “Oh my God.” There’s not choosing ease, joy, and glory and it was just like, “Oh, ick.”

[00:04:48] I couldn’t change the room. What could I change was basically to choose ease, joy, and glory. It’s like, “Okay,” and Hubby was super tired, so he just basically laid down on the bed and went to sleep. It was about three in the afternoon, local times. I went down to the lobby. They had a nice big lobby, so I went down to the lobby for, I don’t know, three or four hours and just did computer stuff and such and just chose ease, joy, and glory.

[00:05:17] It wasn’t a force. That was the really cool thing. I wasn’t having to force myself to choose it. It was recognizing when I wasn’t, and then choosing something different.

[00:05:27] I’m just checking the water. It’s getting in a little close here, so just checking, you know? I don’t really wanna be getting wet. All right.

[00:05:40] That choice of just choosing it, like recognizing when I wasn’t choosing it and then just choosing it because choosing it is so much more magical. Choosing it was… it just changed everything.

[00:05:54] I know it might sound really bizarre, especially if some of you have got this before, I really did not realize how much of a choice it was. You guys know, I’ve been playing with these tools for 11 years. I have been choosing ease, joy, and glory and not getting wet. Okay.

[00:06:15] All right. We had to move because the waves are getting in quite a bit closer. We’ll see. I might have to go up top to finish this.

[00:06:24] I invite you to come play. I still have the #asifbymagic Tour of England going on. We’ve got two classes coming up in Margate, Kent, and then of course, two evening classes in London, and then the Business Done Differents. So, come and play. I would so love to hug you or have you online. All the classes are available online, too. So, hope to see you soon!

[00:06:51] That’s really the biggest thing that I would’ve learned so far on this whole trip is the choice of ease, joy, and glory. The other thing that I learned, which I’m not sure that I really actually was aware of for myself, but how much I decided what good was and what bad was and what right was and what wrong was. The amount of judgment, I guess, is probably the best way to put it, that I had of when things went the way that I thought they should, compared to when things just went, you know?

[00:07:35] When we got to London, it was kind of, “Well, what if we just get on a train and go straight to Newcastle?” Like, that day? It just wasn’t. It was just wasn’t. I talked to a guy about it and there was just not the energy for it.

[00:07:50] And so really looking at it from a whole different space of what if that’s not what it needs to be? What if that’s not the, say, the magic? But because it was, in a sense, what I’d already decided it should be, then it would’ve been magical if that would’ve occurred. And because it didn’t occur, it wasn’t magical.

[00:08:14] Hopefully, I’m making sense, guys. But it was just this huge awareness that the magic isn’t in getting what you think you want. The magic is in the ability to choose ease, joy, and glory no matter what shows up. That, to me, is where the magic is now.

[00:08:36] Again, this is so new to me and I didn’t realize how much control I used. I’m checking the water again. Okay, I think we’re good. How much control I used for things to turn out the way that I thought that they should and that was the right way, that was the good way, and if they didn’t go that way, that was bad and wrong. I had no clue how much I was doing that and how detrimental really it is to truly living.

[00:09:08] I say detrimental because again, the control, like how much control I had to use to force, to push, to make things occur and call that magic. Hmm hmm. And yet, now, at least today, I can really get the energy of the magic being the ability to choose.

[00:09:37] You know, this is something that Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness®, he defines magic as your ability to change or choose something different that changes something, basically. That’s it. The willingness to choose ease, joy, and glory, that is magic. When you’re standing in a hotel room that you can’t even turn around in when you’re both standing up in, the ability to choose ease is huge.

[00:10:06] And so the next day, we chose to go to Newcastle. Since the trains weren’t running, we’re like, “Okay, you know what? We’re gonna just take a coach.” That’s a whole different experience. We changed coach in Leeds, and then we arrived there.

[00:10:25] It was just before 9:00 PM local time, and we were to get on a coach at 9:00 PM to go up to Newcastle and be there about 11:30. When we got there, it had been delayed until 11:00, which meant we didn’t actually get there until 1:30 in the morning.

