[00:00:00] Have you been wondering about some ways to inject cash into your business quickly? Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:16] This show is all about different ways to do some cash injections into your business as if by magic. It’s a mix of some practical ways to do it, some mindset shifts, and also some tips.

[00:00:30] The first tip that I have for you is to really look at if this is the way that often shows up in your business where you are requiring a cash injection time and time and time again. You might wanna look at the bigger picture. You might want to look at maybe three months ahead, maybe even go six months ahead where you’re not doing things last minute because often when we require a cash injection, it’s because we’ve not done something earlier on.

[00:01:02] What we’re creating today is ultimately creating our future. It might be the [best] way to actually do some planning in the business. Really look at those things.

[00:01:18] Even if you have a business where you pay yourself every second Friday let’s say, you wanna be looking at in order to have the funds to pay you every second Friday, what is required? [Maybe you] have staff that you pay every, I don’t know, second Thursday, [look] at that and really [plan] it out rather than going last minute, “Oh my goodness, I require money. This is horrible,” and jumping into that drama. It’s usually the energy there. So, keep that in mind.

[00:01:53] But also, there are some practical tips for this. One of them is [for] if you were just looking for a cash injection.

[00:01:59] Let’s say you got a big tax bill or something, and you require some cash right now. Depending on the type of business that you run, you could look at offering a new product or a new service. That’s something that is new, that is exciting, that your audience is asking for, and really inspires them to maybe move quickly with it.

[00:02:25] When we were in England last year, October of 2022, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, I was running classes and stuff while I was doing it. Our business was going as usual. But as I got closer to the end of the month, part of this was like, “Oh, shoot. I require more money for the business. What can I create?”

[00:02:51] I have other ways in the past that I have done that. What really popped for me this time — it was really interesting — was a brand new creation. It was a coaching program – a 5-week coaching program

[00:03:03] At the time I thought, “I’m not sure this will be what I’m looking for,” but it was really yummy and expansive to do it, so I put it together quickly and put it out there. I think we ended up having 30 people. I opened 30 spots. Initially I’d opened 20, and then it was just so amazing and so much fun I opened up another 10 a couple weeks later. It really went in a different direction than what I had thought it would.

[00:03:31] Back then, I was doing more– I would do a sale to have a cash injection maybe once a month or something like that. Now, I do sales differently. It’s actually more of a strategy in my business, but that’s not for today’s show. We’ll maybe talk about that in another show.

[00:03:48] Right now, in terms of a practical way to inject money into your business, could you be creating a new product or a new service that really invites your audience to something fresh, light, and exciting? It’s in line with what your audience is asking for, but something that a little bit new.

[00:04:10] The other thing that I did with the coaching thing — and I actually chose it this way because I was truly curious — is I ran it as a beta program, meaning it was like, here’s the bare bones, not totally sure how it’s gonna work out. And so I ran it that way. That could also be an option for you if you’re gonna run a new service or something. You could launch it as a beta so that you have a little bit of room to work things out.

[00:04:36] In my experience with that 5-week program after a few people went through it, I realized that I think it was week 3 and 4 [that] needed to be changed up or something like that. I felt more confident doing that because it was in beta. Everybody who had joined knew it was in beta, knew that there might be things [that] shift and change as we go through. Not to say you couldn’t do that if you didn’t run a beta program. It just gives you a little bit more space if you do.

[00:05:07] I would like to invite you to my final Business Done Different class. You can join us online or in Davidson, Saskatchewan. Yes. June 9, 10, and 11.

Again, it will be my final facilitation of Business Done Different. I will not be renewing my Joy of Business Certified Facilitator, which means I will not be facilitating the class anymore.

It’s an amazing class, guys, with an amazing manual. So please, if you have been waiting to take it with me, now is the time. If you have any questions about it, just reach out.

[00:05:47] From a mindset perspective, one of the things that you might wanna look at instead of being in the energy of, “Oh my gosh, how can I create money? How can I inject cash into the business right now? Oh no, how can I pay this bill?”, it’s really like, “How can I provide exceptional value to my audience and get paid for it?”

[00:06:13] I don’t mean you’re asking that question in terms of “what could I put out for free?” That’s not the question in this case. It truly is instead of the energy of how can I get the money, it’s really how can I provide my audience with what they’re asking for in a way that totally blows their mind. That, to me, has such a funner, yummier energy than how can I get this money, how can I inject this cash, how can I pay my bill.

[00:06:41] Even when we’re putting things out there, everybody that interacts with us, whether they’re on our email list or they’re consuming our content on social media, they are aware. Every one of them, whether they know it or not, they are aware. What that means is if you’ve got that energy of, “I’m putting this out there so I can have the money because I need the money and if I don’t have the money, there’s a problem,” every person can perceive that. Everybody gets that energy, whether we know it or not, whether we have words for it or not.

[00:07:12] Really take a moment. When you’re in that situation and not making yourself wrong, not going into judgment that you’re in a situation that you require the cash injection, but really looking at it from a different angle, which is “how can I provide exceptional value to my audience right now?”

[00:07:32] Because I know chances are if you are watching this or if you are here right now, you actually desire that. Yes of course, the money is wonderful and the cash injections are sometimes required, but ultimately, if we were to go right to the core of why you do what you do, it is because you desire to provide for your audience the value and really create a “wow” in their world with them. Go back to that energy because that is gonna fuel you and the creations so much more than this kind of desperation of “I need the money right now.”

[00:08:13] A tip in this sort of situation and actually honestly in every business situation– actually, I’m gonna take it even further – in every area of your life, is to really embrace what is unique about you. Really get a sense of you, who you are, what you love, and be it and share it.

[00:08:36] It isn’t about going and fitting in. It isn’t about being like the other people in your industry. It truly is about being you. It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in.

[00:08:48] If you don’t believe me, go to TikTok and watch some TikToks where people are selling something totally unrelated to them.

[00:08:58] There was a gal I watched, I’m not even sure how long ago [but] a while ago. She was going out on a date. That was what hooked you. She’s talking about going on this date. She was really vulnerable with [that] she hadn’t been on a date in a long time, and had been through a rough breakup so she wasn’t sure if she was willing to and ready to.

[00:09:18] You’re really invested within probably 15 seconds. You’re really invested like, “Man, I hope she does it. I hope it’s amazing.” She’s just a great storyteller. She’s getting ready to go on this date — she’s physically getting ready while she’s doing this video.

[00:09:35] The video was for the hair straightener that she was using while she was talking about going on the date.

[00:09:42] That is brilliant. She was still being her. She was still sharing a part of her life. She was still showing us, kind of opening the curtain a little bit and showing us a little bit of her life and behind the scenes. We’re all really invested that she had a great time. Everybody was probably waiting for her second video because she was gonna follow up with how the date went later…

…and she was selling the curling iron or the hair straighten or whatever it was.

[00:10:08] What?

I cannot tell you [for] I do not know the facts, but I would bet anybody who was remotely interested in that product would have purchased from her. She wasn’t selling and she was totally selling, and she showed up as her.

[00:10:27] When I talk about being you, being your uniqueness, that’s it. It’s where you show up as you. You don’t show up and hold this hair straightener in front of the video and say, “This is a great hair straightener. This will straighten your hair every time. This straightens your hair without making it fuzzy” and hope it sells. There is a time that actually would’ve sold. I’m old enough to know. It just doesn’t anymore.

[00:11:02] Now, we almost need to be romanced. We need to be dated, maybe, in a sense with the person and what they’re selling. That connection with the person is such a huge part of it. The only way you’re gonna get that is if you start being you. You start being your uniqueness. In whatever way you’re sharing content, you need to show up as you.

[00:11:28] Another practical idea with a cash injection is — I spoke about it earlier — like a sale where you put on a sale of something that you have or a variety of things that you have. Or [when] a lot of people do not like the idea of sales, they could do where you add a bonus.

[00:11:47] Let’s say you have a course that you sell. You normally sell it for a thousand dollars. You could put it on sale. You could discount it or whatever – $100, $210, it doesn’t matter. You could do that.

[00:12:00] But if that doesn’t work for you, you could actually add something to it and say, “If you purchase this course by Monday, you will get a 15-minute session with me” [or] “You will get this other course added in for no extra charge.” Something like that. That can create a big cash injection.

[00:12:19] I wanna speak [about] sales for a moment because there’s so many different ideas on the planet about sales. What I can tell you, this is just my own point of view about it, is that you have to do what works for you. You can’t listen to everyone else because everyone else has a different idea about sales.

[00:12:43] For me right now, sales are a part of my monthly strategy. I have a sale that runs every Tuesday morning at 6:00 AM my time to Thursday morning at 6:00 AM my time. For 48 hours every week, something or a variety [of] things are going on sale.

[00:13:01] This is a strategy that I am using. I have never had a problem with putting things on sale. I’m not saying I’m right, okay? I really want you to look at this for yourself. What works for you? If discounting or sales don’t, then find something else. In this way, add a bonus.

[00:13:23] I know– at least my audience, I cannot speak for your audience. My audience loves when I add on time with me. You can add on a 10-minute session, a 15-minute session, an hour session. Whatever you wanna do, that’s totally up to you. But it’s another way to create an injection of cash for something, rather than putting it on sale if that doesn’t work for you.

[00:13:47] Another tip is really to get out of your comfort zone with all of this. A lot of times when we require a cash injection, when we are in that place in our business, the first thing we do is we go to such wrongness of us. We go to how bad we are, how horrible we are, we made that mistake, or we set ourself up for this problem because we put our taxes off or something.

[00:14:14] What if we stop that and we just recognize, hey, I require some cash — let’s even word it differently. The business requires some cash, so what’s required? What steps can I take? What action can I take? Be willing to do whatever it is and then change it if that doesn’t work. If it’s not selling, if something isn’t working, try it again. Be willing to what we might call, and it isn’t, but we might call it “fail.” Just be totally willing to fail.

[00:14:53] I know you probably have heard that a million times and you’re kind of like, “Whatever. Shut up, Glenyce.” But what if you’re willing? What if you’re willing just to try it just to see?

[00:15:05] When you are in business, you have to be willing to fail or you will never succeed. You have to be willing to be in the position where you require cash injections, maybe even in the next hour. Okay, cool. So what’s required? What’s required?

[00:15:27] There’s so many different things that can be done. I’m just kind of touching on different things as we go along, but there’s a lot of different ways.

[00:15:35] It also depends on your business. Maybe you run a coaching business where you are already full — your time is already spent, you cannot see any more clients, but you still require more cash. Maybe something else came up above and beyond what you bring in.

[00:15:51] Okay, so what could you do? Could you create a digital product with something that you could sell? Is there another way? Instead of getting into “this is wrong and bad and I’m wrong and I’m bad,” it’s like, “Okay, so what else?” What else?

[00:16:08] If you’ve been around for a while, I do this really weird thing where I actually chat with my business. “Hey, business. Can you assist here? Can you show me what’s required? Can you show me what you would like me to create?”

[00:16:22] That was really the energy behind the whole beta coaching last October, November. I was curious. I was truly curious as to what was required, and came up with this– I didn’t come up with it, the business gifted me this idea and then I took the action.

[00:16:41] It did take me putting it into words and sending it out to my email list. In that case, I did something even a little bit different than I do a lot of times. I sent it out like, “Hey, guys. If I created this, would you be interested?”

[00:16:56] I didn’t even put much together because I thought if nobody’s interested, I don’t wanna put a whole bunch of time into it and creation into it, but I had a lot of interest. I was like, okay. I created the payment link, got Ericka to do the graphics and all of that, and away we went. You don’t have to do it like that. It’s just how I happen to do it.

[00:17:19] If that is of interest to you, I actually have a product called “How to Get Paid to Create Your Digital Product” because there is a strategy to it where basically you ask if people are interested in it. If they are, you put together just a basic link. You usually put it at a very discounted price or discounted or less price. There’s different steps to it.

We’ll put the link above or below. If you don’t see it, reach out and I will get it for you. It is called “How to Get Paid to Create a Digital Product,” meaning you get paid before you create it. How’s it get any better than that?

[00:17:56] There are just some ideas, some tips, some mindset shifts, practical ways to get some cash into the business right now.

[00:18:04] Remember my very first first tip: it might be [that] planning is required. I know for so many of us, we don’t like to plan. We want to create, create, create. If you could find a way to start planning, I wonder how much that might contribute.

[00:18:22] Have a great week, sweet friends, and I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] Have you ever wondered how you could change your deserving so you could actualize more money? Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:16] So, can you change your level of deserving to actualize more money? It’s something that is talked about a lot, right? Where if you’re worthy and deserving, then you will actualize what you would like. You’ll manifest what you would like. What if, though… what if worthy and deserving are two of the biggest lies in this reality?

[00:00:42] Yeah. Bear with me. I know some of you might be like, “No it’s not, Glenyce! It’s not! If I just change my worthiness and my deserving, I’ll have everything I desire” and I hear you. In fact, I used to have those same points of views. I really did.

[00:00:58] What I worked at for years was to change my worthiness so that I could have the life I desired. And then, what I found out was it had nothing to do with worthy and deserving. It had everything to do with me being willing to choose it, which means if we look at worthy and deserving, how much judgment does it take to decide how worthy you are or unworthy you are or deserving you are or undeserving you are? Hmm, a hundred percent. That’s all it is. It’s judgment.

[00:01:39] It takes judgment to look at the worthiness and the deservingness, which means when we’re in judgment, we’re not choosing consciousness. We’re not choosing from the oneness. We’re not being all of us. We’re in the judgment.

[00:01:55] Am I worthy? Am I not worthy? Am I deserving? Am I not deserving? I haven’t received what I asked for yet, so I’m probably not deserving. I’m not worthy, so then doing what I did was everything I could, every session I took with healers, every class that I took, every modality I learned, everything was all about how can I change my worthiness so I can be more worthy so that I can have the life I desire?

[00:02:22] I’m sorry, guys, but once you recognize that it takes judgment to decide what worthy and deserving is or where you’re at on the level or the scale, it changes everything because you’ll never create from judgment except more judgment. Once I took those off the table once, it was no longer relevant if I was worthy or deserving. I was just me. That’s it. Just me.

[00:02:46] In fact, let me give you another example that might assist you with this. Do you deserve to breathe or do you just breathe? Is there deserving about it? Look at the people on the planet that have created horrendous crimes to people, to the planet, to all the things. Did they deserve to breathe or did they just breathe?

They just breathe. There’s no deserving and worthy.

[00:03:20] When we take it off the table and we look at, “What would I like to choose?” What would you like to choose? Would you like to have more money? I don’t mean you just on the couch and you just go, “Okay, I’m choosing more money. I’m choosing more money.” It’s not that either.

[00:03:35] I know it can sound airy-fairy and outside of you but if you would like to actualize more money, then you’ve gotta look at, “What could I choose to actualize more money?” Maybe it’s asking for a raise. Maybe it’s getting a second job. Maybe it’s, I don’t know, selling things around the house. There’s so many other possibilities, but we’ve gotta look at the choice with it.

[00:04:04] What I know about myself all those years ago when I was desperately seeking worthiness because it was the “answer” is that I actually wasn’t willing to choose to create the life I truly desired. That worthiness and deserving was an incredible magical distraction for me. I got to put all of my creative energy into fixing something that wasn’t broken, fixing a problem that wasn’t a problem instead of actually choosing what I desired.

[00:04:39] A lot of times what’s going on is that we put our energy into something that takes us off of what we say we would like. Look at this for yourself. Even if you still wanna hang out with worthy and deserving, go ahead and do that. I’m not gonna take it away from you. Just some food for thought here, guys.

[00:04:57] But what I’d like you to look at is the stuff that you’ve said, “I will be,” “I will have this,” “I will create this,” “I’ll actualize this,” “I’ll receive this,” or whatever the terminology is, “… when I’m worthy or when I’m deserving.” Look at those things and ask yourself, “Am I willing to choose that right now?”

[00:05:17] Let’s stick with the money thing. Ask yourself. Let’s say you’ve been saying for a while, “As soon as I’m more deserving, I’ll have more money.” “I’ll make more money, just gotta fix my deserving problem.” Let’s say that’s been you. Ask yourself: Are you willing to choose more money right now?

[00:05:32] Probably most of you will say, “Yes, of course, Glenyce! Of course I’m willing to choose more money!” And then I’m gonna ask: What are you doing different to choose it?

[00:05:45] See? We now go into the actual action of it. This is where a lot of us would rather distract ourself than actually take the action that’s required.

I mean, I put out some linear ideas, right? Get another job, ask for a raise, sell some things around the house. Those are really linear, simple examples to give in a show like this. You might have other awarenesses. There might be other possibilities for you. Maybe you use some clearing techniques so you clear some energy around some stuff. There’s so many ways, but what I really want you to recognize is that all of those are choices.

[00:06:23] For me, I see choice as a verb. Choices aren’t just, “Okay, I’m choosing that” and you don’t do anything different. Choice is choosing. It’s an action. It’s a real space of looking at what is it gonna take to change this, what is it gonna take to actualize this, to have this, to receive this so that you can get out of the distraction of whatever it is.

[00:06:48] In this case, we’re talking about worthy and deserving. If you’ve been in my classes, you know I talk about this all the time. In fact, I just finished a Business Done Different class and this was a hot topic in that class today, which is really what inspired me to do this as the radio show for this week because so many people get caught up in this lie that worthy and deserving are the answers. Once we’re worthy and once we’re deserving, we’ll have everything we desire.

[00:07:16] Guys, it’s not true. The only reason I know it’s not true is that those take judgment. You will never create with judgment. You will create more judgment with judgment, but beyond that, you won’t create what you desire.

[00:07:32] So, I invite you. I’ve got some amazing classes coming up. Access Bars. Access Foundation coming up in Nova Scotia, Halifax — Nova Scotia, Dartmouth, really. May 25 is Bars, and then 26, 27, 28, 29, however many days, is Foundation.

[00:07:51] And then we have another Business Done Different, either online or in Saskatchewan. Davidson, Saskatchewan, June 9th, 10th, 11th.

[00:07:58] And then, Pool Party Bars & Foundation. Looks like it’s a go, guys. We haven’t had an offer on our house just yet. What would it take? So, it is a go. That is sometime in June, near the end of June. I don’t recall the exact dates. But again, Bars & Foundation.

[00:08:14] This is where we talk about this stuff. We clear these points of views. We look at it. We get present with it. We invite ourselves to go beyond these limitations of this world where we think this stuff is real.

[00:08:29] Probably a good 10 years I spent distracting myself, trying to fix my worthiness because that was the answer and it wasn’t. It was the willingness to choose what I desire to choose and get out of the distraction from actually choosing and taking the action, and really allowing myself to show up, to get it wrong, to mess it up, to not get what I asked for, to get everything I asked for, to receive more than I asked for. Like, all the things that we so often limit.