[00:10:41] And again, it was just the choice of ease. There would’ve been a time I would’ve absolutely had a hissy fit. Now, maybe not outwardly. I would never probably, well, I shouldn’t say never, but probably never go up to a train or a coach driver and freak out on him because the coach was delayed. That’s not really what I would do. But in my head, or maybe to Hubby, that’s what I would do.

[00:11:07] It was like, ‘Okay, so it’s delayed. All right.” I did look at what else was possible. I looked at, “Okay, do we just get a hotel here in Leeds and take the rest of the journey the next day? Do we rent a car in Leeds and drive ourself to Newcastle?”

[00:11:23] I looked at all the possibilities and the only one that felt yummy and expansive was to stay and wait. It was. It was awesome. It was a whole different experience than I would normally choose, and it was really, really cool. We got to see lots of interesting people in Leeds on a Saturday night. Lot of interesting stuff going on. And it was ease ’cause I chose it to be ease.

[00:11:52] I know I keep saying that, but honestly, if you can get that… if you can get that you always have another choice, that can change everything. In a lot of different business modality, stuff like that, people will say, you know, what’s your “why”? I’m not necessarily big on what’s your “why” ’cause it takes a lot of definition. When I look at what I do and why I do what I do, that’s it – so that every person can always know there’s always another possibility.

[00:12:33] Every person that would like to know: there’s always another possibility. Many people aren’t interested in knowing that, but for the people who would like to know, that’s what these videos are for. That’s what these radio shows are for. That’s what every class I put on is for. It’s so every person can know there’s always another possibility.

[00:12:51] This is huge, for me personally. This is huge to recognize. There truly is always another possibility with ease, no matter what’s going on.

[00:12:59] Sometimes we can’t change what’s going on around us. Sometimes people we care about get sick. Sometimes people we care about make choices we don’t agree with or whatever the things are. We’re in situations that we can’t necessarily change.

[00:13:12] I can’t change a train strike. I cannot change a train strike. I shouldn’t say I can’t, probably not going to . Recognizing that, then we have that choice. We always have another choice. We have the choice of ease, joy, and glory.

[00:13:29] How does it get any better than this? I have so much to share from this trip, guys. It’s just been freaking amazing and truly, how does it get any better than this?

[00:13:40] For now, I’m gonna say goodbye. Have a wonderful week, and I look forward to sharing more next week.

[00:00:00] Hello and welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:10] Now, if you’re watching this on video, you will see a beautiful scenery behind me. I am at Land’s End, which is the most southerly west point in England. Apparently if you just kept going that way, you would run into Canada. So, there’s nothing between us. I mean, I’m sure there’s lots but in terms of land, it’s kind of a cool place to be at.

[00:00:33] It’s also extremely beautiful. If I could get down closer, I would. However, it’s not so safe to do that so, here we are. And if you’re not watching this on video, of course, you can find it on video or you could just listen to those waves. I’m hoping my microphone will pick them up for you.

[00:00:54] Tools to Receive Even More. Yeah. As you guys know, we’ve been traveling around England for a few weeks now. It’s about mid-October at time of recording. I know this won’t air until the end of October, but we have been going to all sorts of different places and really just being there.

[00:01:20] It’s not always been easy. It certainly has been ease, though. For more about that, you might wanna check out last week’s show ’cause I shared a lot about choosing ease with all of this.

[00:01:33] One of the things that I haven’t really spoke about—I have put on social media and I did send out an email with a little bit about it—was that shortly before we left, we actually had to say goodbye to our sweet kitty, Totty, which was very difficult.

[00:01:49] It was really this space of letting her choose. She had got pancreatitis again. This is something both her and Gromit, her brother that we had to put down a couple years ago, would get every once in a while and… yeah. With that, we’ve been talking for years about when she’s no longer with us. Now, I never, ever expected that “no longer with us” would be so soon. She was only 11, so [we] kind of expected at least five or six more years with her.