[00:09:06] We go, “I’ll do that when I have it perfect.” “I’ll do that when I have the degree.” “I’ll do that when I have the certificate.” “I’ll do that when…” please stop, guys. What if we actually started living now? What if we truly started living now in ways we never imagined possible?

[00:09:24] Often the question that I will use with that is just truly like, what else is possible here? You know, some sort of situation: What else is possible here I’ve never even considered?

[00:09:35] Because the things we’ve considered are great. Can be great, of course. Maybe not all of them, but the things we’ve considered are things we’ve considered. But beyond what we’ve never imagined possible, beyond what we’ve ever considered, that’s where we are inviting the universe to really show us like, really, show us.

[00:09:54] Universe, how many ways can you surprise and delight me with what I’m asking for showing up with total ease? What if we put our energy into that? What if we put our creation into creating what we desire rather than fixing problems that are unfixable?

[00:10:14] Pretty much every problem that you think you have is unfixable because a problem, again, takes judgment. If you think right now, if as I’m talking and you’re going, “No, I’ve got this one problem. It’s a problem,” just look at it for a moment. Just get present with it right now. Just get present with that problem.

[00:10:36] What if it wasn’t a problem? What if it was inviting you into something greater? What if all the time you’re spinning in the problem of it, that’s the problem? You know? That’s where you’re not going anywhere. But what if you stop and you look at it and go, “What if this isn’t a problem?”

[00:10:57] What is this inviting me to? If I stop judging this as a problem, what could I receive from it? Universe, how many ways can you surprise and delight me with this changing as if by magic? How many ways could this show up that would invite me to me, to way more of me?

[00:11:22] Do you get the difference where we start exponentializing, we start creating with, we start looking through totally different lenses at our life and our living, rather than this is a problem and I have to fix it and I can’t fix it, so I still have the problem and I can’t ever change it because I have this problem and I can’t fix it and… it’s crazy.

[00:11:45] What if instead, you start looking at what you could be choosing, what action you could be taking, if you would like to have more money, more cash, more wealth in your life? What is required? What action can you take today to actualize it? Who could you talk to today? Where could you go today?

[00:12:08] Get really, really curious. Get really, really open to the possibilities and allow the universe to show you and invite you to the magic and the possibilities of you that you never even knew were possible.

[00:12:25] Again, I invite you a couple different Bars & Foundation classes: Nova Scotia, Alberta, Pool Party — pack your suit, and then of course, Business Done Different, either Davidson, Saskatchewan, or online. I would love to see you somewhere, on Zoom, or in person. I’m so incredibly grateful for you. Have a fabulous week, and I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] A weird tool to transform your body. Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

[00:00:14] Yeah, a weird tool. Now, you guys know if you’ve been around here for a while, I share weird tools all the time. This tool is also weird. Maybe even the weirdest. No, I’ve actually talked about this tool before in lots of different ways because this tool you can utilize in so many different ways, not just transforming your body.

[00:00:34] Now, I would like to invite you to a $10 Clearing the Presumptive Realities and Needs of Reactive Realities of Transforming Your Body. Yes. The link is above or below. If you don’t see a link, reach out and I will get it to you.

[00:00:51] The tool is to acknowledgize, which isn’t really a word, but it is. To acknowledgize how much you have already transformed your body.

[00:01:02] For myself, I have transformed my body continuously. It’s just that I really have only saw it as transforming my body when I was getting smaller, and I was wrong and horrible and bad when I was getting bigger.

[00:01:20] It’s really recognizing that every time our body changes, we’re transforming it. It’s really working more consciously with what we would like to choose, with what we would like to actually transform it as.

[00:01:36] Not even just what we would like, but our bodies are a co-creation. They’re something that with us. Being, as I call, a Bossy Bosserson with our body isn’t going to create much. Maybe more struggle, but actually communing with your body and involving your body and saying, “Hey, body, what would you like to look like?” because this isn’t something that is just what I would like her to look like. She’s what she looks like, so I get to give her a voice. I get to ask her, “Hey, body, what would you like to look like?”

[00:02:15] In fact, the very first time I did this, it was my very first Foundation class that I attended back in September of 2011. The facilitator shared with us how to do this which was very simple: go out to a public place, sit there, and ask your body to show you what she would like to look like, and so I did. I went to a restaurant and I just asked my body to show me.

[00:02:36] I had really big conclusions that that would be a size 2 or a size 4. I’m very short. I know I don’t look like it on radio or on tv, but I’m about 5 feet tall. If you look at the height list and weight list at the doctor’s office, you’re supposed to be about 110 pounds at this height, so I kind of always had this idea. It’d be like a size 4 or size 6 or something like that if I was the right weight. And so I kept waiting for a body to walk in that looked like what I had concluded my body would be interested in looking like.

[00:03:12] As I was sitting there and I was like, “Body, show me. Body, show me,” this woman came in and she was probably a size 14 and my body just got so excited. There was such a lightness. There was such a yumminess. I’m like, “Oh my gosh, she’s beautiful,” and I was like, “What? How could this be? That’s impossible.”

[00:03:33] Now, I wasn’t that size at the time. I was, I’m not even sure, maybe a 22 or something like that. I’m quite a bit bigger than that, but even that felt so doable compared to the conclusion that I should be a size 4 or 6 or something like that.

[00:03:51] It really opened my eyes to what I had always projected onto my body, like that she had to look what the doctor’s office would say that I should look like. No, that isn’t what she would like. That’s where you really want to start when you’re looking at transforming your body.

[00:04:08] Start by including your body. “Hey, body, what would you like? What would you like to look like?” Go somewhere in public and ask her to show you, or him to show you, or it to show you. Not all of them are he or she, could be an it. However you refer to it, ask it. “Show me.”

[00:04:27] If you have really big points of views about it, like… I actually don’t even remember. I remember being shocked and I remember being excited, I think probably more so than anything, but also probably I did have some points of views because it was still not perfect from this reality. You could really look at that.

[00:04:45] You could really look at, let’s say, your body is asking for four sizes bigger or 20 pounds heavier than what you think and you have points of views about that. Look at that. Are they actually yours? Have you decided that there’s something that occurs on the planet if you… you know, maybe you’ve always wanted to weigh 140 pounds and if you hit 140 pounds then, I don’t know, gold spurts from the ground or something? Start looking at that.

[00:05:12] You might have heard me a couple year ago — well, actually last year — because I really wanted to weigh under 200 pounds by the time of my 50th birthday. I was talking to a fellow facilitator and she “Well, then what? If you weigh under 200 pounds by your 50th birthday, then what?” and I was like, oh my gosh, I’d be so happy.

Guess what she said?

“Why don’t you just choose happy?”

What?! Oh, I cannot tell you the pressure that took off, the space it gave me.

[00:05:47] Also sometimes, we make the look of our body, the shape of our body, or the weight of our body really significant. If our body is asking to transform and it is asking to be different, then yes, absolutely play with it. Have fun with it. Create it from lightness. Ask it what it would like. “Show me, body.”

[00:06:08] For me years ago, my body showed me something called “alternate day fasting.” Now, this is not for everybody. My body loves it. My body loves it to this day. This is 3 and a half years later. I don’t do it all the time. For a few years, I did it pretty much consistently. Now, it’s a little bit more fluid. There’s a little bit of times where I eat every day for weeks and then go back to alternate day fasting, and there’s all sorts of things.

[00:06:39] That to me really comes with communing with our body, allowing our body to give us the information that it would like because just like us, we don’t probably wanna do the same thing every day, all day long. Our bodies don’t really have that same desire, either. Our body likes change and shifting things up and really recognizing that there’s so many other possibilities out there. So, ask your body to show you.

[00:07:05] It took my body, well, no. My body showed me, but it took me months to actually really receive what it was showing me. It started off in, I think it was September of 2019 when I sat down with a friend who had been doing extended fasting, meaning she was fasting for 30 days at a time. No, I have not chose that. I don’t know that body would ever be interested. Who knows? But I met with her in September of, I think it’s 2019, and then, I had a couple more things go on.

[00:07:36] It wasn’t until January of 2020 when I actually chose alternate day fasting, and that was really cool. I picked up a book from the library. It was the only book on weight loss there because it was January, but also because it was the one I needed, which then led me to another book, which then got me to alternate day fasting. It took me a while to receive from my body, but I got there. I got there.

[00:08:01] But then also not making it be, “Okay, here’s the result. I’m alternate day fasting so I must lose weight,” because that’s not it either. If we’re doing something just to lose weight, that might not work. I’m not saying it won’t, but it might not or it might not stay. Maybe we lose the weight, but we might gain it again because we’ve put the result in that number rather than what is it we’re looking for.

[00:08:29] In my case, as we know, happiness. What if we just choose happy? What a novel concept. What if we just allow it to be total magic? Really, that’s where we can be. When we allow our body to commune with us, we give it a voice. We let it say what it would like, and we co-create with it, then we can transform with it. We’re not necessarily transforming it because that almost takes over the control, so to speak. It really is transforming with it, allowing it to choose and and shift and all the magic that’s there, you know?

[00:09:10] We go back to the weird tool of acknowledging how much we’ve transformed. We transform our body every day. If you were to take a measurement of your waist every day, it’s going to be different every day. Probably, possibly, very likely, because you’re transforming it every day.

[00:09:27] So, what could you create if you included it and allowed it to transform with you into what it’s asking to be without a point of view of what it should be asking for? “Oh, it should want this. It should want that. It should want to weigh 110 pounds because that’s what the doctor office chart says.” Yeah. My body has no interest in that. At least not yet. Maybe at some point, it does.