[00:02:29] With this and her going before we left, when we got here, one of the things that we’ve been talking about for a long time is to sell everything at home and just travel the world house sitting or pet sitting or just travel the world. Just have kind of no home, no nothing that we have to be aware of with those sorts of things. And so we got here, and we started looking at, well, what if it’s now? What if it’s now?

[00:03:05] Part of this to me, receiving from everything is also receiving Totty’s choice in going now. Not receiving it meaning I’m okay with it and I’m happy about it. Not that, but just the willingness to actually receive it. Just to be present with it. One day I’ll tell the whole story of the magic. Just not today ’cause we won’t get very far and I will just be crying. But one day I will tell the magic of all of that. But really, just receiving it.

[00:03:36] One of the things that I do—one of the tools that I use to receive even more is “barriers down, barriers down, barriers down… all levels, layers, lifetimes, universes, realities, barriers down.” I energetically push the barriers down.

[00:03:52] So, say with something like Totty and choosing to say goodbye to her. Afterwards, I could go into all this crazy about it like, “Oh, what if she… what if I didn’t…” like that. All of those are barriers. All of those are walls up to actually receiving, just receiving it. Receiving doesn’t mean making it good or bad, or right or wrong. That’s actually judgment. So, just receiving it.

[00:04:21] And so what I would recognize–there’s a helicopter going over top–is that when I wasn’t receiving it, when I was going into the inventions and the stories and the upset, I would go to barriers down, barriers down, barriers down and really energetically push those barriers down and receive it. Just receive it.

[00:04:43] You know, we can use this in all sorts of things ’cause there could be situations in your life where, you know, maybe you had an upset with somebody years ago and you still play with the crazy of it, or the inventions, or the stories of it. What if you just took a moment and dropped those barriers and received it?

[00:05:00] But please remember, receiving is not making it right or wrong, or good or bad. That’s where a lot of times, especially with what I’ve done in the past – for years before Access Consciousness®, I played a lot with the law of attraction, which was a lot of, at least the way I was doing it, a lot of making things right and good and bad and wrong. The bad and wrong you were supposed to push away or pretend weren’t there, and the right and good you were supposed to, you know, make really significant. At least that’s how I did it. I don’t mean that’s how everybody’s doing it, but that’s how I did it.

[00:05:30] And so, [it’s] really recognizing that when we receive something, we actually just receive it with no judgment whatsoever. It’s not right. It’s not wrong. It’s not good. It’s not bad. It’s just is, and there’s so much space with that. There’s so much space with that.

[00:05:48] Especially at the time when I was at home with Totty and in the time before the vet was arriving, just receiving it. And then after the vet left, just receiving it. Again, it was a lot of through tears, absolutely, and there’s been many since. [There] might even be something here now.

[00:06:11] Tears aren’t right or wrong or good or bad. Tears are, a lot of times, it’s our body’s way of releasing what we’ve stored, what we’ve, in a sense, kind of bottled up and brought a bunch of barriers around us, so to speak. Sometimes people will go, “Oh no, I’m not conscious. I’m crying ’cause so-and-so died” or whatever. That’s not unconscious. That’s just allowance. It’s okay to be sad and it’s okay to have tears. There’s no right or wrong or good or bad. Ultimately, there’s no right or wrong or good or bad.

[00:06:49] In grieving, there is nothing. There’s nothing to say what grieving should be or shouldn’t be, or the right way to grieve or the wrong way to. There’s nothing. You just gotta be in allowance of it and receive it. Receive it.

[00:07:04] So, tool number one is the barriers down I’ve been using a lot. The other tool that I’ve been using, and this isn’t so much related to Totty and saying goodbye to her sweet body. This is more just as we’ve been going around England.

[00:07:19] At some times, it’s like, ugh, you know, I’m kind of done living out of a suitcase and the tiny roads and all this. It kind of gets like, “Oh, I’m just done with this,” and so what I ask is, “What gratitude could I be here?” Not what gratitude could I be for England or for Rodney, which is Hubby for anybody who hasn’t heard his real name, but I usually call him “Hubby”. [It’s] not for something or someone, but what gratitude can I be here? What gratitude can I be here?