[00:09:51] In fact, even acknowledgizing that we are the co-creators of our bodies can really start to shift things. Most often we walk around with this point of view that it’s happening to us. Our body shape and size is just happening to us. We have no choice in it. We have no say in it. What if we do? What if we do? We have the ability to commune with our body. We have the ability to ask it questions, the ability to allow it to guide us, and to take the actions that it’s asking for. We have that. We actually have a lot.

[00:10:28] We are the co-creators of our body. We’re not necessarily the creators of our body. We can be, but I like the energy of co-creator because it’s a totally different space. I’m co-creating with my body with what she would like to be like on the planet.

[00:10:46] It is a dance of being aware of where I’m deciding for her, I’m projecting onto her. “You are too big, you’re too this, you’re too that.” no. What if… what if there’s no “too”? What if there just is? If your body doesn’t like it, then give it the voice for you to co-create, to change it, to transform with it.

[00:11:14] Yeah, right? It totally changes the energy because then we’re not the superior bitch or bastard where we’re telling it, we’re being the Bossy Bosserson saying, “This is the way you need to be. This is what you need to look like. This is where you’re wrong. You’re wrong, you’re wrong!” It’s like, oh gosh.

[00:11:29] I wonder sometimes if all that wrongness that I’ve put on my sweet body sometimes adds to the things that I think shouldn’t be going on. How much heavy energy is wrongness? Uh, all of it! Wrongness is a hundred percent heavy energy. When we put heavy energy onto our body, how may that show up? Hmm. Yeah. Maybe heaviness.

[00:11:57] So the weird tool – acknowledgize how much you’re already transforming your body every day, all day.

[00:12:05] Now, how can you start transforming it in the way that your body is asking to be transformed? That’s where the communion comes in. That’s where the asking comes in. That’s where the co-creation comes in. That’s where the allowance of whatever she would like or he would like comes in. The actions that’s required, clearing the points of views about the things that it says it would like that you might think, “Oh, that’s crazy!” like myself all those years ago with alternate day fasting.

[00:12:30] I had such interesting points of views about food and what I needed food for, and how much food I needed, and when I needed food. Oh my gosh, it was exhausting. But let me tell you, once I cleared those points of views, total ease and joy and glory.

[00:12:44] Once again, I invite you to my $10 clearing call to clear the presumptive realities and the needs of reactive realities, keeping you from transforming your body.

[00:12:57] Have a great week, sweet friends. I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] I’ve been in business over 20 years, and there is one mistake that I have made. I would actually call it my biggest mistake in business, and I’ve made it way more than just once.

[00:00:13] Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

[00:00:23] This is an intro to my upcoming Business Success Training Series. We have five different trainings. You can choose one, you can choose a few, or you can choose all of them. If you were to choose all five of them, you also get a 15-minute session with me.

[00:00:40] So, the five different trainings. There’s one on turning strangers into clients. There is one on increasing the sales. There’s one on creating content. There’s one on repurposing that created content. There’s one on creating affiliates in your business, but also being an affiliate for other people.

[00:01:01] Again, there’s five different ones. Choose one, choose a few, or choose them all and get the extra bonus. You can find the information above or below. If you don’t see it, reach out and I’ll get it to you. If you’re listening to this via podcast, it is all in the show notes or of course, in an email from me, or reach out and I’ll get it to you.

[00:01:17] So, the biggest mistake that I have made in business over and over and over. Yeah, I know. Maybe you’re doing this, too. It’s gifting content — gifting goodies, whatever you want to call it — without asking for something in return.

[00:01:40] Meaning if I have an audio — let’s say, a clearing loop that I would like to gift somebody, a group of people, or all you listeners — in the past, what I would do is say, “Here’s the Dropbox link. Go and grab it!”

[00:01:58] Now, that’s very kind of me. However, guys, when we are doing business, when we are in business, when we are running a business, please, run a business! Please, which means you still give that gift, but you actually request something in return.

[00:02:18] What we call it is “opt-ins” where we opt in. Now, if I’m going to gift you a clearing loop, I’m going to send you to a page where you opt in, meaning you put your email address and your name, and then you’ll get into my email system and it will send you an email with the gift.

[00:02:36] Now, you don’t have to do it. I call it my biggest mistake because it truly did limit what was actually possible with regards to growing my list.

[00:02:46] What a lot of people don’t recognize in business and unfortunately, a lot of people don’t recognize it until they go through this is that all your social media stuff isn’t yours. Facebook can close your account tomorrow. It can close it in the next moment with no explanation, with nobody to talk to to get it back there. WhatsApp, TikTok, or any of the social media platforms that we all use and love, they can go away. The only thing that you actually have, I’m gonna say control over is your email list. That’s it.

[00:03:26] All the years, I was just gifting and gifting and gifting and gifting. Great, except for what might have been created had I been gifting and receiving — yes, it’s a two-way street, guys. It really is.

[00:03:44] I would say, for myself, the energy behind not having opt-ins and all of that was more from actually two things: (1) I didn’t know how to do it, and (2) it was really a valuing of me thing. It was really that I didn’t really value me so I just wanted to give away, give away, give away, hoping that somebody liked it rather than valuing me, valuing the time it took to put together the gift it was, the gift I be, and asking for something in return.

[00:04:18] In lots of cases in business, the ask in return is money. It’s different than what I’m talking about right now, which is opt-ins, but a lot of it is. “Here, I will give you this if you pay this,” and that’s the gifting and receiving. With what I’m talking about here, it’s the free content we’re putting out there.

[00:04:36] You could even say that with this radio show. I’ve never really seen my radio show as something that people would need to opt in for. That would be very difficult. I wouldn’t be able to have it on all the platforms like Spotify, iTunes, and all the places it is. I couldn’t have that if people needed to opt in for it.

[00:04:57] What I do a lot on this show is I either talk about my offers that I have coming up like I did at the beginning of this show, or I have a gift that people require to go opt in. That’s really the energy behind it is really that gifting and receiving.

[00:05:14] There’s lots of people that listen to the show that I’ve never had on my email list and probably never will, and that’s not right or wrong. I don’t sit back and go, “I’m gonna stop the show.” It’s not that. It’s never from this reality of giving and taking where I have to give this and then I will take there email address, or they have to give me their email address so they can take it. It’s not that. It truly, to me, is a gifting and a receiving, and in that gifting and receiving is something, as I’m gonna say, logical as an opt-in.

[00:05:49] If you’re like me and you didn’t know what an opt-in is or how to create one, there’s so many things out there nowadays that make it so much easier. I have recently switched from Infusionsoft. I used that for years and years and years and years, and I switched to something called ConvertKit.

[00:06:06] ConvertKit makes it so easy. They have landing pages. They have the opt-in forms. You simply design it, put it out in the world, and then it collects, and then you can email from there. Infusionsoft had the same, and there’s so many out there. I don’t even know all of the different platforms out there that have these things, but there’s so many so it’s very, very easy now to do that.

[00:06:31] This is where you want to look at if you’re not doing that. If you’re just consistently giving away free content, is it possibly time to change that because what is it you’re gifting it for?

[00:06:46] You could say you’re gifting it to be nice, and so people have the thing and they can change their life with the thing or they can do whatever with the thing. You can, totally. Totally. That’s awesome, except then you’re probably not in a business. Ouch! I don’t mean to judge that as you are or you aren’t. If you have opt-ins, you are. If you don’t, you’re not. I don’t mean it like that.

[00:07:06] But really, recognize that when you are gifting goodies, whatever goodies they may be, whether they’re audio downloads, video downloads, patterns, templates, or whatever, what is it that you would like in gifting that? If it’s just gifted away so people utilize it, cool. That’s awesome. Nothing wrong with that. It just won’t grow your business in the way that it could.

[00:07:33] That’s when I talk about the biggest mistake I made when I look at that. I probably didn’t start using opt-ins honestly until, oh boy… I bet it would be 2015, 2016. I know, right? Remember I showed up my business in 2002?

[00:07:50] For a few of those years, opt-ins weren’t even really a thing. If they were, they were so much more difficult to create because we didn’t have the different platforms that we have now. But even in 2010 and on, I could have easily been. When I started using Infusionsoft back in, I think 2013 or 2014, I could have very easily been, but I didn’t. There was this, “Oh my gosh, I should just give it away for free.”

[00:08:14] I believe it was last year or the year before. Let’s say 2021. I did this whole beautiful Magical Money Tricks or something and there’s a video. It’s a beautiful opt-in. People did have to opt in for it, but it didn’t go anywhere, meaning they got the email with the gift and that was it.

[00:08:38] This is the other part with opt-ins, guys. Yes, create an opt-in, something that lights you up, but also make sure it invites people to something else with you. There’s different pieces with that. If this is a brand new concept to you, at least get your opt-ins. Please, get your opt-ins.

[00:08:56] If you’re not familiar and you would like more, that is the very first class we’re doing in the Business Success Trainings. It’s really working with opt-ins and the funnels, the sequences behind them, the emails that go out. Once they get the free thing, then what do they get, then what do they get, then what do they get, whatever that might look like, because there’s more to it than just gifting free things and hoping somebody comes to your class or somebody buys your thing.

[00:09:21] There’s so much more to it. I don’t mean more in terms of form and structure like, you do this and you send out this email after two days and you send this. It’s not that. It’s a totally different spaciousness with the stuff that works.