[00:07:51] Man, I’ll tell you what. That, to me at least, has been shifting my receiving of whatever it is, you know? If it is driving in the car and going down a little tiny road and it’s just, oh my… what gratitude can I be here? It’s like, “Oh… yeah,” and it just shifts everything.

[00:08:11] I don’t have to define it. I don’t have to to figure out what gratitude I can be here. I just get to be gratitude in that moment, which truly, how does it get any better than that? It’s that energy.

[00:08:24] To me, it’s the energy of… us. We BE gratitude. We BE walking, talking, energetic, gratitude, and a lot of times what we’re doing is we’re separating. We’re making things right and wrong and good and bad, and then we’re separating, and then there’s no space for gratitude. You can’t have gratitude and judgment in the same spot. It’s one or the other.

[00:08:47] Those are the two so far we’ve talked about. Barriers down. What gratitude can I be here? The other thing with receiving is the tool that I talk about all the time. You’re gonna listen to me talk about it all the time if you listen to me talk. It’s the “interesting point of view.”

[00:09:03] Because when we’re not receiving, we’re having an interesting point of view. We’re choosing to be not interesting point of view. We’re choosing to have a judgment. We’re choosing to have a point of view. And so, we can’t receive and have a point of view at the same time.

[00:09:20] If I decide that this is bad weather… actually it’s been phenomenal weather. But if I say this is bad weather [and] it should be sunshine-y, it shouldn’t have rained this morning when there was a sunrise or, I mean, there wasn’t a sunrise. It wasn’t a pretty colored sky sunrise because it rained. That shouldn’t have happened…. then all of those energies that I could be receiving from, I’ve now put up those barriers to once again.

[00:09:46] If we just go into every point of view with interesting point of view, even that – this is beautiful weather, that can be a point of view. Sometimes it’s an awareness, but sometimes it’s a point of view because if you get the energetic hit on it, if I’m going, “Well, this is beautiful weather,” it can also have the energy of if it wasn’t like this, it would be bad type of thing, you know?

[00:10:08] We wanna just always be aware of our energy when we are doing these things because that will give you more information, especially for those of us that have played with the tools from Access Consciousness® for a while. Oh boy, ’cause wow. We can really use the tools, in a sense, against us. We can really be in this space of like, “Wow, yeah. It’s such a no point of view type of day today.” I mean, I’m being silly, but you get the idea where we can say the right words, but energetically they don’t match.

[00:10:44] We always want to pay attention energetically to where we are when we’re talking, when we’re thinking, when we’re out and about. Where are we energetically? Is it light and expansive and yummy, or is it heavy and contractive? If it’s heavy and contractive, we’re not receiving.

[00:11:00] Using any of those three tools: dropping the barriers, interesting point of view, I have this point of view, or what gratitude can I be? Yeah. What gratitude can I be? I just love that one so much.

[00:11:14] Gratitude is actually one of the elementals. I’ve done various classes on elementals. We’ll put a link to some of them below, above, wherever the links may be, and in the show notes too. Of course, if you want to check those out, it’s so amazing. Working with and creating magic with the elementals and what’s actually possible? Yeah.

[00:11:34] So have a great week, sweet friends, and I look forward to chatting again next week.

You absolutely can!

A question I’ve often heard from my clients is “How come I can be magical for other people, but I can’t be magical for myself?” What if that isn’t actually the case? [00:00:00] Have you ever wondered why you can’t be magical for you, too? Hello! Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:15] Yeah. It is something that I have probably heard more than anything else from my clients. “How come I can be magical for other people, but I can’t be magical for myself? What is that?” Yeah. What is that? What if you could be magical for you, too?

[00:00:34] Now, this podcast is an invite to an upcoming series that I have called “Magical as Fuck“, a 4-part, oh my gosh, actualization series, receiving series, magical capacity series. I mean, it’s all the things.

[00:00:54] There’s gonna be four calls altogether. One of them is going to be all about being magical for you too, because what if it isn’t what you think? What if it isn’t that you can’t be magical for you? What if you have some sort of bizarre point of view about it? What if you have a belief that’s limiting what’s actually possible for you?

[00:01:17] I know for myself, years ago when I started looking at this for me because I could be very magical for other people, I could create all sorts of magic in their life, in their business, in their money flows, all the things. But when it came to being it for me, not so much. What I recognized was that it kind of stemmed from this idea that I know most of us have heard at one point or another. “It is better to give than to receive.” Yeah, I know, right? Crazy!

[00:01:52] Here’s the thing: you can’t actually just give. Well, I shouldn’t say that. You can. You can do it that way, but then energetically it’s just going out one way, so guess what happens to you? You become depleted. You’re just flowing it one way. But gifting and receiving is an energy not even really like a cycle because it’s not. It seems like there’s gifting and receiving and receiving and gifting and, but it’s one energy and it’s a continuous flow of energy.

[00:02:26] And so when we’ve got any beliefs that it’s better to give than to receive or it has to just flow one way, then chances are we’re using that, in a sense, against us. We’re using that as a way to really limit what’s possible for us.

[00:02:43] Because magical capacities aren’t just for other people. Your magical capacities aren’t just for other people. We want to include them, and you wanna include you also. This is the thing where this flow of you being magical. Not you being magical for them, not you being magical for you even. You being magical.

[00:03:13] Now, what does “magic” really mean? Magic, to me, is the willingness to be or do whatever it takes to create what you desire. Maybe even change the end to create what would create greater. Because sometimes when we have this idea of create what we desire, we have a lot of conclusions around that. We have a lot of ways we think that should look, or the ways that that has to look. What if there’s so many ways? What if there’s so many ways?

[00:03:45] It’s the willingness to be or do whatever it takes to create greater. There we go. I like that. That energy, being that in the world without any barriers up to it, without any exclusions, without any insanity, points of views, limiting beliefs, all of that, then you get to be it, including you. You get to receive from it, also. You get to be it, you get to gift it, you get to receive it, and that’s all the same energy. There’s no separation in there and there’s no barriers as long as we don’t put them there.

[00:04:22] There’s different ways and things to look at. I mean depending on what you believe to be true, sometimes we have other lifetimes where we did things that we maybe took an oath or a vow to never be magical for us again or things like that. Sometimes there’s that sort of stuff, and we’ll talk about that more on the call and really go into changing that.

[00:04:45] But ultimately, if you look at that for yourself, if this is something that you’ve wondered about – why can you be so magical for other people? Why does it work out for them when you contribute, but not when you contribute to you? All those sorts of things, and those are great questions to look at for you. It’s like, so what is that? What is that for you? If you did, then what?

[00:05:06] Sometimes that can bring up that really limiting point of view of if I did, if I was magical for me, then people would hate me, it’d be wrong. I mean, there’s all sorts of things that can come up. You don’t need to dissect those things. You just need to be aware of them. What I find is once we’re aware of them, that’s when we’ll change them. Often it’s just the awareness of it. Like, oh!

[00:05:28] I know for myself again, years ago when I was really looking at this, I was like, you know what? When I let go of that idea that it’s better to give than to receive… In fact, when I was willing to just see the insanity of that message, it was like, wow, there’s so many areas of my life that this could ripple out into, because then it really comes to us being all of us.

[00:05:55] Not going, “Well, I better not receive anything here. I better just be the giver,” and then we get depleted because there’s no energy coming back. We’re not receiving anything from it. Usually, that turns into resentment and then there’s all sorts of insanity with that.

[00:06:12] Once I started to piece it apart for myself, it was, I’m gonna say fairly ease for me to really start going, “What if I was magical for me here too?” again, we’re not doing it so that we exclude it from others now. We’re just including us. We’re just including us so that we can receive it, too. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:06:36] Because really, imagine a world with everybody on it being magical, excluding themselves. Okay, that’s a bizarre energy. Now, imagine a world where everybody’s being magical, including themselves. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh, guys. Let’s choose that. Okay, let’s choose that.