[00:09:35] I will tell you — opt-ins work. Yes. There will be people that opt in, get the free thing and opt out right away. That’s totally cool. They’re not your people anyway. They’re just people that want to take. Nothing wrong with that, but that’s what they’re doing. Cool. The other people though, it becomes an invitation.

[00:09:52] They might watch my video about the money tricks. We’ll put a link above or below if you didn’t grab it when it came out a couple years ago. It’s still brilliant. Now, it actually leads to my upcoming Foundation classes, Bars and Foundation. I got one in Nova Scotia. Oh my gosh, guys. It’s at the end of May. And then of course, the Pool Party. The final Pool Party Bars and Foundation in June.

[00:10:14] The link for that will be above or below also, but that is where it leads right now. People opt in there, they get an invitation to these upcoming classes, and then there’s a couple of follow up emails with that.

[00:10:27] It really is looking… it’s kind of working backwards, actually. You look at what you would you like to invite people to and work backwards.

[00:10:38] I’d like to invite people to Foundation. In my case, I have so many free things out there. I have so many, and they’re all been changed to opt-ins so that’s exciting. Over the years, I have done that so I don’t necessarily have to make a new thing. You might have to, that’s totally cool, too. The class will assist with how to choose that. But then you work backwards in terms of, “Here’s what I’d like to invite people to. What’s the invitation to that?”

[00:11:03] In my case with a Foundation, that’s pretty simple because in Foundation we talk about a lot of things, money being one of them. I share lots of money tools in it. Looking at all my free opt-ins, this money tool one made the most sense. Yes. So, working backwards. If I didn’t have it, then I could have created it and it can be anything.

[00:11:22] Now, just a little tip for those of you who are at this stage in your business. I do a little bit longer ones. However, really the ones that have the best opens and utilizations are PDFs.

[00:11:39] I know. It’s weird because you think that, or at least I think, that something like a video would have more. But the studies are, and again, this is logical but it doesn’t have to be, but the studies are for a lot of people, they want a quick win. They wanna open up the email, open up the PDF, get whatever from it, and then carry on.

[00:12:00] It doesn’t have to be where you record a video and you do a bunch of editing and all of that. It can be a simple PDF that maybe has a pretty picture on it and whatever the information is, and that’s it. It doesn’t have to be difficult. But really, start looking at all of this. If you’re like I was and you’re just giving a bunch of stuff away for free, then start looking. One, what is that for you?

[00:12:26] And if it’s time, maybe get an opt-in in place. Maybe get something like ConvertKit. Again, I speak very highly of it. I’m actually fairly new to it because again, I was with Infusionsoft for years, but ConverKit is incredible. Incredible. I’m switching over completely from Infusionsoft to ConvertKit because of how much I love it and how much more easy it is to actually use. So, something like that where you can have the landing page.

[00:12:55] You don’t need a whole webpage of your own, which is great if you have that. I have that, of course. I’ve had it for years. But you wouldn’t have to. ConvertKit would give you that landing page. It would give you the opt-in form so then when people say yes to it, now you’ve got a place where you can set up the emails. It has the download or the download link or whatever it is.

[00:13:14] It’s just so incredible what magic can be created with a little bit of planning, I’m gonna say? That could also be part of, for me, why I didn’t do it for years. I just love creating content. You know that. If you’ve been around here for any time, you know I love creating content. Why? Because I do it all the time. I do it all the time.

[00:13:39] But you really want to look at where would you like to be sending people. What’s the call to action? That’s an official term. What’s the call to action in that?

[00:13:47] I have done, I would say, really well with my radio shows over the years. Podcasts, whatever you call them. And then in the past few years, we changed them, not changed them, we added video to them so they’re in more places. I would say I, 95% of the time, have a call to action.

[00:14:02] This one, of course, is the Business Success Trainings or Foundation. But pretty much every show I do has a call to action in it so people don’t need to opt in to listen to the show, but there’s other information that I have. I’m inviting people to something. Looking at that with what you’re creating and what is it you’d like to be, it’s inviting people too and start working backwards.

[00:14:25] I would love to invite you to come and play in the Business Success Trainings. Guys, this is all very, very hands-on, very let’s-get-it-done, very much let’s create the business success that your business is asking for. Yes. All right.

[00:14:44] Have a great week and I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] Do you do failure? As you can see on my t-shirt, I don’t do failure. Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. Thank you so much for being here. I am so incredibly grateful for you.

[00:00:17] If you’re listening to this as a podcast, I have a t-shirt on that literally says “I don’t do failure.” it was gifted to me from my friend, Monica Froese, and I love her programs. I love her stuff. I love her shop. She is the one who’s assisted me in creating my new Shopify store. Oh my gosh. She sent me this t-shirt and I love it, and it inspired me to do this week’s radio show all about failure.

[00:00:46] It’s something that I would say every one of us, maybe 99.9% of us, experience at some point. What I wanted to start off with was really debunking some myths about failure and then some tips for failure. Not like tips to fail, but tips to really turn that failure around.

[00:01:12] #1. The first myth is that failure is actually real.

I know. I’m gonna do a whole radio show on something that’s not real. But it’s something that we’ve bought as real for so long that it’s worth a whole radio show on.

[00:01:27] When I say failure isn’t real, I mean that when we judge that we failed, that’s when we fail. When something doesn’t go the way we would like it to and we receive that information, we receive the awareness from it, it’s actually a gift. It’s not a failure. To me, the trick of it is when you’re feeling like a failure, what you wanna look at is what could you receive from it. What could you receive from that situation?

[00:02:03] Myth #2 is that whatever you failed at means you’re not cut out for it.

That is such a lie. It could be lots of things. When we group it together and we say, “I tried to run a marathon and I didn’t do it,” it doesn’t mean you’re not cut out to run a marathon. It might mean you require different support. It might mean that you require a different strategy. It might mean a bazillion things. It doesn’t always mean you’re not cut out for it.

[00:02:43] We’ve really got to look at that because to me, it’s a mindset shift where you’re aware of something you would like, you tried it, and it didn’t turn out the way you would like it to. Throwing it out and saying, “No, I won’t do that again” or “I can’t do it” or “I’m not cut out for it” is so unkind to you.

[00:03:09] You could turn it around. Look at what would it take. What would it take to run a marathon? Body, what do you require to run a marathon? Turn it around. Ask your body. It’s your body that’s running the marathon, so include your body.

[00:03:25] Myth #3 is that failure is the end of the road.

That’s it. It’s done. You can’t do anything else. Better not try anything else. Let’s say you started a business and it didn’t work out the way you would’ve liked it to. Now, you have to go back to being employed… no, you don’t. There’s about a bazillion options between A and B. What else? What was it about the thing that you tried that didn’t work for you?

[00:03:58] Here’s the other thing that I know. When we are trying something out or when we’re choosing something, if we are not 100% in, we are really not going to get it very far. I don’t mean that you should force yourself to be 100% in. If you have to force yourself, you’re not. It probably won’t work for you anyway.

[00:04:26] It actually has nothing to do with failure, it has to do with being honest with yourself. What would you like? To me, there’s a level of self honesty required in our everyday life, in being successful in anything. It doesn’t matter if it’s business or anything.

[00:04:45] For myself, I’ve been playing a lot with this incredible — I call it a “magic wand” because I love it. It’s got a different frequency, it does a lot of healing, a lot of energetics, and a lot of magic, and it’s just incredible. I was looking at how to set up a business with it and I had some really cool ideas because that’s something I have a lot of.

[00:05:08] Luckily, I started looking at what that would all entail. To do it the way that I was gonna do it was like going to be a lot. A lot of my energy, a lot of time. I was like, “That’s not really so fun for me.” All of those pieces that were involved the way I was going to do it, it’s just like, “It’s not so fun for me.”

[00:05:33] If you would like information, reach out. I will get it for you and I will still sell them, but I’m not gonna do it the way that I had all those ideas for because I know it’s not fun for me. I’ve done that before. I’ve set things up that weren’t fun for me that seemed like a really good idea, and guess what? They didn’t work out because they weren’t fun for me.

[00:05:57] For me, there’s an energy with that. I don’t mean it’s like I sit around and do nothing and that’s the only way I’ll do business. That’s not it at all. I love to work. I love to work in my business. I actually call it “play,” but there are different things that I don’t love to do and I know myself well enough at this point to know that.

[00:06:18] Self honesty, to me, is such a huge piece of this whole failing thing because if we’re judging it as failure, we’re not being honest with ourself. We’re not looking at, “What of that could have I chose differently? What of that didn’t I desire to choose? What isn’t fun for me that I’m forcing myself to do?” I mean, there’s so many different ways that we can go with that.

[00:06:40] Myth #4: Failure is something to be ashamed of.

Now, this is huge guys. I actually discussed this on the last Real Conversations, Real Change. This is a monthly membership that I’ve got going on, and we talked a lot about shame and how we actually use it to stop ourselves.

[00:07:01] There are times when maybe we personally require assistance or help and we don’t reach out because we don’t want anybody to know what we’re going through. We want everybody just to think we’re great and happy, and everything’s perfect but that’s such bullshit.

If we’re ashamed of what we’ve failed at, we’re not ever gonna receive from it. We probably won’t sit down and talk with people who could give us some insight, give us some awareness, or maybe get some coaching, or go to a class on it, or whatever it is.

[00:07:35] If we just don’t allow ourselves to ever choose shame again and just recognize what it is — it’s just distraction. If I’m ashamed about something I failed at, what does that do for me? Nothing, except keeps me spinning in the shame, which never allows me to create greater.

The trick is to recognize there’s nothing ever to be ashamed of. Shame is just a distraction. What could you receive from that situation? Who could you talk to about it?

[00:08:06] Now, I don’t mean that if you’re going through something that you should, you know, say, post about it on Facebook, because there’s a lot of people that you probably don’t wanna share that with. But there will be people that you could and it could really allow you to grow as a person and grow in further choices in that area that you feel like you failed in.

[00:08:26] Myth #5: Failure is a reflection of your worth as a person.

Ah, stop it! Don’t go there. Don’t go there. It’s not! As I said earlier, I would say that every person on the planet has had a setback, felt like they failed, judged failure, or chose something and it didn’t work out the way that they wanted. Every one of us in one way, shape, or form has done that, so how could it be a reflection of us, of our self-worth?

[00:09:00] I mean, self-worth isn’t something I even usually talk about because it’s so mixed in. There’s so many lies attached to self-worth. But if I was going to define self-worth, the way that I’m speaking about it with this is self-worth is about how you be in all the situations.

[00:09:21] When you’re in a situation where you feel like you’re failing, how are you being in that situation? Are you hiding it? Are you ashamed? Are you playing small? Are you playing the victim or are you standing up going, “Holy shit… well, that didn’t work out the way that I would’ve liked it to. Now, what?” Big difference.

[00:09:42] I know for myself when I have done that. When I’ve been ashamed and tried to hide it and not want to talk about it. All I was doing to myself was spinning in the judgment of it. It was just going on and on in my head, and I did that with, you know, relationships. I did that with business stuff. I did that with friendship stuff.

[00:10:02] I mean, every area of my life I’ve done that with, and only in the past, probably 20 years, that I’ve really been willing to be way more honest with myself, willing to be way kinder to myself, and have that level of honesty with me and not from, “You know what? I was stupid” and blah, blah, blah. That’s not honesty, that’s judgment. But an honesty of like, “Wow this really didn’t turn out the way that I would’ve liked it to. Now what?”

Now what?

[00:10:34] Myth #6: Failure is always a bad thing.

Here’s the thing, guys. If you stop judging — let’s change that. If we stop judging good or bad, like, stopped using those references ever, everything would change because to say that success is good and failure is bad puts so many limits on what you could receive. Whereas if you don’t have that, if you choose something and it turns out better than you could imagine and you receive that, and you choose something and it turns out way worse than you could have imagined and you receive that, then none of it is good or bad. It’s all receiving. You get way more awareness, way more information.

[00:11:22] Recognize that in where you might be judging yourself with that, where you might be saying to yourself, “Oh, I’m so bad. I’m so wrong” or “I shouldn’t have chose that” or… stop it. Stop it. Failure is only failure if you’re judging it. Otherwise, it’s beautiful information. Incredible awarenesses are available when you’re willing to receive from it.

[00:11:47] Those are just some myths that I’ve come up with that really will allow you to start looking at all the lies you’ve told yourself about failure. And now for some tips on how to embrace it, how to really turn it around.

[00:12:03] #1 is embracing those things, situations, events, whatever, that you’ve judged as a failure.

Embrace them. Look at them. Get present with them. Get honest with yourself about them. It will truly change everything for you, because then all of those judgeable offenses that you’ve decided will no longer be judgeable offenses. You’ll be really present with, “Wow, you know what? I didn’t desire to do that, and I thought it was a good idea, or somebody suggested it so I did it” or whatever it might be, or “It was a really good idea. I loved it. It didn’t work out this way. How could it work out?”

Get to change it around you. You get to receive from it, receive all the awarenesses from it, and then turn it into whatever it is that you would like to turn it into.

[00:12:52] Tip #2: Pivot when necessary.

[00:12:56] Now, whenever I hear or say the word “pivot,” I think of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. episode where they were trying to move a couch upstairs, that it would never go up and Ross kept saying, “Pivot! Pivot!” that’s always what comes to mind so I always have a little giggle with that word.

[00:13:13] Please be willing to pivot. I would say, and I’m gonna speak from a business standpoint right now, this is so necessary right now because everything is changing now. Everything has always changed, but I don’t know about you. It just seems like it’s changing more and more and more. What worked in business even six months ago isn’t really working now. So we have to be willing to pivot and pivot, and pivot, and pivot, and pivot, and pivot, and pivot. It’s not wrong. It’s not failing.

[00:13:46] If you see somebody who’s maybe never pivoted, maybe they have one business model and they’ve kept it that way, and it outcreates every year, good for them! Let’s celebrate them and recognize when we require to pivot.

[00:13:59] If we put our energy into competition or into “Why do they have that and I don’t,” that’s a really crappy use of your creative energy, my sweet friends. Put it into, “Okay, now what? Now what?”

[00:14:13] Here’s a little thing from me to you. If you’ve never recognized that change is what inspires you, you might wanna start looking at that. Now, I can’t say for sure that’s for you, but for most people who hang out with me, listen to my radio shows, come into my classes, all the things, change is what lights us up. Doing the same thing the same way over and over and over and over and over usually doesn’t work so well for us. You’ll only know for you about that.

[00:14:44] The other thing I wanted to mention as I talk about business is I’ve got a whole Business Success Series coming up. Yes. The link will be above or below. It’s just at time of recording, I don’t have it all figured it out so I can’t give you more information but we will have the link available by the time this comes up. You can click on it somewhere.

[00:15:06] It’s a whole series of classes. You can attend one of them or you can attend all of them, whatever you would like to do. It’s more tangible stuff like setting up sales pages with coupon codes, order bumps, affiliate links, and all the things. So, check it out. If you’ve got questions, just reach out.

[00:15:26] Tip #3: Remember why you’re choosing whatever it is you’re choosing.

Whatever it is you’ve decided you’ve failed at, why did you start in the first place? What was the energy behind it? What was the value of choosing it? What were you looking for? In business, you wanna look at that. What is your “why?” If you are creating a business similar to mine, what is your “why?”

[00:15:51] In TikTok, I actually created a whole video and I’ve got it pinned to the top so that if people are wondering about me me, they can watch why I do what I do. We’ll put a link to it here too, if you guys wanna watch that.

[00:16:04] It’s something that really will allow us to keep choosing when we’re clear on that. Now, I don’t always talk about figuring out your “why,” because a lot of times we end up using conclusion and judgment in it. However, it is something for you to look at.

[00:16:23] In short, for me, I spent a lot of my life not knowing, not even realizing there were any other possibilities… like, at all. Once I started, I took a Reiki class back in 2002, and it invited me to this whole new world. I go, “Wow… I want everyone who would like to know there’s another possibility.” I want everyone to know. Everyone who was like me, I would love them to know there’s always a bazillion possibilities. That’s my “why.”

[00:16:57] Look at what yours is in whatever it is you’re choosing, and that will allow you to really choose in those places and times where it feels like you’re having a setback or it’s not working, or you’re failing. That energy of the “why” will totally shift it for you, remind you, and assist you to move forward.

[00:17:17] Tip #4 is surround yourself with people who are choosing the similar experience that you are.

If it’s business, get in some business coaching. Get in some business masterminds. Get in a networking group. If it’s running marathons, go connect with those people that are doing it. Really find the support in whatever it is you’re choosing to really give yourself a boost, so that you can actually succeed at whatever it is or create whatever it is that you’re looking at.

[00:17:50] Often, we don’t allow support. We don’t even look at it as an option. But go back to that myth about being sh ashamed. What if we get rid of that, as I said already, and just choose? Surround yourself with the people who are choosing similar things, experiences, whatever that you’re choosing. That will totally contribute to you.

[00:18:13] Tip #5: Be kind to you.

There’s never, ever a reason to judge you. Ever. Ever. Can I say it enough? There’s never a reason to judge you. Stop it. It’s all about being kind to you. Choosing, receiving the awarenesses from that choice, choosing again. Choosing again, receiving the awareness, choosing again. No judgment required. In fact, judgment will only kill, as I’ve already said, so be kind to you. You will create so much more with that energy than self-judgment or judgment of any kind.

[00:18:55] Tip #6: Celebrate.

Celebrate what you chose. Don’t base it on celebrating only what you succeed at. Celebrate on your choices. What are you choosing? Even if they didn’t work out the way that you thought they would, it gives you way more awareness. Way more awareness.

[00:19:15] Back in 2013, I leased a space in the city that was close to where we were living at the time, Lloydminster, Alberta, and I really did it. It felt super light, super yummy, super expansive. I was following the energy.

What occurred about three months after — don’t even know if we were even in the building yet. We were doing some renos and stuff and I got my first invite to facilitate classes in Ireland.

[00:19:45] Oh my gosh. Of course I’m going to do that, which that then inspired all these other invites all around the world. We started traveling. Actually, back then it was just me because Hubby was working at the time so he wasn’t able to travel with me. I was traveling to all these other countries and there were months that I was paying the lease on this space that I didn’t even use it because I wasn’t home to use it.

[00:20:12] Now, I could have looked at that as a failure. But is it? No. Of course it’s not. Not for me. I had more of a desire to be traveling and facilitating classes around the world than I did to be going home every night.

[00:20:33] We could say, “Oh well then you must not have followed the awareness. You must have just concluded you needed…” No. The one thing I know for sure is that by leasing that space, it actually contributed to my global business. How? I have no clue. I just know that it did.

[00:20:50] The other piece with that is that we wrote a year and a half into the three year lease, and I went, “I don’t wanna do this anymore. This is crazy.”

So I phoned my realtor, also a great friend of mine, and I just said, “How do I get out of this? Is there a way? Can I? I don’t even know if I can get out of this!”