[00:06:57] Again, I invite you to the upcoming Magical as Fuck – 4-Part Series to really exponentialize your capacities with magic in ways you never even imagine possible. If you would like more information, you can find the link above or below. If you don’t see a link, reach out and I will get it for you.

[00:07:17] I wonder… I wonder what magic would be possible if we were willing to include ourselves in the magic that we be. Have a great week, sweet friends. I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] Would you be willing to always have clarity in your business like, a hundred percent clarity a hundred percent of the time?

Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:17] First off, I would like to invite you to a free zoom that I’ve got coming up, and it is called “Clarity and Magic in Your Business.” You’ll find the link above or below. You can join us. I would love to have you. It’s basically going to be an energy pull, but of course there’ll be some discussion beforehand about all this magic.

[00:00:37] I did wanna do this show about clarity. Often what we’re talking about when we say we don’t have clarity or we’re not clear, usually what we’re actually saying is, “I don’t know what the right answer is here. Since I don’t know what the right answer is, I’m not clear until I have the right answer.”

[00:01:01] That is what really trips us up, I’m gonna say, in every area of our life and because I’m speaking about business, definitely in business. Because it’s like this loop where suddenly we are in this space of, “I don’t have clarity and I should have clarity. If I don’t have clarity, then I can’t have clarity and I’ll never have clarity…” Oh my gosh.

[00:01:21] That’s not actually true. Clarity is a totally different energy than the right answer. I know, right? It’s so frustrating because often what we’re doing is we’re using words that don’t match what we’re actually talking about.

[00:01:38] What I would like you to do if this is something you do to yourself — “I don’t have clarity, I’m supposed to have clarity, I should have clarity. Once I have clarity, then I’ll do all the things” — I want you to get a sense of that word right now. Clarity in that sense for you. Not what actually clarity is, but what you’re talking about when you’re saying I don’t have clarity.

[00:01:57] I’ll give you a moment… yeah. It’s gross, isn’t it? It’s heavy. It’s contractive. It’s like, ugh, because it’s a lie. It’s not what you’re actually looking for.

[00:02:08] Let me re-say that. Yes, we would love to have the right answer in every area of our life. Absolutely. I will not kid you there. Every one of us would love the right answer. However, we’re not in business to get the right answer because you can’t. There is no right answer in business. There’s choice and lots of it. Choices and choices and choices.

[00:02:33] I remember once this person saying that they basically just threw spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick, and they were referencing their business. They didn’t mean they were just throwing random pieces of spaghetti. Anyway, you get it. I’ve often thought of that, like, you know what? Yeah. Actually, that is what it’s like.

[00:02:52] I’ve been in business for 20 years, so I’ve thrown a lot of spaghetti. When it sticks, it still doesn’t mean it’s the right answer. So when I talk about having clarity all the time, what you’re really looking for — if you actually get the energy, let’s do it a little bit different.

[00:03:13] Let’s get the energy of actual clarity, like true clarity. Yeah. Okay. A much more expansive energy. A much lighter energy, yeah. So, what is that then?

[00:03:30] To me, it’s not having to get it right or wrong. It’s the throwing of the spaghetti. It’s the willingness to try whatever feels yummy in that moment and receive from it.

[00:03:43] Where we feel like, maybe let’s say, in my case, with my type of business, we put on a free call like I talked about before. We put that out there without the idea that it will give me this or it won’t give me that, or it’ll do this or it’ll work like this, or this is the result or this is the expectation. None of that. None of that. I put it on because it feels fun to put it on.

[00:04:09] Part of that is, so I’m working with my sweet host in Dubai right now, Mary Rose. I’m not going to Dubai just yet, but we’re putting on some online classes so that once we sell everything here and we hit the road, we’ll be heading to Dubai. It’ll be one of the very many magical places that I visit.