What he told me was, well, he gave me the options and he said, “You could find somebody to take it over completely,” and I’m like… that. I would like that.

Well, guess what? The same day, there was a person who’d previously had that space and had contacted my realtor friend and asked if there was any space in that building available. They took over the lease completely. I walked away after a year and a half. Flew away, I should say, on the airplane.

[00:21:42] Really, this is what I’m talking about. We could put a lot of energy into how much money I spent to create that space and all the time I didn’t use it and all the wasted money… No. I know the gift it was. I know the gift it was.

[00:21:59] This whole piece is really recognizing that you never fail EVER. Every choice you make is gifting you awareness. You may get the awareness to never make that choice again or to pivot. That’s cool, but stop judging that you’re failing.

[00:22:22] Now, I would love to invite you. I’ve got two upcoming Business Done Different classes. Both are available online, or May 5-7, 2023 in Calgary, Alberta AND online, or June 9-11 in Davidson, Saskatchewan, AND online. I would love for you to come play. There’s so many different ways to be in business than the way that we’re shown here.

[00:22:50] Have a great week, sweet friends. I look forward to chatting again next week.

[00:00:00] Glenyce: If there were questions that you could ask every morning to create magic in your business, would you ask them? Welcome to Tools to Create a Better Life with myself, Glenyce Hughes. I am so grateful that you are here. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Now, you are going to be listening to or watching, depending on how you are consuming this, a Facebook Live that I did with some hosts of the upcoming Business Done Different classes. We’ve got them coming up in Calgary, May 5-7, 2023. In Saskatchewan, June 9-11, 2023. Both of those are also available online.

Us four got together and chatted about the questions we ask every morning to create magic in our business, so enjoy!

[00:00:49] Glenyce: I’m Glenyce Hughes. I’m a Certified Facilitator with Access Consciousness®. I’m also a Joy of Business Facilitator, so I facilitate the Business Done Different classes. Both of these groups — both of these ladies — no, all three of these ladies will be hosting me for Business Done Different in the near future. In May, we’ve got May 5-7 in Calgary with Ms. Julie. If you wanna give a wave, Ms. Julie…

[00:01:17] Julie: Hello.

[00:01:18] Glenyce: That is online or in Calgary. And then in June 9-11 in Saskatchewan – Davidson, Saskatchewan. You might not have heard of it, but you’re missing out. That is with Krista and Kara. If you guys wanna give a wave.

[00:01:35] Krista: Hi, I’m Krista.

[00:01:36] Kara: Kara.

[00:01:38] Glenyce: I like to call them “The Magic Twins.” I actually think that’s their business name, too, but I do like to call them “The Magic Twins.”

Let’s just go around. Krista, if you wanna start, just do a little intro of you and maybe your time with using these magical tools. And then, we’ll just go around to each person.

[00:01:57] Krista: Okay. I’m Krista. We heard about Access Consciousness® in 2015 and we’ve been playing with the tools for a while. We’re actually both Bars Facilitators and just had a class yesterday.

[00:02:13] Julie: Awesome.

[00:02:17] Kara: I am Kara, Krista’s twin sister. Like Krista said, we’ve been playing with the tools since 2015. My favorite tool or question to start out with in the morning is “Earth, what can I contribute to you today in the most delightful kind of way?” And then the on 3 – 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. It just expands my world.

[00:02:46] Glenyce: Love it. Love it. Yes. We will come around with that, too. Ms. Julie, a little intro for you?

[00:02:52] Julie: Awesome. Thanks everyone for being here. My name is Julie Kaukinen. I’m an Access Bars Facilitator and I help people feel lighter, happier, more relaxed with the Access Bars tool — technique, sorry. I’ve actually did — yesterday was Day 63 doing Access Bars everyday. I’m trying to go for 100 and see what happens. Maybe my head will explode.

Glenyce, thanks so much for doing this. Well done. We’re all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!

[00:03:19] Glenyce: Right, right. It’s 8:00 AM in our world, guys. I actually had to wake up to an alarm which is a very rare thing. I don’t usually even set an alarm, but I did, which is very good because I woke up to it ringing and thought, “Oh my goodness, this is weird.” But anyway, here we are. All right.

[00:03:37] Glenyce: One of the things that we talk a lot about in Access Consciousness® and of course, the Business Done Different classes, is really getting a sense of your business, and playing with the business, and co-creating with the business rather than being a “Bossy Bosserson” where you’re doing it all on your own, making it all, forcing it, making it work, controlling it, all of that insanity.

[00:04:02] Glenyce: One of the things that we all do and many people do that have these tools is start their day — and it doesn’t necessarily mean the moment they wake up but it could be. Start their business day with co-creating with the business where you’re maybe asking some questions or asking yourself some questions or getting, like Julie said, lighter energy.

[00:04:26] Glenyce: I’ll start by sharing a few of my favorites that I use. I don’t necessarily do the same thing every day. But a lot of the questions I do ask, and I use my favorite Reminder app on my iPhone. It’s nothing special. It comes with the iPhone. If you have an iPhone, it’s just called Reminder app. I put the questions in there to pop up at certain times of the day to remind myself because it’s pretty easy to forget these things.

[00:04:54] Glenyce: One of them that I ask every day is, “What can I add to my life today to grow my business right away?” We might think that when we’re asking that, it’s like, “What business thing could I add?” But notice I didn’t ask that. “What can I add to my life today to grow my business right away?”

[00:05:16] Glenyce: In that day, that might be a nap. That might be going shopping. There’s so many different things, but when we ask that question, it’s really about continuously adding to our life. The more, for the most part, that we have on the go, the more ease it’s going to be for everything around us to grow because we’re not putting all of our intensity into one thing.

[00:05:42] Glenyce: I often refer to it as if we had one plant and a jug of water, we’re gonna kill the plant, guys. You wanna have a hundred plants and a jug of water cuz then you don’t kill the one plant. They’re all gonna thrive. This is what we talk about adding to our life constantly.

[00:06:00] Glenyce: Another one — this one’s a little bit longer, but I like to ask it. “What choices can I make today to allow revenue to show up in my life in 2 years, in 10 years, 20 years, and what choices can I make today to allow money to show up right away?

[00:06:21] Julie: Wow.

[00:06:22] Glenyce: Right? Right? All of these, again, are from Access Consciousness® where I got that. I just happen to write things down when I hear things and they might be in the reference materials. That might be in classes. Some, you know, Access friend might have said them. I write them down if they have an energy.

[00:06:39] Glenyce: I love that one because it’s inviting me to include my future. It’s not just about right now. It’s about what can I choose so there’s money two years, 10 years, 20 years and now.

And then, I also destroy and uncreate everywhere that I uninvited money yesterday. That doesn’t have to be a business one, but when we do that, what we do is anywhere that we didn’t receive yesterday, basically…

[00:07:07] Julie: Wow.

[00:07:08] Glenyce: … we’re destroying and uncreating it. And then one of my other ones, and this one’s a little dangerous, guys, so be cautious. “What would it take to receive more today than I have ever been willing before?” I say cautious because you’re asking to receive more and what we ask for shows up. Those are a few of the questions.

Krista, do you wanna start with whatever you do, however you start your day or business day?

[00:07:44] Krista: Sure. Like you Glenyce, it’s different every day. It depends what’s happening. I’ll just share what I did this morning because I, too, was gonna be woken by an alarm clock. It just happened to be my daughter’s instead of my own. I have no idea what happened to mine.

So I slept in and wanted to go to instant reaction about that, and panic and fear and all of that because I was coming over to Kara’s house. Kara and I are big energy feelers, I should say, and so that all felt really heavy to me.

[00:08:27] Krista: I really liked the light and heavy tool and just becoming aware of what I’m aware of, and then asking questions around it. Right away I was like, “Okay, this is really heavy and does not feel fun or light at all.” So then I was like, “All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.”

All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory” which is the mantra of Access Consciousness®. I just kept saying that and I’m like, “I have another choice here.” I literally have another choice. I could go down this dark road or I could just get up and move. I got ready so fast with such ease and joy and glory shockingly.

[00:09:12] Kara: Amazing how that happened.

[00:09:15] Krista: Yeah. Really, the light and heavy tool is something in my world lately. If it doesn’t feel light, then I go, “Who does this belong to?” “What is this?” Basically, the biggest thing is staying in question with everything.

[00:09:33] Krista: Now, what’s been hot in my world, and I’m sure in everybody else’s, is the presumptive realities and the need for reactive realities because I see all of the places that I’m just constantly reacting to, everything, and catching it now quickly.

[00:09:50] Kara: Yes, that’s the thing. That’s good.

[00:09:52] Krista: So that was kinda where I was at. And then I actually always listen to something every morning. I’ll go into YouTube and listen to one of my favorite Access people and what they have to say, and just listening to all the tools that are working in other people’s worlds and then picking something that works for me from that.

[00:10:16] Glenyce: Nice. I love that. I love that and yes, that – “All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory.” Look at the kitty! It’s contributing. Awww..

[00:10:26] Julie: It’s like, “Why are you not in bed still sleeping?!” Just kidding.

[00:10:32] Glenyce: It’s too early to be out! Yes. Yes. Awesome. How about you, Kara? I know you shared the Earth one earlier. Is there anything else?

[00:10:40] Kara: Yeah. Well, even backing it up to before I even wake up. One tool that I use — I have a Voice app on my phone. Most of us do. I have all sorts of different tools that I record my voice. Each night before I go to bed, I just look through it and see which question would contribute to me the most, and then I play it on a loop all night, which I find makes a huge difference in my day.