[00:04:28] When we were discussing the creation — we’ve got four classes coming up. One at the end of March in 2023, and then three in April. They’re all a week apart. You’ll see the link above or below. We called them the “#asifbymagic Clarity Nights.” if you’re in North America like me, it’s actually day time. In Dubai, it’s evening. This is open to anybody because it’s online. You don’t have to be in Dubai to join us. Please know that.

[00:04:54] And so in that discussion of these classes, we were talking about what’s the invitation. What feels yummy with this? Right? We’re throwing spaghetti at the wall, my friends. We were chatting about it, and then Mary Rose said to me, “Let’s just do a quick energy pull from the four classes that we’d got the energy that were Yeses.”

[00:05:16] So, we did that. I was like, “That’s it!” It’s an energy pull that’s a gift to the invitation but without the expectation of, “I’m gonna do this and this is how it’s gonna turn out. I’m gonna do this free call and everybody who comes is gonna join all the four classes.” I mean, cool. What would that take? And also, it feels fun. I’m just throwing spaghetti at the wall.

[00:05:40] It’s not like if I would’ve looked for clarity, if I would’ve looked for clarity the way we were talking about earlier, Mary Rose and I would still be having the conversation. We would be stuck in a loop of going, “Well, what about this?”

“What? I don’t know.”

“What about this?”

“Oh, I don’t know.”

Because there’s no right or wrong. There’s no right or wrong, but that’s what we’re often talking about when we’re talking about clarity.

[00:06:05] Also, it so happens one of the calls that we’re doing for the Clarity Nights – day times is about clarity in the business because that’s one of the things. Mary Rose works with a lot of people and entrepreneurs, and that’s one thing that they’ve been saying to her a lot and I hear a lot, also. People don’t have clarity and they just want clarity, so we’re going to do a whole class on it. We’re gonna do the free energy pull on it. I would love to have you come join us.

[00:06:32] The other thing with those four classes, if you join for all four, you actually get a 10-minute session with me. Yes. I’m not sure I’ve ever given this bonus before. Throwing spaghetti at the wall, guys. No clarity. It just felt super fun as I was putting it together. You just do have to register for all four by, I believe it’s March 22nd, 23rd, something like that. You’ll see it on the page. If you don’t or you don’t see the link to the page, reach out and I’ll get it to you.

[00:07:02] What I would like you to look at when you hear yourself say, “If I only had clarity, I’d know what to do. If I was just clear, then I’d do it,” what I want you to do is tap into what clarity actually is. Get out of the lie that you don’t already have it because you do, and just make some choices. Throw spaghetti at the wall.

[00:07:28] Part of that is get out of the point of view that you can get it wrong or that you can mess it up. You actually can’t. If it doesn’t work out, do something else. That’s the really cool thing.

[00:07:42] It’s one of the things that Access Consciousness® has really contributed to me and my business. It’s the willingness to fail, the willingness to get it wrong, the willingness to mess it up.

[00:07:53] If you’re not willing to do those things, guess what? You will have a very difficult time with clarity because you’ll be very stuck in getting it right. Because you need to get it right so that you don’t fail, so that you’re right.

[00:08:06] Guys, there’s no right or wrong. In fact, there’s no failing either. I know that’s such a cliche. I know you’ve probably heard it a million times, but I really want you to look at that for yourself. Look at a situation where you’ve decided you failed. Did you actually fail or did you receive more awareness?

[00:08:27] If you go to the judgment that you failed, then absolutely you failed and it’s gonna be very difficult for you to actually receive from it. But if you’re willing to go, “Wow, okay,” a question we ask and Access Consciousness®”: “What’s right about this I’m not getting?”

That will allow you to start to receive from it, and it’s a totally different energy compared to I failed, I’m wrong, I’m bad.

[00:08:51] If you would like more about clarity, join us for the free energy pull. And then of course, also join us for the classes. You don’t have to join for all four. There’s business classes and one about fasting. Yes, because in Dubai at that time, they will be fasting so I’m doing a whole call on tips to fasting without killing people. The other three are business related.

[00:09:17] If you got any questions, reach out. Have a great week, sweet friends. I look forward to chatting again next week.