I’m like you guys, too. It’s different all the time. Another question that I love to ask is “Who or what can contribute to me today to make my life easier?” and “Who and what can I contribute to that will make more for me?” That one, I just love that question so much.

[00:11:32] Glenyce: That is amazing.

[00:11:35] Krista: There’s so many!

[00:11:37] Kara: There are so many. Oh, and “Universe, show me something I have been unwilling to receive today.” That one has been hot in my world, too.

[00:11:48] Glenyce: That’s amazing. That’s amazing. I was a little bit waiting for what you were gonna say when you said the tool you used before you wake up. I was like, “She is totally magical! What is she doing?” But I see you’re playing the loop. I love it. That is also magical, but I was just like, “Whoa.” So awesome. How about you, Ms. Julie?

[00:12:12] Julie: Oh man. As you guys are talking, it’s like just recognizing that when you ask, you actually do receive and not to doubt that. Anyway, that was a side note.

[00:12:25] Julie: This morning, I woke up with not enough time to do anything other than get on the Zoom, put a shirt on, go. I really, really have been doing this lately that before — I know sweetie, I love you — I wake up and grab my phone. I’ve found that as soon as I wake up, I’m grabbing phone and then it’s dictating my entire frigging day instead of me actually choosing what I would like to do today.

[00:12:54] Julie: Instead of this “You have to do this. You’re responding to an email now,” just taking a little moment to be like, “Hey, good morning body and world. What would I like to do and create today?” You know? I love that. It’s not just looking at my phone right away because I’m looking at this thing enough all day, thank you very much.

[00:13:17] Julie: The other question I like absolutely, I don’t even know what I would do without this question, is “Where’s my energy required today?” When I ask that, I’ll go into overwhelm of “I got so much stuff to do” and it’s gonna be so incapacitating, and then just, “But where’s my energy required?” It’s like, boop, boop, boop. You can get way more done when you’re being instead of just the doing, right? I just absolutely love that one.

[00:13:49] Julie: Glenyce, I don’t know if I got it from you back in the day, but it’s “All the projections, expectations…” that I have about me, what I should be doing, shouldn’t be doing, what I could never do… like, all that. I just find that especially in business, all the projections and expectations that I have about myself in regards to my business, I destroy and create them all. Just that frees me of yesterday.

[00:14:22] Kara: Love it.

[00:14:23] Julie: How cool. I love all the tools and even more so now that I’m saying this. Destroying and creating my relationship with myself and my business, my money flows — how about every relationship that I’ve ever related to, destroy and uncreate it!

[00:14:42] Krista: Yeah!

[00:14:44] Glenyce: Yeah, yeah. That’s such a great tool in all the ways when we destroy and uncreate our relationships, whether it’s with a person or a business or whatever. What happens in most relationships is that we continue creating like we did yesterday. When we destroy and uncreate our relationship with our business and everything it was to us today or yesterday or whenever you want to do it, what that allows then is this whole different world to show up. Your business and you together get to be different today rather than operating like you did yesterday.

[00:15:16] Glenyce: This is where I would say, especially right now working with a lot of people in business, is where a lot of people are really struggling because there’s changes going on and they’re trying to do what they did yesterday and have it work the same. And then when that doesn’t happen, they try to figure out what they’re doing wrong so they can fix it so it can be like it was yesterday. What if we just did something different? What if we allowed it to change? What if we destroyed it and uncreated the way it was and allowed it to be what it’s asking to be? I love that one, Julie.

[00:15:49] Julie: Wow. Yeah. How cool, all the tools. In every area of life. What I love is they work just smoking awesome with business, but it also works with my relationship with myself and everybody else. How cool.

[00:16:06] Glenyce: Yes. Yeah, and you talked about the presumptive realities and the need of reactive realities. There’s actually a whole handout of clearings for the Business Done different classes that go with the manual, just because they haven’t been added to the manual yet. But when we do the classes, people will also get that additional handout to really change things because it’s time.

[00:16:31] Glenyce: Again, the presumptive, we presume in business. How much we presume, how much we assume.” If it worked yesterday when I did a free intro call and then my class filled up, it’s gonna work again next week.” That’s a presumption and assumption and it’s gonna probably bite you in your ass. The choice of change really is such a big energy to me right now in business.

[00:16:58] Julie: Glenyce, it’s super funny because I was doing a Bars session with a woman like, I don’t know, was that last week? About halfway through, she got so… the presumptive reality clearings were changing so much.

[00:17:11] Julie: Usually, we just do a whole hour like a normal Bars session, you know? After half of it, she’s like, “Julia, can we take this up next week? I’m really creative right now, I gotta go do stuff!” And it was like, how it landed in her world.

It was just stuff like “What presumptive reality do you have that doesn’t allow you to basically expand out and just be yourself?” These clearings are working super fast. It’s what I’m really noticing so, wow.

[00:17:42] Glenyce: Yeah. Yeah.

[00:17:44] Krista: The whole presumptive reality and need of reactive reality has made me look at my body more, too, and how much I disinclude my body in absolutely everything.

[00:17:57] Krista: Again, even this morning like running out of time, one of my favorite things to do in the morning is to be like, “Body, can you just show me what you would like to wear today?” I spend so much time frustrated and trying on different outfits, not liking this and not liking that. Now, I’m just like, “Can you just show me what you wanna wear today, body? Can you show me what you wanna…” The eating part isn’t as good, but it does help with that, too, where it’s like, “Show me when you’ve had enough” and “Show me how you wanna move.”

[00:18:32] Krista: It’s just really, really, actually seeing that my body is not me. My body is within me. Everything that we do is for our body, not for us as an infinite being. So why not include your body in every part of your day?

It’s just crazy. We’ve never been told to. Now, I will tell my kids if they’re like asking me something like, “What should I wear?” I’m like, “Why don’t you just ask your body what it wants to wear?” And they’re like, “Oh, okay.”

[00:19:10] Glenyce: Awesome.

[00:19:10] Krista: It’s just wild!

[00:19:12] Glenyce: Yeah. Yeah. Everything you just said about your body could also be applied to business because how often do we think we’re the ones who need to make the decisions? We need to figure out when the Bars class should be. We need to figure out how to promote something. What if you asked the business? What if you gave your business a voice and let it guide you and show you? I love it, and I love it for body, too because there’s just so much that we override. So, awesome. Awesome. All right.

Well, I’m gonna share one more question and if you guys have anything else as we finish up.

[00:19:46] Glenyce: This is one that I probably use not necessarily in the morning, but I will do it once a day for sure. It’s “What energy, space, consciousness, choice, magic, miracles, mysteries, possibilities, power, and potency can me, my body, and the business be to actualize at least…” and then I put in whatever number… “this month with total ease?”

[00:20:11] Glenyce: You could do it per day. You could do it per week. You could do it per year, whatever you like. You just usually do it per month. That’s one that I use all the time. It just allows me to receive it but also to remember what I’m asking for. It’s also why I love questions because it puts me back into, “Oh, wait. Wait a minute. I can actually ask for what I would like here.” Yeah. Yeah. Does anybody else have anything else as we finish up?

[00:20:39] Julie: You know, Glenyce, I loved it. I heard you talk about this years ago and I’ve just never forgotten it. It’s where you’re talking about being really, really, clear with what you actually need every month to create your life. Right?

[00:20:53] Julie: It’s funny that I know that you said that, you know, you were kind of going along and you thought, “Oh well, it was probably this number,” and it was so way off from what you thought. Until you actually got the crystal clear awareness of what you actually required every month, you said that when you asked for that, you’ve never gotten less than that. I thought that was so brilliant. Everything that doesn’t allow all of us to choose to do that…

[00:21:23] Kara: Yes!

[00:21:24] Glenyce: It’s actually something we talk about in Business Done Different. There’s a whole section in the manual, so yeah, let’s do it. Let’s do it.

[00:21:31] Julie: Right on. Cool.

[00:21:34] Krista: I’m very enthusiastic about this class coming because I have a lot of very interesting points to be around business and money, so bring it on!

[00:21:43] Kara: Yes!

[00:21:45] Glenyce: Cool. Awesome. Awesome, awesome. Well, thank you. And again guys, come and join us online in person. We’ve got Calgary, May 5-7. We’ve got Davidson, Saskatchewan, June 9-11. Either one is available online, too.

If you are a Bars Facilitator, it does count as a renewal class. There’s lots of different ways to renew your Bars Facilitator…ship? I don’t think that’s a word! But this does count as one of the classes that you can attend.

Thank you ladies so much for joining me. I’m so grateful. I wonder… I wonder what’s possible with the businesses now that has never been possible before.

[00:22:24] Julie: Amazing. Amazing. And Glenyce, I’m so excited for this presumptive reality business clearing hour. I’m so excited for that. Yes. Are you sure it’s $10? Did you miss a couple zeros there?

[00:22:39] Glenyce: I know, right? It will launch next week. Julie’s letting the cat outta the bag. Here we go!

[00:22:45] Julie: Oh, I’m sorry! Oh, I’m sorry!

[00:22:48] Glenyce: It’s okay, it’s okay.

[00:22:49] Krista: I’m like, “Did we talk about this?!”

[00:22:51] Julie: That’s so funny.

[00:22:53] Glenyce: Julie is in the know. There is a call coming up, but it will launch next week. You guys will see more about that. We’ll get you the information.

[00:23:02] Julie: My foot’s in my mouth.

[00:23:04] Kara: I’m impressed!

[00:23:13] Glenyce: Oh my goodness. All right, guys. Thanks so much.
